- Stefan (3/5): I left the apartment after 2 nights because of lack of cleanliness. I would not book it again. - The communication with the owner upon arrival was good. The key exchange was unusual but worked out well. The location of the apartment is quite central and OK. Up front: I left the apartment after 2 nights and switched to another place because of the conditions in the place. The apartment did not meet my expectations in the 100€/night price range. The furniture was quite used and worn down, which would not have been a problem if the place would not have been so dirty. I am not very picky person when it comes to cleanliness but I expect certain aspects to be met if you rent out a place to other people. Below some examples: - The cleanliness generally left much to be desired, e.g. layers of dust everywhere. The bathroom was OK, though. - My fresh pillowcase had a stain, maybe old blood. - There was a strong smell of cigarettes inside of the apartments hallway. - Strong sweet perfume smell in the living and sleeping area. Gets kind of irritating and unpleasant after some time. - The toilet seat was loose. - The refrigerator was dirty, I had to clean it first. - There was old food in the fridge. - The kitchen was generally not so clean that it invites to cook, e.g. dirt and hairs in the cabinets and drawers. - The kitchen sind was labeled for "little use only". This makes "real" cooking difficult. I expected to rent a fully functioning kitchen. - The rod for operating the skylight windows was broken. I had to fix it to be able to close the windows. Sadly I was not able to arrange an agreement with the property owner.
- Petar (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice, spacious and clean apartment, which with its artistic furnishings complements the atmosphere of the city. The apartment has good transport accessibility. The owner is very kind and the communication with him is very good. I totally recommend.
