- Grace (8/5): Good hotel - Good hotel, clean, and modern. Great location if you want to take the bus as it right across the street, and easy access through the Tiburtina train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful (see below). Good breakfast selection as well. Apparently, they spray perfume on the bed but they spray A LOT to the point that it is suffocating when you enter. And it is worse that it is on the bed, so opening the window doesn't help and you breath it in when you lay down. The staff were very helpful though when I complained that they searched for another room with less odor. They acknowledged that the smell is too strong and made it impossible to enter some rooms, and that they have notified the janitorial services to stop using this essence that they are spraying. Personally, I would stay here again, but I would leave a note next time to make sure that they don't spray my room (in case they were still doing it).

- Emma (8/5): - Light and bright room, with good storage and a comfy bed. Kept cleaned daily. A fridge was in the room which was super handy to have and a nice smart TV. A nice buffet breakfast and bar area downstairs. Staff were lovely and gave lots of good advice for how to get around and where to get food. The bathroom was a little dated.

Perfetto punto di appoggio per chi vuole visitare Roma. - Hotel pensato e disegnato molto bene, in posizione perfetta per muoversi a Roma con i mezzi pubblici (che alla Stazione Tiburtina ci sono davvero tutti). Con un target internazionale medio, l'hotel è molto pulito, insonorizzato, animato da uno staff giovane, molto ben formato e motivato. Nota di merito particolare ad Antonio alle colazioni, ma la cortesia è comunque di casa in ogni reparto ( complimenti alla Direzione ) . Camere non grandi, razionali, minimaliste ma con tutto l'essenziale. Come la colazione: un poco di tutto, internazionale, senza sprechi. Buone le torte fatte in casa. Torneremo perchè la scelta è perfetta. Consigliatissimo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo: da migliorare in prospettiva di medio lungo periodo.

- Ergün (4/5): I would never stay here again. - The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but it is easy to get around thanks to the metro. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process pleasant. However, the biggest issue was the noise at night — it was quite disturbing. Additionally, the restaurant staff were very disrespectful. When I came for breakfast, they didn’t greet guests, and dirty plates were left on the tables for too long without being cleared. The most surprising moment was when I asked for water at the bar and received a handful of coins as change, which felt unprofessional. In my opinion, the negative attitude of the restaurant staff affects the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben aber konnte leider nur eine Nacht bleiben. - Mary (9/5): Wonderful staff, great location, well run and modern hotel. - Close to Tiburtina station for bus journeys to other parts of Italy and train to Fiumicino. Metro and buses very close by for the rest of Rome. The staff were well trained and very attentive. All in all a surprisingly good hotel in a good location. Breakfast was reasonably good.

- Xiaoming (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt einfach gegenüber den Bahnhof Tiburtina (Natürlich muss man dann den Lärm in Kauf nehmen), deswegen ist es ziemlich bequem, wenn man mit der Bahn zum Flughafen oder in andere Städte fährt. Obwohl das Sortiment für das Frühstuck nicht besonders vielfältig ist, findet man (mindestens wir) fast alles, was man braucht. Der Raum ist hauptsächlich mit Metallregalen anstelle von Schränken ausgestattet, wodurch er geräumiger wirkt und eine bessere Luftzirkulation ermöglicht wird. Jeden Tag nach dem Putzen wird die Bettwäsche mit einem sehr intensiven Raumspray besprüht, was mir leichte Kopfschmerzen bereitet. Selbst nach der Reise rieche ich zu Hause denselben Raumspray noch auf den A4-Blättern, die im Regal im Hotelzimmer gelegen sind. Die Lunchbox war ein bisschen enttäuschend (Aber das Sandwich war lecker); die Orange drin wird nicht geschnitten, deswegen ist es sehr unbequem, sie zu essen.

Staff from the reception, Marilena, was extremly client oriented, good communication, always helpfull. Clean, modern facility, good food. Not really an issue: staff at restaurant could have better attitude. Average age laddy seemed upset or angry and made our dinner less pleasant. Almost “afraid” to ask for something additional 🧐
- Zsanett (8/5): Good value for money, would stay again - Helpful staff, clean room, good location and breakfast. Bathroom had a small vanity set and shower cap included which was a nice touch. There were complementary water bottles in the mini fridge. Staff was able to give us disposable slippers when we realized we forgot to pack ours. Our room door made a strange sound every time somebody closed their door nearby, which was not ideal. However, there wasn't a lot of movement during the night, so it was not a huge issue. The water in the bathroom tap took some coercing to pour hot water (had to turn to hottest level sometimes), but there was no issue with the shower temperature.
