From the moment I arrived, there was clear cooperation and flexibility in accommodating my requests, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a better room by Ms. Nada, which reflects their appreciation for their guests. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always available with a smile and a professional attitude. The parking was also very convenient, with dedicated spaces for residents, making movement easy and stress-free. In terms of cleanliness, it was exceptional. It was evident that high-quality cleaning products were used, and the linens and furniture were very well maintained and carefully arranged. The excellent level of cleanliness and organization clearly reflects the thoughtful planning and supervision of Mr. Mustafa and Ms. Gizem. The overall atmosphere made me feel completely at home. The sound insulation was excellent, providing a high level of privacy and quietness. The residence is fully equipped, including a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, as well as complete kitchen essentials such as pots, dishes, and glassware. This makes it ideal for both short and long stays. Honestly, it’s an experience worth repeating. Damian (10/5): A beautiful, spacious hotel with a Bosphorus view, great amenities, and friendly, helpful staff - This is a really beautiful hotel. I’m staying in a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the Bosphorus, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s spacious, with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a large, clean bathroom. There’s even a washing machine, which is very useful for me. The reception staff are kind and friendly. Communication with them is excellent—I personally prefer using WhatsApp. Whenever I need something, it’s never a problem. The room is truly beautiful, designed in a very elegant way. I almost regret being here alone 🙂 It’s hard to find anything to complain about—I honestly don’t know what I could point out here.

The best of the accommodation is the staff. They are very kind and helpful. They allowed us for early check in and late check out which helps us a lot and let our vacation went smoothly. NO Air Conditions works .. - The location and space Inefficient Air condition System, we moved to 3 apartments and all of them were extremely hot! all rooms are steaming , the poor desk staff are the front line trying to manage the unhappy guests with zero support from their management and owners. Very upset that we booked 3 bedrooms, never used them because of the hot weather! We had to sleep at the living room because it had balcony and window with some fresh air. We could not stay during the day at the Falts, simply because they were above 27 degrees temperature. The sad part, zero sympathy from the senior management in spite of our official complains verbal and in writing supported by pictures.. The place was not clean at all, dusty, dirty towels, I do not blame the lady cleaner, she cannot by her own handle a big building!

Avijit (10/5): - I had an incredible experience during my stay! The interiors were impeccably clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cutlery for those who enjoy cooking. Additionally, there’s the convenient option to order food from outside, catering to all preferences. Highly recommend!
Sufyan (10/5): Exceptional - It is a beautifully built and well managed property, super clean and the location and views of bosphorus are unmatched. I stayed for 3 weeks, the staff is such a delight, special mention to Can who went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable and nice. House keeping could have been a bit more frequent and thorough but nothing significant to complain about. Will happily stay here again when I visit.

Deniz (10/5): Excellent and wonderful week to stay in Istanbul as if it was our home. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were greeted nicely and comfortably/ It was a stay I will remember always and will highly recommend to anyone travelling to Istanbul. Moreover the rooms very very clean and modern. There was nothing negative about our stay.

NIKOLAOS (10/5): - Nice new apartments in close proximity to the city center. Parking was an issue, but it is manageable. The heating pump is a bit noisy at night, but you are getting used to it after the first night. The staff well managed an issue we had with a noisy room next to us. Could be a little bit cheaper, but will definitely visit again.
