• Łukasz (8/5): Value for money is a big plus. - Excellent location – lots of affordable dining options nearby despite the proximity to the Vatican. Clean, spacious bathroom, and comfy beds (sofa included). Very good contact with the host. The kitchen is well-stocked, though providing coffee would be a nice touch.

Przystanek autobusowy blisko 7min dojście nogami Apartament mało zadbany. Urwana deska w WC. Również ciężko było odkręcić wodę w bidecie ponieważ uchwyt był zepsuty. Zimno w mieszkaniu powinny być dodatkowe przykrycie. Brak mydła w łazience. Cena za apartament nie adekwatna do tego co zastałam.

• Francisco Carlos (6/5): Localização excelente mas a acomodação deixa a desejar - excelente localização acomodação muito simples e apertada, mais a pior parte é ter um boiler muito pequeno, que após um ou dois banhos acaba com a agua quente, e para voltar a ter agua quente só depois de 1:30, ideal para um casal, familias maiores ficam sem agua quente e é uma informação que deveria estar na descrição da acomodação

• Aleksandra (7/5): Few days in Rome - Hello, the place is in a very nice location, but check-in procedure was quite difficult ( Signing contract with 5 pages listing all things inside the apartment, without Internet in the phone not possible to access the place for the first time, checking out required photos and a movie), and it was not really clean or just old ;-). In the kitchen, there was hardly space to move around.

• Camilleri (9/5): I like Rome, and I will be back next year hopefully. - I like Rome very much. This is my second time that I travelled to Rome because everytime I come, I visit new places. Hopefully, I will come again next year for the Jubileum 2025 :) There were two large holes opposite each other in our street which were supposed to be re-surfaced and during our stay (11 days), there were no working people. During the night, rats were crossing the street from these two holes.

• Svetlana (6/5): Great location, Here the advantages end. - There was only one good aspect - the location, in close proximity to the Vatican, the Bridge of Angels and the Castle of St. Angel A lot of inconveniences is a very mild description of the place. The apartment is tiny, for two adults at most, because if you use the living room as a bedroom and lay out a sofa, then you deprive yourself of the dining area. We were four adults, and for those who slept in the living room, it was a constant folding-unfolding of the sofa and folding-unfolding of bed linen. The worst story was with heating: the heating devices made so much noise that it was absolutely impossible to sleep. In the morning, without getting enough sleep, we trudged to explore the beautiful Rome. The quantity of water in the boiler is also insufficient for four people, two people had to wait a long time for the water to heat up. The walls that used to be white, are terribly dirty. There is black mold under the window at the entrance due to humidity. Consider that there is no kitchen that can be used. cooking on it is quite a quest. my husband weighs 105 kg, he couldn't even get in there. It's good that the rest of our family is 55-60 kg. The kettle leaks when pouring. There are only three wine glasses for four guests. The bed linen in the living room is not adapted for winter: it's just a bedspread wrapped in sheets on both sides. You can close your eyes to all this, Rome compensates for everything, and Marco was very nice from the host side, gave two pannetones and a bottle of spumante as a Christmas gift. The apartment needs a major upgrade, and you can't claim it for four people.
• Imtiyaz (5/5): Ok cannot say tottally bad - Location Its very small property kitchen is very small is well our last night when we switch on heater suddenly power goes full night we spent without power we call many times to property owner but cant get reply before next day morning around 9 am

• Camilleri (9/5): I liked the apartment, the sourroundings, the Italian people and Rome :) - The location is only 5 minutes walk away from the Vatican. It is surrounded by a bunch of Restaurants, Souvenir Shops and also shops for your daily needs. The owner of the apartment knows how to speak English and is a good communicator. Sometimes, the lights went off but I switched it on again from the Main Switch.

The neighborhood feels like an authentic, messy, noisy BUT charming Italian neighborhood. There are grocery stores and several bus stops nearby. Marco, the manager, was really helpful and welcoming! The kitchen is infinitely small… I didn’t expect it to be THAT small. The lock in the bathroom gets stuck so we ended up installing a system to not close the door, otherwise you can get stuck haha

• Jennie (7/5): Good location and worth the price - surroundings: Close to the Vatican and San Angelo. Close to a street with many restaurants (and no cars). Grocery store five minutes walk (Coop). Apartment: small kitchen but works well. Comfy double bed and okay sofa bed. We were three persons and that worked really well. Staff: very friendly and gave us good inspiration about the city. Also where buses and metro goes. It looks more modern on the pictures but it was good anyway.

• Ingvar (5/5): Passable - Location was great. It was very close to the Vatican and had many very good restaurants nearby. There was a decent grocery store nearby. All kitchen appliances we needed were there. Bed was pretty comfortable, however there were two matresses side by side. We had to do a late check-in, because the plane was late. We had to wait for the host almost 20 minutes. When we got inside turns out the heating was not turned on. The floor was unbelievably cold. It took three days for the room to heat up. Kitchen is smaller in reality than in the pictures. Bathroom was the coldest because there was no heating option. We had to sign an eight page contract to check in.

• Silvia (5/5): Good location but run-down apartment - The flat is very close to vatican and there are good restaurants in the area so the location is very good! The flat was run down and has much less light than in looks in the pictures. There is also no dishwasher. The mattress is too soft. We generally didnt feel cozy in the apartment but we just slept there and spent the holiday exploring rome.

• Meta (9/5): Excellent location, great atmosphere of Borgo - Excellent location, just a few steps from Vatican and from Castel Sant’angelo, and close to the bus stops 32 (Trastevere, Testaccio and Garbatella) and 40 (Termini and centro). The apartment has everything you need and a very comfortable bed. The communication is great, mr. Stanley is very nice and always available, we’ve got response for everything within a minute! The kitchen is quite small, but it has everything you need. The washing machine was dirty and we had to clean it before use. There are not a lot of programs available on TV. Otherwise everything was really great and I would recommend this apartment to everyone!
