• catello (8/5): - L'unica pecca è l'ascensore, fuori servizio. Ho parlato nelle scale con una persona che vive nel palazzo e mi ha detto che è ferma da un anno. Non si tratta quindi di un momentaneo disservizio, ma di un problema strutturale che va affrontato, in quanto proprietari, insieme alle altre strutture ricettive del palazzo e con l'amministrazione condominiale.

It was clean, confortable, close to the metro station and to main tourist attractions, it had delicious breakfast and easy check-in. Despite the fact that you receive the check in details on the day of your arrival and that can be a little stressful, I would definitely recommend this place ❤️

Prenotate se non avete particolari esigenze, se non dovete chiedere informazioni, se non avete bisogno di lasciare le valigie, sperando di non avere mai emergenze. Ho provato a contattarli per giorni con scarsissimi risultati, non c’è un numero per le emergenze, dicono di scrivere via mail ma non rispondono.

Non presente neppure un bicchiere di carta Impossibile usare il televisore, di 4 telecomandi presenti ne funzionavano solo 2 e non è stato possibile trovare neppure un programma

Migliorerei la reperibilità dello staff, difficilmente contattabile sia telefonicamente, che via mail o waths app, visto che la struttura si avvale di procedure di ingresso e uscita (check in - check out) automatizzate e l'orario della colazione, che andrebbe anticipato almeno alle ore 8:00, mentre ora è disponibile solo dalle 9:00.
• Guest (4/5): QUALITA PREZZO NON ADEGUATI A QUESTE CONDIZIONI POTREBBE ESSERE OK MA VA RISISTEMATO TUTTO - Colazione buona abbondante staf ottimo peccato con inizio solo alle 9 pertanto scomodo per iniziare visite Non mi è piacito l'atteggiamento e il risultato della direzione con cui gli unici contatti possibili erano solo con mail pertanto con tempi non certo immediati all'arrivo in struttura ci lamentavamo della temperatura bassa in stanza presumibilmente dai 16 ai 18 gradi e con condizionatore bloccato anche aumentando gradi con radiocomando non funzionava , TV non funzionava doccia non funzionava se non il doccino con getto regolato al minimo cosi come la temperatura dell'acqua bloccata non regolabile se pur sufficientemente calda, lenzuolo messo direttamente su materasso, doccia porta in vetro della doccia con presenza evidentissima di calcare e sporcizia piastrelle sempre della doccia stuccate grossolanamente e ricettacolo di sporcizia, scalini per accedere al bagno molto piccolo alquanto pericolosi e scomodi cosi come la privacy inesistente con chiusura con porta in vetro satinato senza battuta , vaucer per la colazione lasciati il primo giorno poi dimenticati dal personale penultimo giorno sostituiti gli asciugamani ma lasciati quelli puliti solo per una persone, nonostante questo ci e stato detto che veniva mandato manutentore a controllare anzi due e che se non si risolveva il problema ci veniva sostituita la stanza poi che era tutto apposto per il riscaldamento ma per TV non era possibile aggiustarla fino al lunedi, AL RIENTRO IN CAMERA LA SERA DELlA DOMENICA situazione immutata nulla funzionava RISPOSTA che ERA UNA MIA PERCEZIONE al che compravo termometro il Lunedi in seguito a nostre lementele ci veniva detto che loro facevano tutto il possibile ma se non era sodisfacente non potendoci cambiare la camera potevamo chiedere a Booking di rilocalizzarci cosa impensabile e che per farsi scusare si sarebbero impegnati a farci avere un buono da usare entro la fine dell'anno per un nuovo soggiorno MA IN REALTA SI SONO BEN GUARDATI DA FARSI ANCORA SENTIRE.
• Adam (10/5): Polecam - Lokalizacja idealna. Wszędzie blisko. W okolicy dużo barów i dobrych restauracji. Śniadania w restauracji bardzo dobre i w miłej atmosferze. Pokój codziennie posprzątany. 4 piętro a w dzień przybycia dostaliśmy wiadomość że winda nie dziala.

• Karin (6/5): - Posizione ottimale perché molto vicino alla stazione termini e alla metro. Ascensore ancora non funzionante, quindi fare 4 piani di scale in estate non è molto piacevole. Stanza non tanto grande ma sufficiente per 3 persone. La pecca più grande è stato il bagno perché aveva la porta a vetro che per quando esteticamente bella non si poteva chiudere ed era montata al contrario. Quindi da dentro il bagno non si vedeva fuori ma da fuori si vedeva dentro.

• Petra (9/5): Für Gäste die noch Treppen steigen können, besonders zu empfehlen! - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Ein gutes Frühstück wurde mit einem Gutschein neben der Unterkunft in einem Irischen Pub serviert. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und groß. Man muss zur Unterkunft bis in die vierte Etage ohne Aufzug über ein Treppenhaus.

• Otto (7/5): Schönes Wochenende in Rom - Die Lage war super. Sehr zentral und alles Fußläufig in der Umgebung. Frühstück im darunterliegenden Irish Pup war gut und ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Check in per WhatsApp völlig unkompliziert und für uns ausreichen. Kommunikation auch über WhatsApp super. Leider Nachts sehr laut, da daneben eine Rooftop Bar liegt, die bis in die Nacht Party macht. Aufzug war leider defekt. Für uns kein Thema aber wer zu schlecht zu Fuß ist, muss jedes mal in den 4. Stock über die Treppe. Leider ist am Haus außen kein Schild das man richtig ist. Erst nach nachfragen haben wir die Türe gefunden. Auf der Klingel steht der Name Relais Nazionale 18.

Stanza rumorosa (infissi non isolano da rumori esterni, pur essendo al 4° piano). 1 solo piccolo sapone (Assenza assoluta di kit bagno-ma mascherina e tappi orecchie) - nessun sapone/bagnoschiuma/shampoo per la doccia Illuminazione della stanza insufficiente Stanza al 4° piano senza ascensore e Colazione solo dalle ore 9 ( io lo sapevo perchè avevo letto le recensioni, ma NON è indicato sulle Info, e viene comunicato solo dopo prenotazione, al momento del Check In)

• pilar (7/5): el desayuno escaso y cuarto piso sin ascensor que escriben en letra muy pequeña - la limpieza , la cama y el baño que arreglen el ascensor ya que son 4 pisos por escalera y el desayuno los opiniones decían que era buenísmo y nos toco el pub de abajo y eran huevos o a elegir un croisant o una tarta dulce un solo café con leche y 1 sumo

• Greg (7/5): Overall good! - Communication with the staff was good, the room was nice, clean and refreshed daily. Nice size and amenities. They checked in via whatsapp to make sure things were okay. Location ofcourse is great. It is worth noting that in the room i stayed it was very noisy on a Saturday night. It made it incredibly difficult to sleep. Thankfully Sunday and Monday were not a problem. At the time of my stay the lift was broken, so for those with health issues it would be hard to get to.
• Milan (7/5): - I like loccation in the centre of the town, near all major atrctions, easy acces to public transport . Clean room, big bed. Easy check in, nice bathroom, good view. Fourth floor with no elevator is is realy inconvinient especialy for older people even not handicaped. But we were informed before. Booking advertised safe in the room, but there was any! And last, but just funny think is that owner offfer as part of minibar botttle of red vine for 20,- Eur but not any glass even bottle opener :-)
• Kelvyn (7/5): Only okay - Breakfast in the pub downstairs was amazing. Directly above an Irish Bar and at night it was very noisy making us unable to sleep until they had closed for the night. Had to climb four flights of stairs and only told a few days before that the lift was not working. Wanted to leave bags early at apartment and we were told to leave them at reception but reception is behind a locked door and we were given the code at one thirty that afternoon which did not help us at all. Most apartments with codes to get into them are given a day or two before hand. This apartment only gave the code on the day of arrival at 1.30 pm. Very unhelpful and really disappointing

Можно выбрать что конкретно хочешь. Спать было комфортно на матрасе. Нюансы начались с самого момента бронирования. Я выбрала этот вариант лишь потому, что было написано «предварительная оплата не требуется». Хотела заплатить на месте наличными. В итоге через сутки отель начал пытаться списать деньги с карты. В диалоге выяснилось, что «быть такого не может, чтобы не платить заранее», пополняйте карту или отменим. И вообще у нас бесконтактное заселение, а пришлите ка нам свой паспорт. Знала бы это заранее - просто не забронировала бы данный вариант. К слову, ПОДДЕРЖКА БУКИНГА МНЕ НИЧЕМ НЕ ПОМОГЛА. И даже не ответила на мой запрос! Имейте ввиду! Дальше лучше. О том, что лифт не работает- УМЫШЛЕННО не сообщают заранее. И комнаты находятся на ПЯТОМ этаже по Российской системе счета. Если вы с багажом - даже не думайте выбирать этот вариант! Чемодан затащить на 5 этаж без лифта - нереально. Самой бы дойти ))) При заселении обещали чай / кофе. В итоге чая не было. Даже воды бесплатной 0,5 элементарно не было! Зато платный мини-бар - легко! В отеле за 100 евро за ночь нет воды и чая - это нонсенс! Также обнаружила не убранную мусорку после предыдущих гостей. Дождаться в душе горячей воды - тот ещё квест. Нужно стоять ооооочень долго и ждать, чтобы помыться. Свет в номере почти не работал (одна лампочка вовсе не работала, а вторая моргала). На следующий день сотрудники предложили отремонтировать, конечно, но меня не было в комнате. А без меня чтобы это делали с моими вещами внутри - не особо хотелось. Сейфа в комнате, кстати, нет. Если у вас есть ценные вещи - некуда даже положить. Если украдут - потом не докажешь. Видео камера, которая стоит при входе - выключена из розетки. Случайно сегодня увидела. То есть вы даже ничего не докажете, если что-то пропадёт! Никакой безопасности! За 2 суток ни одного сотрудника данной конторы я так и не увидела. Если что-нибудь нужно - они конечно «на связи», но отвечают обычно через несколько часов. Их онлайн ресепшен работает лишь с 14 до 18. Ну вообще не напрягаются.

• Bartlomiej (8/5): Overall, almost perfect, but I would address these issues if I were the owner. - The cleanliness was top class. The location is excellent, it is close to all the main sights in Rome, also close, walking distance to the tube station. Nice pub below the hotel, very good breakfast, people super friendly:) The lift is out of order which is a real burden, especially if you consider the rooms to be located on the fourth floor - lots of climbing so you have to think twice before you leave the room and double check if you took everything. Otherwise, it is a long climb back to the room. Also, bear in mind, that you have to send a photo of your id before you get the instructions on how to self check in into the hotel. I understand it is a law requirement to submit those details but I felt uneasy about sending the pics via a message, could be arranged a different way. And finally, the door to the bathroom is virtually transparent so it’s hard to keep your shower private. If that’s all right with you, go for it, as the condition of the hotel is really ok.

Great breakfasts, egg/omelet + croissant + orange juice + coffee. 1. Very very small bar/fridge. You have enough place for normal size small fridge. 2. Old TV, you should put smart TV, its 2025 year, really. 3. There was something strange with the main lighting; it was constantly flickering. 4. 4th floor and not working elevator.

• Johannes (4/5): Nie wieder. - Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück Haupteingangstür defekt, stand 24 Stunden am Tag offen. Kein Hinweis auf Funktionsuntüchtigkeit des Fahrstuhls (nach Auskunft von Hausbewohnern besteht dieser Zustand bereits seit Jahren). Da das Zimmer im 4. Stock lag, war die Anreise mit zwei Koffern mühselig. Für 3 Personen Zimmer viel zu klein, kaum Bewegungsmöglichkeiten. Bei der Dusche funktionierte nur die Handdusche. Insgesamt wenig zu empfehlen.
