The air conditioning was weak and the room did not cool properly. 3. The waiting time for the elevators was very long. 4. There were no towels in the room, and despite contacting the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no response. I eventually had to buy towels myself.

The rooftop infinity pool is the reason I booked it and it did not fail. The room was very clean and modern. Even though we were on the 32nd floor, the noise from the traffic and sirens were relentless all night.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building facilities were also excellent, especially the pool area, which offers amazing views of Kuala Lumpur. The location is great, very close to KLCC and convenient for exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and everything was well organized. Even though we only stayed for one night, everything was very comfortable and we would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur. A bit noisy

- Rob (4/5): It was fine but be mindful... - It was fine. Nothing spectacular. It had a washing machine There was no booklet or information to tell you how to work things. The signs on the walls are all faded and warped from age. The call to prayer was loud (reminder that it starts at 4am) and the road noise was very loud all night. There was absolute basic bare minimum amenities in the room. One pillow each, one coat hanger and a ton of empty cupboard and drawers. There was nowhere to hang the washing after You washed it. The wait for the elevator could be a very long time. The swimming pool was full of screaming children. The building doesn't allow you to order Grab to the room so you'll have to go downstairs to collect it from the driver as they also can't leave it.

- Sureshine (1/5): Absolutely Pathetic - Convenience of the location Staff who greeted us on 8th of Nov evening, an absolute shocker. 2 were half asleep scrolling through their phones and the girl who sorted us, greeted just with eye contact. Not a single word. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Then the room. Water dripping from the ceiling. Massive hazard. Smelly room. Wifi not working. Health and safety hazard. Room no 38-08L Please be mindful of the lift. Took us 30 min to come down to ground floor from level 38. Health and safety hazards everywhere. Had an option of air port shuttle listed on the website. STAFF HAD NO CLUE AND ROLLED THEIR EYES. AIR PORT SHUTTLE WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR US TO BOOK THIS PLACE FOR 1 NIGHT. PATHETIC.

L’appartement donne une vue incroyable, l’emplacement est idéal. Vous avez des bons restaurants a proximité et les petronas à 12m à pied. Comparé aux autres hôtels plus « connues » la piscine est incroyable et il y’a pas beaucoup de monde donc vous pouvez vous baigner tranquillement. Et la touche qui m’a plu c’est le mini supermarché à la réception. C’était hyper pratique et pas cher. rien

- Stefan (8/5): Auf jeden Fall lohnenswert, auch wenn die Fahrstühle einem den letzten Nerv rauben können - Tolles Zimmer im 27. OG mit phantastischer Aussicht. Großer, sauberer Raum. spannender infinity-pool. guter Fitnessraum. Einchecken dauerte sehr lange, da nicht alle Rezeptsionisten sich damit beschäftigten und lieber nichts taten. Lediglich 1 kompetenter Mitarbeiter. Keine zweite Schlüsselkarte. Hohe Kaution in cash für Schlüssel, was am Tag des Heimflugs dann als Fremdwährung mit heimfliegt. Und natürlich die ewig langen Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl. wir quetschten uns nach 20 Minuten in einen nur fast vollen Fahrstuhl, insgesamt fuhren mind. 20 Fahrstühle an uns überfüllt vorbei, wobei diese unnötigerweise jeder bei uns hielt und unserer dann in jedem Stockwerk. Morgens um 6 Uhr geht es, aber danach wird es chaotisch. Wie miserabel organisiert, und wehe, man muss zum Flughafen. In der Umgebung leider nur sehr teure Restaurants.

L’accueil lors de l’arrivée le réceptionniste est complètement paumé, il met 40 min pour nous donner notre chambre après un voyage de 24h on s en passe.

- Franka (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Trinkwasserspender. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in den Zimmern ist es dennoch recht ruhig. Der Pool mit seiner super Aussicht über die Stadt hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt in Scarletz Suites KLCC by Mana-Mana empfehlen.

- Zeynep (2/5): Avoid at all costs - the location was good Absolutely unprofessional service. Reception gave us an occupied room, then insisted it wasn’t possible until she saw it herself. She casually opened several other occupied rooms before finding us a free one—without even apologizing. Elevators also take up to 30 minutes. Very disappointing and concerning for guest privacy.

Easy access for taxi’s and grab. There’s a coffee shop right at the entrance along with a little shop in case anything is needed. Staff rude. Acted ‘shocked’ when asked for more toilet papers (there was only one for two people for a stay of four days) and only gave us one even if we asked for multiple (+more issues not listed) . Doesn’t seem like they wanted to work as they only gave us hand signals on where to go. They were paying few attentions on us as they were all on their phones or checking themselves out even if they saw that we were waiting. In general, doesn’t seem into good costumers services (no smile or thank you) even tho they work as hotels receptionist.

Front desk staffs were not polite and treated customers like low life people. They are charging tourism levy by cash only. But no receipt provided. Probably pocketing the money rather than paying it to the government.
