• Michael (9/5): Great Stay at Hotel Lombardia - Good size room and bathroom. Large mirrors are also nice. Clean and comfortable space. The breakfast area was nice, well staffed and everything was fresh and tasty. A box of tissues in the bathroom would be nice.

• Pascale (9/5): Impeccable - Emplacement top , très central, la contrepartie est que du coup c’était légèrement bruyant, d’autant qu’il y avait des travaux dans la rue. Néanmoins je re séjournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner inclus ( c’est rare ) et parfait Légèrement bruyant ( voir plus haut)

• Peter (8/5): diesen Aufenthalt kann ich für Kurzreisen empfehlen - Die Unterkunft war super. Sehr zentral sauber, und das Frühstück war auch klasse. Auch die Betten waren super ! Der Standard könnte erneuert werden, es ist aber okay für das Geld. Das Beste daran ist, dass es zentral liegt und das ist sauer ist.

Większą uwagę powinien zwrócić personel sprzątający (jak sądzę) gdyż po całodziennym zwiedzaniu miasta i powrocie do hotelu w godzinach wieczornych - pokój nie był zamknięty na klucz. Zapewniam w 100 %, że, po wyjściu na spacer pokój był przez nas zamknięty na klucz. Niedogodności: brak windy dla osób starszych i niesprawnych ruchowo do przemieszczania się na wyższe kondygnacje.

Just 5 minute walk from the train station and a short walk from most of the attractions. The staff was exceptional. They were amazing and very helpful with everything. Loved the stay and would definitely come again.

В комнате прозрачная стена душа нам не по душе и мы бы такого не выбрали! Нет подставки для чемоданов. Не удобно держать на полу. В остальном было ок. Место отличное. Завтраки хорошие.

Tem tudo que precisa de excelente qualidade ( recomendo comer bem, na Itália tudo é caro rsrsrs). Quarto confortável. Vinho a estação de trem, facilita muito. E 5 min centro histórico. Recomendo de mais! Não é que não gostei. Só atenção pra pessoas de mobilidade reduzida! Não tem elevador. Pra mim ok!

• Samantha (8/5): Lovely stay, a few simple improvements would make it wonderful. - Great location, very close to the train & bus station. Plus very central for all the main sightseeing attractions. Very clean room & bathroom, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast selection. Memory foam mattress & duvet so I was very hot. Flat pillows. No milk to make a cup of tea. Very noisy outside, but the windows block this very well.

• Theron (10/5): A great place in Firenze! Check this one out! - Great for one night stay in Firenze/Florence, excellent location. Room was GREAT! Comfortable queen bed, great pillows, fantastic rainfall shower. Staff was also great, especially breakfast attendant. She went out of the way with everyone to make sure got everything we wanted. Breakfast selection is on-par with 4 star hotels we've experienced. 24 hour access via gate code outside of 12 hour front desk. Only challenge was no lift while lugging bags.

• SABINA (5/5): No se corresponde con las fotos. - La chica que sirvió el desayuno que fue muy atenta y simpática. Está bien ubicado. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Deben ser del día de la inauguración porque la realidad es que está bastante deteriorado. El número de la puerta estaba puesto con un papel pegado, la alfombra de la escalera estaba sucia y vieja. La habitación está mal iluminada. No hay ascensor. Por la tarde-noche no hay servicio de recepción. Hay ruido de las otras habitaciones, del servicio, del aire acondicionado, de las palomas y de la calefacción. Es más un hostal que un hotel. La entrada está descuidada, todavía con los adornos de navidad en el portal, eso ya te anticipa el estado de las instalaciones.

• Joseph (8/5): Pleasant - Hotel location is pretty good and only a short walk from bus/train stations, also a short walk to Duomo and bustling piazza’s. Continental breakfast was really nice. Room, bedding etc were clean Shower in room a bit suspect as we ran out of hot water, also water spills from shower tray on to floor. We were also on third floor which is not suitable for older, infirm people as there is no elevator.

Огромная признательность очень милому высокому молодому портье, который поднял мой большой чемодан наверх и на следующий день спустил вниз. I got a room on the top floor, but the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Huge thanks to the very nice, tall young porter who carried my large suitcase upstairs and brought it back down the next day. Номер не самый удобный в том плане, что душевая кабинка расположена прямо посреди его. Все остальное вполне удобно. The room isn't the most comfortable, as the shower stall is located right in the middle. Everything else is quite comfortable.

Χρειάζεται κι άλλα τραπέζια για το πρωινό καθώς ο κόσμος περίμενε όρθιος για να φάει. Επίσης μέναμε στα δωμάτια του πρωινού και ξυπνήσαμε από τις εφτά και που ετοιμαζόταν το πρωινό Επίσης μέναμε στα δωμάτια του πρώτου ορόφου δίπλα στη τραπεζαρία του πρωινού και ξυπνήσαμε από τις εφτά που ετοιμαζόταν το πρωινό. Επίσης είδα μία κοπέλα η οποία ετοιμάζει το πρωινό καθαρίζει τα δωμάτια περνούσε τις κρατήσεις σε καλωσόριζε στο ξενοδοχείο κατά το Check in, αυτό δεν είναι φυσιολογικό. Θα συνιστούσα να προσλάβουν νέους υπαλλήλους δεν είναι ευχάριστο ούτε για την κοπέλα που δουλεύει ούτε για τους πελάτες να βλέπουν ένα άτομο σε όλα τα πόστα.

• Maria Esmeralda (5/5): va bene per una notte e comunque bisogna adeguarsi. - personale cortese (quando presente), ottima posizione, letto comodo. Colazione con scarsa scelta, ottima posizione ma nessun ascensore per salire alle camere, per altro con scale molto strette e poco confortevoli. Manca la segnalazione della assenza dell'ascensore sul sito e su Booking. non amo che non sia presente il portiere alla reception h24, come accade in questo albergo. stanza piccola con gradini. non ho gradito che il bagaglio venisse lasciato incustodito in sala colazione al momento del check out. il prezzo pagato è caro perchè l'albergo non vale questo prezzo.
