But the fact that you have to use a keypad to get into the hotel and into your room was problematic because of a glitch in our room keypad, we were unable to get into our room for almost 2 hours after a long day of sightseeing.

- Aizhan (5/5): Probably never stay here again - The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly supportive. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. During our stay, we faced several issues. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi connection throughout our entire stay. The owner assured us that they were fixing it, but nothing happened. Secondly, the reception working hours were unusually short, only until 4 pm, which is quite rare for hotels. On our last day, we requested a taxi to the airport at 4 am, and the reception confirmed the booking. However, the taxi never arrived. There was no reception or taxi during check-out, so we had to resort to calling Uber. Additionally, our booking details somehow got leaked and we got strange messages from Whatsup about additional payments and asking to click links.

Der lå askebæger og kopper i håndvasken, altandøren stod åben og sengelinned lå rodet rundt omkring. Vi fik nyt værelse, men ingen anden kompensation

Malgré cette animation nocturne notamment, le triple vitrage des fenêtre est le bienvenu. Chambre spacieuse, très confortable et moderne. Le quartier est fantastique: animé, plein de restaurants et à moins de 10 minutes de l'Acropole et du métro M3. Quant au petit déjeuner qui se prend dans un café à côté de l'hôtel, il est terrible! Manque un peu d'isolation interne (voisin et canalisations)

Center of all the good stuff and enormous choices of bars and restaurants Near metro Breakfast was at a coffee place 1 minutes out of the hotel with fresh juices, good latte and very good choices of food! Room is nice, we had a balcony so even better The staff will keep your luggage before and after checking for as long as you want witch was very convenient It didn’t bother us but just need to know that been in the center of the city, there is music at night in all restaurants around and tons of people so it can get a bit loud

- Chiara (10/5): Eccezionale - Camera molto bella, spaziosa, pulita, in posizione ottima. Il miglior posto in cui ho alloggiato in Grecia in un viaggio di 9 notti. Ci hanno dato anche dei voucher per fare colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze (colazione buonissima!) nonostante non fosse specificatamente inclusa. Si trova all’inizio di una via un po’ fatiscente, ma arrivando sempre dal centro del quartiere non è stato un problema (e ad Atene c’è molto di peggio)

Ontbijt was tijdelijk in restaurant 50 meter verderop. Als je haast hebt om bijvoorbeeld een vlucht te halen kun je dat beter melden. Het duurde even voordat ik werd geholpen en ook het bereiden kostte tijd Had liever gewoon iets simpels gehad.

Une petite fenêtre qui donnait sur une gaine technique sans extérieur. Pas de lumière naturelle dans la chambre. Si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur mais une fenêtre donnant sur un puits technique je n'aurais pas choisi cet établissement.

- Steve Davis (7/5): Ticked most of the boxes - Hotel is in a great area with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a great atmosphere. Fairly short walk to the acropolis, which was fairly flat and pretty easy to negotiate. It suited our needs well Our visit was early season and the air conditioning was not working in our room. Despite the attempts of the host it would not work. If it had been mid summer then we would have had a real problem. But I'm sure they will get it sorted

- Elisa (9/5): Unterkunft mit super Lage in Athen! - Sehr zentrale Unterkunft. Bars, Restaurants etc. direkt vor der Haustüre. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht allzu groß aber ausreichend - wir waren dankbar um den kleine Balkon. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und konnten im nahegelegenen Café bis 11:30 Uhr frühstücken. Dort wurden wir immer herzlich empfangen mit sehr gutem Cappuccino und Frühstück (à la carte) - einziger Nachteil: nur ein Getränke (Kaffee oder Saft) war inkl.; wenn ma zb eine zweiten Kaffee wollte, musste man dafür zahlen. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen und ohne Ohrstöpsel ist fast unmöglich; durch die Lautstärke der Menschen und Bars kann es abends sehr laut werden.

- Ivana (7/5): - Ubytovanie sme našli ľahko, všade čisto, vybavenie izby veľmi dobré. V bezprostrednom okolí kopa uličiek s reštauráciami a kaviarňami, Monastiraki - stanica metra aj námestie 5-7 minút chôdze, veľmi dobré raňajky v blízkej kaviarni (výber z raňajkového menu 9 jedál), na recepcii milá a ochotná Stamatina, možnosť bezkontaktného, a teda aj neskorého check-inu, veľmi sme ocenili elektrický radiátor na izbe (pobyt v marci). Neustála vlhkosť v izbe (bez zapnutého radiátora zima na nevydržanie), uteráky neschli, napriek opakovanej prosbe sme nedostali druhú prikrývku do postele - mali sme len jednu veľkú spoločnú, vysoká daň za polohu v centre - nevyspali sme sa za 4 noci ani raz, keďže grécka hudba (ktorú inak máme radi) vyhráva z reštaurácie spod okien do neskorej noci a napriek zatvoreným oknám neumožňuje upadnúť do hlbokého či dlhšieho spánku.

- narinder (3/5): Well-located, but nothing luxury about this hotel if you have one of the dark rooms with no light - Good location and helpful reception team Our room was a 'standard' one, where the picture showed a closed window. The picture was at an angle so you couldn't see through the window as if you could, all you'd see was an internal white wall and pipes. The room had zero view of anything or any natural light at all, even a prison cell would have this. For a luxury hotel, it was deeply disappointing. I requested a room-change or partial-refund, but was declined as they said I chose that room. I pointed out the booking said absolutely nothing about zero view, but they were unwilling to budge, hence my negative feedback.
- Orluc (9/5): Rustig maar toch heel centraal gelegen, proper en geweldig ontbijt - Centrale ligging en super ontbijt in het nabij gelegen restaurant. Het hotel is proper en heeft alles wat je van een stadshotel kan verwachten. Door de centrale ligging midden in een wijk met smalle straatjes, kan je niet spreken van een mooi uitzicht. Maar meestal ben je enkel in het hotel om te slapen, dus dat stoorde niet.

- Andreas (8/5): Perfekte Lage in einem schönen, aufregenden, hippen Viertel. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Metrostation vom Flughafen sehr nahe. Jede Menge gute Lokale in wenigen Gehminuten und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es auch nur ein Sprung. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut, wenn er sich einschaltet. Bei der Dusche darauf achten, dass das Wasser dort bleibt, wo es hingehört. Das Badezimmer sieht aber sehr schön und sauber aus. Hatten über booking eigentlich Frühstück mitgebucht, das es aber nicht gab. Wir erhielten nur Voucher für 1 Getränk zahlen und eines gratis für einen Getränkestand 3 Häuser weiter.
