• Steven (7/5): Good with some irritations - Good location and spacious, well provided accommodation Only one set of keys provided for 4 people. The concierge said another set would be provided the next day. After much chasing we had to go to the Mmega offices on the other side of the Arno to collect them. The dishwasher clearly needs to be replaced. Its door only half opens so it is difficult to load the bottom basket
• Vanessa (1/5): The place was good everything looks perfect until we went to sleep our bed have beg bugs so we have to sleep in the sofa - In the beginning everything looks okay Beg bugs in the beds
• Candance (10/5): - The property was perfect! Location, rooms, bathrooms, showers, etc If I were to complain about anything it would be the lack of an elevator. However on the bright side we all got our steps in. The check in process was seamless and very accommodating! I would definitely stay here again.

It is just 6 mts walk from the train station, Very good dining options nearby and walkable to main attractions.The only suggestion that I have is, it would have been better if a few coffee/tea bags were provided which we usually find in these kind of stays. We had to immediately go out after our checkin to get these items for a drink. It was not very nice especially when you reach the stay after a long journey and climb 3 stories of steps with all your luggage. Otherwise all good and will strongly recommend
• Thomas (10/5): Great central family apartment - A good central location near the main train station and river in Florence. Excellent communication with the hosts who met us to hand over keys and show us the apartment. Plenty of plates, glasses and cooking equipment for a family of 4. The children enjoyed the layout and quickly made the balcony space above the living room their own. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment (our children counted 52) but we were travelling fairly light and expected them so these didn't bother us. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived but this was communicated to us in advance and was quickly fixed while we were out on our first full day.
• maryse (10/5): Great location but not so clean… - Wonderful location less then 10 min away from train station, grocery etc near all attraction. On a sad note, no elevator for this appartement. Over 50 stairs to climb. The apartment floor and bathrooms were not so clean. :-( beds were confortable. Washing machine very loud but convenient.
• Lizette Berenice (6/5): - Cerca de la estación de tren, 5 min a pie, el departamento es lindo, muy amplio, cuenta con dos baños, mi único inconveniente sería que no tiene elevador y hay que subir con las maletas 3 pisos. El baño pequeño le hace falta mobiliario dentro de la regadera.

• Linda (7/5): A perfect location for seeing all the wonderful sites of Florence - The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city and is situated in a quiet side road. It was well furnished with everything you would need. It could do with a bit better clean ( lots of dust in the wardrobes and under the bed) Dishes from the previous occupants were left in the dishwasher. The toilet in the back bedroom bathroom is not suitable for someone a little on the large size. There is barely a 4inch gap between the toilet and a wall. It would be better swapped around with the bidet. Whilst the details mentions stairs it doesn't tell you that there is 4 flights totalling 51 steps. There is no lift and as 4 ladies in our early 70's this was a real problem. There was no one to help us and coming down with 15k of suitcase was worse than trying to carry them up. Check out is 10am so if you have a later flight there is nowhere at the apartment that you can store your cases until later in the day.

• Linda (9/5): Great family lodging and great location! - Since we were traveling by train, this lodging was in a perfect location on a quiet street. The welcoming staff was friendly and provided us with a couple recommendations on places to eat and for gelato, which was some of the best food on our trip. The apartment itself was spacious and provided separate sleeping rooms which was good for our family size. It was also nice to have a washing machine halfway thru our trip. The place was clean and had all amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay there again, if ever back in the area. This isn't an issue with the apartment, but just so reviews are aware. This is on a third floor which only has steep stairs access. It wouldn't be good for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs, especially with luggage. We did have one small issue with one of the AC units which started leaking water on the floor. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

• Donna (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend to others. - The layout of the condo was nice. Erica who greeted us was very pleasant. The stairs and trouble moving luggage up and down. The stovetop didn’t work we called for assistance no response. No linens for dish cleaning . Limited supplies z
• Nina (9/5): Charming apartment - Nice and spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. We have a wonderful time there. A bit difficult for traveller with big and heavy suitcase as there is no Elevator.

• Marjorie (10/5): - The property was very clean, comfortably decorated and very spacious. We loved it. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

• Cheggy (10/5): - I like the design of the apartment. It really feels like home with italian touch. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area and dining area made my family very comfortable. The washing machine was very useful.
