• Roger (6/5): Great location! - Location is superb,near Ximending! Staff speaks good English. Bed is very comfortable. Many channels on tv. The carpet & walls have seen better days. Dated furnishings. Need to locate the aircon sensor on the roof. Wifi vanished suddenly,had to get a new ID from front desk.

• Sarah (9/5): Nice comfortable stay in ximen - Location was great - the suburb is vibrant and lots to see - room was comfortable and large. The staff were kind. It was nice to have a refurbished space and a water fountain to refill bottles. Was really nice to have luggage storage. The price is very reasonable. And the was not too much noise The desk was not open all the time (I think it opened at 10am on one of the days) which made it hard to check out or to leave our luggage for the day…
• Sherill (9/5): I love Taiwan and their people. - I like my stay in Ximen 10F because the staff you have are all accommodating and easy to approach specially the housekeeping lady who is very friendly and jolly. Her gestures and smile made our stay more meaningful. Also the building may not be that nice looking but the rooms are all comfy, clean and has big bed as stated during our booking. There is nothing much that I didnt like but if you will really ask me its the smell outside the building.

• Simge (8/5): Tercih Edilir - Konumu harika. Ximen metro istasyonuna çok yakın ve gece geç saatlere kadar bile çıkıp dolaşabileceğiniz bir noktada. Alışveriş için de süper konumu. Otel bir binanın 10. katında, resepsiyon tatlıydı, sorularımıza yardımcı oldular. Otel sessizdi rahatsız olmadık. Havalimanı transferleri de uygun fiyatlıydı. Oda sadece ilk gün temizlendi ve yerler/perdeler kirliydi. Odada terlikle dolaştık, ama perdeler çok lekeliydi. Genel olarak temizlik geliştirilebilir.

• Francisca (9/5): Great value, convenient location, and friendly staff—perfect for a short stay. - The room was great for the price and very comfortable. The location was excellent, walking distance to shopping, food, and bars, with quick Uber or taxi rides to other main areas. It was perfect for a short 23-hour layover. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend it and stay again. It was a bit difficult to locate the correct elevator when I first arrived, which made finding the hotel slightly confusing.

• 昀蓉 (8/5): - 房間整潔程度佳，廁所有乾濕分離。 飯店公共區有提供咖啡機可供使用。 飯店位置佳，步行十分鐘以內就可以到西門捷運站。 櫃台人員態度佳，有問題都可以盡力協助。 因為房間就在櫃檯旁邊，會一直聽到外面走廊的聲音，有點干擾睡眠(隔音不太好，但不確定是否所有房型皆如此)。 冷氣無法調整出風口，導致房間冷熱不均勻(在床上睡覺時覺得熱，但是坐在桌子旁卻覺得冷)。

Consiglio alla strutturata una approfondita disinfestazione! Per il resto tutto pulitissimo! Ma le blatte 🪳 proprio no!!!!👎
• Jennifer (10/5): Excellent stay. Very happy with hotel & location. - Loved the Ximending area. Very pedestrian friendly. Tons of restaurants & food carts. Bright blinking light fun. Easy walk to the Ximen metro stop on the blue Bannon line. Hotel on 10th floor. Parking garage underneath (for a fee). Room was very large. Would be great for family or two couples. Bathroom good privacy from rest of room. Excellent helpful 24 hour front desk. Difficult to find. At least for me as an English speaker. The directions in Chinese may have been better. The directions in Chinese may have been better. Just inside an alley off the main street address.

• Cheng (10/5): No Regret - The bedding and linen were comfortable and exceptional service. Slightly further to MRT, however, still convenient to shopping district.
• Tien (10/5): Overpriced, but ok if you don’t mind the smell of smoke. - Proximity to shopping and nightlife. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. It was obvious that smoking was allowed on the premises because of the cigarette butts near the windows.
• 白岳堂 (2/5): 整體的感覺不是很好 - 位置位於西門町鬧區，方便 當天凌晨12：00-5：00會停電入住時未事先告知，等到晚上9點快10點才告知..也無任何配套措施..讓人感到無言... 家庭房浴室乾濕分離的玻璃門也有問題，蓮蓬頭也是故障的..住的感覺很差..

• Marek (10/5): Beautifull calm hotel in the grey building - Beautifull, clean, calm without noise. Great helpfull people. Locality was awesome, just in the middle of space ;) Not that easy to find. I would appreciate better description. Hotel is on thr 10th floor. In the very same building there is another hotel next elevator.

Det var spår av mögel i badrummet och korridoren. Städning var inte automatiskt prioriterad (endast en fråga varje morgon om vi ville ha städat) och sen lite slarvigt städat. Hotellet behöver en uppfräschning (och bättre städning) för att tillfredsställa skandinavisk förväntan på standard😊 Bilderna var inte rättvisande

• Vanissa Love (5/5): It was a bad experience - Location is great It was very difficult to find this hotel — it took us almost 30 minutes, and even the people around the area were not familiar with it. The elevator leading up to the hotel was unpleasant and had a bad smell. Our room was spacious, but it was not clean. There were molds in several areas, and the bedsheets were never changed throughout our entire stay. The room was also not cleaned at all. On our first day, I already wanted to leave and transfer to another hotel, but our booking was non-refundable, so we had no choice but to stay and endure the situation.

• Joy (6/5): - Comforatable room and clean. The location is hard to locate. Staff cant communicate clearly in English the location..we took 2 hours to look for the place.
