The hotel is near where my family live in Dubai so location for me was perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was very good.

Rumors by man at work into the hotel during the night and I had to cal 3 time in order to get silence because I couldnât sleep. The apologies from hotel the day after with a cask of fruit is not enough for the inconvenient.

- Joachim (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich in Ordnung, wenn auch der Science Park praktisch noch ein gewaltiges Neunaugebiet ist. Das Hotel war an Weihnachten mit dem Ansturm etwas ĂŒberfordert, das merkte man vor allem im FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum. Was gar nicht funktionierte, war die Abstimmung zwischen Expedia und Hotel. Wir hatten auf Expedia einen Aufenthalt vom 21. - 30. Dezember genucht, das Hotel war erst an dem 22.ten gebucht. Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an und hatten kein Zimmer, morgens kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer 17-jĂ€hrigen Tochter. Expedia hatte ein Kind eingebucht, im Hotel sind Kinder maximal 12. Deshalb sollten wir zum Beispiel beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck nachzahlen. Vergeigt hat's: EXPEDIA. Danke

- Mélanie (10/5): Merveilleux 10/10 !!! - Super séjour je suis restée 12 nuits avec mon fiancé c'est tout simplement génial. Le confort la propreté (juste attention a passer un peu plus souvent l'aspirateur dans la chambre surtout quand c'est un long séjour). Il y a un parking gratuit ce qui est top il n'y a aucun bruit malgré la construction juste en face. La piscine est trÚs agréable et le sauveteur tres serviable. Le restaurant est joli et nous y mangeons tres bien. Je n'ai rien a dire parce que tout était beau. Merci à Winnie pour son accueil et sa disponibilité lors de mon enregistrement. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

- AMJAD (10/5): Best Hospitality and atmosphere - Very pleasant stay and calm hotel. Perfectly located. Distance from the hotel to anywhere in Dubai doesn't exceed 23 minutes! Best Hospitality and atmosphere were the theme of the stay! Staff are very friendly and accommodative. Smooth check in procedure with a great welcome waiting area. Fast valet and support setvice. No need to bring your laptop. They've got you covered with desktops. Clean rooms and amenities. I do strongly recommend dining for lunch or dinner in Kitchen 25 restaurant. The food quality, serving size & presentation are extra ordinary. I would like to thank the following personnel who really stood out. I know I missed a lot and very sorry for that. Chef Buddhika. - Ahmed (4/5): Did not expect that! Bad management - Not really what I expected. The housekeeping staff hardly speaks English, and they donât change the water after cleaning, that occurs many times and they only cared to ask me and apologized upon checking out .. thereâs no sign for Qibla and when i informed mr. Anas doesnât really seem to care, he told me that he will send someone and nothing happened, so I called to inform him again, and also nothing!
- Tiffany (10/5): - Clean property, nice breakfast buffet, Daisy was amazing!! She was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Surrounding area was nice and clean but there were very few other buildings -flat sandy view with a pretty round-a-bout and city in the distance.
- David (8/5): - The only issue I had was with the smoking in the building. Although I was on a non-smoking floor (4th), there were days when someone in a close room was smoking and my room filled with the stench. Similarly in the bar/restaurant on level P2. The smoking was unbearable.
- Gilbert (10/5): - This hotel maintained the usual high standards of Holiday Inns around the world. I found the staff very helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help me, including extending the check-in and check-out times to accommodate my early morning arrival in Dubai, and my late evening departure. Breakfast was excellent, and the room very comfortable.
