- JORDI (2/5): Supuesto apartamento de lujo - La cama extra era horrible. Nos propusieron que nuestra hija durmiera en el sofa o que nos fueramos del hotel(a la 1 de la madrugada). Nos trataron mal. Dijeron que al dia siguiente se arreglaria pero fue mentira. En nuestra cama habia pelos. Alguien habia dormido y no habian cambiado las sabanas. Mal trato. No se disculparon. El gerente nos riñó por pedir una cama extra cuando la reserva era de 3.Es mal sitio. Viven de que algunas pocas habitaciones tienen vistas a las Petronas. No vayais. Es caro y te tratan muy mal

- Terence (10/5): Great value stay at fabulous location. - Great location close to the Petronas Towers. Beautiful suites and good facilities. Roof top pool was tops.
- Mohd (1/5): Very bad service and really uncomfortable since there is condom and also hair in the toilet !! - The parking was not provided and we had to park at the hotel's reserve parking and paid the parking by our money. The property owner told us that he will repay us for the parking money and also compensation for disfunctional tv but he didn't until now. The total cost for our parking and tv compensation money was rm270. I am very disappointed with the dolphine management. Previously it was all fine because we did book there few times. This was the first time I had encounter this problem.

One more thing that we were being informed that no car park available & we need to park nx to W hotel. Inconvenience to us for being informed last minutes.

- Jaza (8/5): Very good - The location was.awesome can acess to every place. Easy to use public transport and restaurant is easy to reach within walking distance .. the unit was good. Everything you need was available.. cooking , laundry, and enough space to dine in. Lift system also good.The parking lot also good not crowded . The check in proses also very smooth.Just need to wait a few minutes for the host to come. Thank you. The toilet door knob was loose..everything you pull the know it will loose out and took sometimes to put back . Unless hard to open the toilet. At the main room toilet there's a cockroach wandering at night when the floor dried. It's means you need to call pest control before it's getting more. An unpleasant odor appear at the main door and it's the toilet smell. The circulation toilet flush system may be need to upgrade. And be carefully the floor was slippery. The pool is open to public and they ask.you to change dry outfit.because no wet clothes at the lift. But there only have 1 small toilet near to the sauna..to change. Need to wait a long queues.

- Mei (3/5): Not a pleasant stay - The only thing I like was the location. The unit was not maintained properly and the floor was very dusty. The freezer was totally covered with ice! The toilet lighting was too dark and the kitchen light was not working. Not sure from which other unit, they played loud music the entire night until next morning. Totally can't sleep.

Sinks at kitchen and toilet were clogged. There were small cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom. Doormat in 1 of the toilet had very pungent urine smell.we can smell urine as soon as we opened the toilet door. They didnt change doormat for new customer.
- POON LAP (4/5): - 1) My nightmare at 1st time given a room without curtain in toilet, having cockroach in the kitchen, lot of oil around the kitchen, the glue on the side of the refrigerator was falling off, living room table, toilet cabinet were broken 2) Changed to 2nd room, but still dead cockroach on toilet curtain, toilet glass door cannot be closed, slight leak on the toilet seat I will not consider to renting this apartment again :(

The apartment is still quite new, we don’t see any damage that need to be repair. The waiting for the lift can be long, be patient.

- Michael (8/5): Gute Lage - Apartment-Hotel (vermutlich verschiedene Betreiber) direkt gegenüber der Petronas-Tower. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Nov 2024) wurden Renovierungsarbeiten im Bereich der Rezeption durchgeführt, so dass wir keine Aussage über die tatsächliche Lobby machen können. An der Rezeption wurde von einem dortigen Mitarbeiter ein Whatsapp-Kontakt auf meinem Handy eingerichtet, über den die weitere Kommunikation zum Betreiber, inklusive Anfragen und Wünsche aller Art (24/7), ablief. Wir wurden dann aber auch persönlich von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und zu unserem Apartment begleitet und beim Checkout auch wieder verabschiedet. Unser Apartment (Honeymoon Suite) war sehr geräumig und toll eingrichtet (u.a. Küche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc.), mit hervorragendem Blick auf die Petronas-Tower. Das Mobiliar war allerdings stellenweise ein wenig verschlissen, was aber nur optisch etwas ausmachte. Das Personal war insgesamt, bis auf einen Mitarbeiter am Pool, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider war das Wasser im Pool auf dem Roof-Top grün und nicht klar, was durch die Mitarbeiter auf einen Defekt in der Filteranlage geschoben wurde. Die Rundum-Aussicht auf dem gesamten Roof-Top ist überragend. Die Petronas-Tower mit Einkaufszentrum und Subway-Station sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

- Rana (2/5): - I recently stayed at a hotel in Malaysia that I booked through Expedia, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel looked great in the pictures online, but the reality was far from it. The room I was given was in terrible condition, with mould growing on the ceiling. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel management and explaining that my wedding was the next day, my request for a room change was ignored. I repeatedly asked for a different room, but the management was unhelpful and rude. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills were appalling. I also contacted Expedia, hoping they would assist in resolving the issue, but they failed to provide a solution or even contact the property on my behalf. Given that I booked through their platform, I expected better support and facilitation from them. I ended up staying in that dirty room for 13 nights, and the entire experience was unacceptable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor condition of the rooms and the disrespectful attitude of the management. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort and proper customer service.

The service quality here is extremely disappointing, and the management’s response to issues is even worse; when we had a problem, they didn’t even bother to meet with us. The condition of the flat does not match the photos—it’s damp, the AC barely functions, the towels aren’t properly cleaned, and the place is poorly equipped overall. Look elsewhere nearby for a better experience.

While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel stay. Additionally, communication from the property management was poor. When I tried to reach out regarding the lack of housekeeping and other basic needs, responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, which was disappointing. The area and the property’s appearance suggest a high standard, but unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in the service. The lack of attention to basic upkeep and guest satisfaction was surprising and disappointing, given the potential of the place. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless management improves their maintenance and customer service.

All 4 of us need to share one bathroom. Under sink was stinky with cochroach smell. Door does not have a latch.
- Mo (5/5): Great locatio, unfriendly host and poor maintenance - The location The property was very dirty especially the kitchen and the bathrooms. There was even a cockroach which was a real fright for my family. The host was also quite rude when asking for assistance like a n extra towel as we were only provided towels for 3 person even though we booked for 5. Every time I made contact for help I was met with attitude and a lack of empathy or any understanding that the customer is right. Also the building is not well maintained and the pool area needs work and really ruined our stay. I would not book with this host again

- Robert (10/5): Great for family vacation - I did worry little bit when I booked this place because reviews were all extreme end. I got 3 bedroom unit on 49th floor. It was fantastic. I can see the twin tower up close from my bedroom. The place was clean and spacious. They provided all toiletry amenities. If I needed something, I just called them, and they brought it to me, so I am not sure why some people complained about lack of amenities. They gave me a power adapter too since I forgot to bring one. The infinity pool on the top floor was great. You can also see the twin tower there. As usual, too many narcissistic models taking photo there. KLCC is just cross the street, so the location wise, this is one of the best places. One of the beds in the middle room was saggy in the middle. That was the only complain I had. Also wish they provided old fashioned washer and dryer unit. The one they provided was all in one unit with all preset options. It was too small and took too long to do laundry. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay there.

- Alan (6/5): Overall a disappointing stay - This was our second apartment at Tropicana... the first was well equipped but not vry clean... the seconnd did not have a working oven, a microwave or ironing board so overall not very impressed. The location is fantastic for everything in KLCC but the standard of the apartment lets it down.
- Andrew (1/5): No common courtesy - I had a medical emergency the day I checked in. I told the host that I had a medical emergency and needed to delay my check in time. Later, I went into detail about what happened, including that I had an accident and had to have emergency surgery. In the host's responses, they never once expressed empathy (e.g., "oh, no", "I'm sorry to hear that", "are you ok?", "let me know if there's anything I can do to help"). I should say the host was "polite". My issue with them was they did not express any empathy or concern. I was discharged from the hospital in the evening. Per the instructions I had received, when I arrived, I messaged the staff member to let her know I was sitting in the lobby and ready to check in. I also let her know what I was wearing. Regardless, I had to wait over 15 minutes for her to come down, and she didn't look for me. She told me to come meet her outside of the entrance (again, after I had had surgery). When I found her, she didn't say anything to me other than explaining what the keys were for. There were no pleasantries, like "hi", "good evening", "enjoy your stay", "have a good night". I'm not sure what's wrong with these people.
- Sam Shahram (8/5): Great location - The unit was in good condition and clean. There's no reception so you need to be touched with people who run this place. Get a sim card if you're not local and WhatsApp will do the rest as it is their choice of contact and they're good at it. I had a couple of small roaches but it is part of any condos in KL. Nothing to be worried about as the place is clean.

Every time if I need go to swimming pool, I need to go down see security guard assist touch level 53 to go swimming pool. When I ask the host, host said need check with management office bcoz the day I come, management office is close due to Sunday (close). Furthermore time to check-out is too early. 11 am must go out. If late 11.15 am, penalty rm100. So need to rush to avoid penalty.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Unable to reach the property! - We have NEVER been able to reach the property/host. We had booked this property 2 weeks in prior. As it was mentioned that there is no check-in counter and not much check-in instructions, we have been trying to reach the property since then, but in vian. And hotels.com themselves could not reach this property either. Long story short, we have NEVER been able to reach the property/host, from the date we made the booking to the expected check-in date. Such a waste time and effort. We did have really high expectation on our stay at this property. It turned out HUGE disappointment and sadness which ruins our trip.
