Garcia (9/5): Tips de mejora para hacerlo excelente - La autonomía que brindan con lo claro que estaban todas las instituciones y pasos a seguir. No había papel higiénico en uno de los baños, creo que es un detalle mínimo.. Pero hace a la comodidad del huésped y éramos varios.. Cómo un plus, para darle un toque de hospitalidad yo agregaría una bandeja de desayuno con algunos te, o café, con medio kg de yerba, algo que permita llegar cansado y poder disfrutar sin tener que salir a comprar enseguida.. un detalle, nada demasiado complejo.

guille1977 (9/5): Muy recomendable! - El acceso era muy cómodo y simple. El departamento cómodo y limpio. De construcción moderna. Posee un hermoso balcón terraza para disfrutar el aire libre. Estuvimos una sola noche, éramos 7 personas y para eso cumplió con las expectativas. Faltaría algo más de utensilios de cocina. Teníamos lo básico, no faltaba, pero por ejemplo unos bowls y bandejas. Un televisor en la zona común también sumaría mucho. Nada esencial realmente, sólo algunos elementos adicionales que podrían mejorar la estadía.

Ruben (10/5): Un departamento excelente luminoso con alta calidad en mobiliario y construccion y muy bien ubicado. - Diez puntos merece este departamento excepcional ubicado en la planta con el mismo numero y unas vistas magnificas de los alrededores de la zona Colegiales y unas cuantas comunas mas. Ubicado a pocos pasos del barrio de embajadas de calle Arribenos. Frente al parque Ferroviarios con seguridad y buenas instalaciones en el edificio. Mobilario comodo, suelos de madera, electrodomesticos modernos de gama alta, cafetera de capsulas y pava. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes. Banera y agua caliente muy abundante. Practicamente todo exterior con muchisima luz. Cerradura digital y acceso con QR al edificio. Bancos y supermecados y cafes y pastelerias a pocas cuadras. Tranquilidad y altos niveles de calidad. Unas magnificas anfitrionas, comunicativas y amables. Dificil es quejarse de un lugar en el que puedes pasar varios meses como si fuera tu casa de vacaciones. Por tener, dispone incluso de caja fuerte en el placard del dormitorio. Digamos que poner unas cuantas perchas mas y dejar algunos detalles de bienvenida aparte del cafe le darian un punto diferencial.
Ruben (9/5): Buena ratio calidad de servicios/precio para un departamento luminoso, comodo, renovado y con vistas - Situado frente al parque Ferroviarios y estacion Colegiales en un edificio moderno con muros cortina tintados y una gran terraza con suelo de madera y mobiliario. Cocina vitroceramica con menaje para dos personas. Heladera de buena calidad y muy buena climatizacion con AC, disponiendo tambien de radiadores electricos. Mesa grande, sillas y TV de 65 pulgadas con todas las apps de streaming. Vistas de buena parte del barrio con supermercados, bancos, paradas de colectivos, subte a distancias cortas caminando. Ideal para conocer la zona del museo Evita, parques y monumentos circundantes. Banera y bide, agua caliente abundante y seguridad al tiempo que quietud y luminosidad. Buena WiFi en interior y exterior. Las anfrtrionas simpaticas y diligentes, un gusto tratar con ellas. Dejaria agua en la heladera ademas de las capsulas de cafe. Incluiria un sillon en el salon, cojines en el sofa actual para apoyar la espalda y una mesita en la terraza.

María Florencia (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, es fácil llegar a todos lados y además el departamento es muy lindo, limpio y funcional. Tiene todas las comodidades para una buena estadía y la cama es muy cómoda! Solo como comentario, el baño me pareció más pequeño que lo que había visto en fotos pero de todas formas era lindo y la ducha muy buena.

Claudia (9/5): Great apartment but poor customer service - Stunning views, fabulous balcony, great location, good facilities in the apartment Early one morning we heard and saw men on our balcony who were playing music and arranging to clean the windows of the whole building. We could easily have been half-dressed at this point, we would have appreciated being told they would be there if the window cleaning time could t have been changed. I messaged the owners as I had an interview on Zoom within the hour and wanted to make sure people wouldn’t be on the balcony making noise and distracting me unwittingly. I received no reply whatsoever. The basics of hospitality is to answer a concern raised by your guests.
Claudia (7/5): No curtains in living room so it can’t be used for more than 2 people - Stunning views and great location No curtains in the living room, so somebody cannot sleep there. Don’t put a single mattress in a room with no curtains to block out roasting hot sun and blinding light. Also it wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Franco Ignacio (3/5): Don’t stay, it has a very complex check in and they demand personal information to be shared by WhatsApp. - Location, that’s the only positive There’s no real reception, no human. The process to gaining access is ultra complex, involving filling forms and sharing personal data that will breach any GDPR. The host pressured me to share picture of the other guests’ ID through WhatsApp, and I had to concede otherwise I wouldn’t get access to the property. Now there’s personal information in a WhatsApp account. There’s no early check in nor late check out. Cable TV wasn’t working, I informed the host and never solved the issue. The apartment was fitted with old A/C units that couldn’t keep the apartment cool. It’s a presumptuous apartment that’s not up to the standards. The apartment is not what they show in the pictures

Fiorella (7/5): Estadía breve en Colegiales por ocio. - La distribución del departamento es ideal, muy cómodo y espacioso. Tiene una vista preciosa y un balcón muy lindo para poder matear a la tarde. Cerca hay una plaza ideal para pasear y varios comercios cercanos para encontrar de todo. La limpieza impecable, la atención telefónica muy buena y no tardan nada en responder. El edificio muy seguro. Tienen muy poca vajilla, esperábamos poder cocinar más, éramos 4 y no había lo suficiente para todos. Faltaba comodidad en cuanto a los utensilios y accesorios básicos. Lo mismo sucedió con las sillas de la mesa. Se alquila para 4 personas y ese es un detalle que deberían tener en cuenta.

Check out a las 12 no tiene desayuno. 2do piso, y desde el balcon esta lleno de cables que pasan de la calle, eso no me gusto! el ruido del motor de la heladera, igual la desenchufe para dormir. A las 23 horas en el barrio ya esta todo cerrado, no hay ningun restaurante abierto. a las 12.03 ya estaban las limpiadoras golpeando la puerta limpiar, ya nos ibamos...
Flavio (9/5): Bellísima vista y disposición del departamento, disfrutable a los sentidos ... - Es bonito el edificio, me pareció segura la manera de ingresar, el barrio bonito ... el departamento tiene una hermosa vista y buena distribución interna, es cómodo y tranquilo. Deberían de dedicarle un poco al mantenimiento, las paredes ya están pidiendo una manito de pintura (mancha de humedad en el bañito chico). Los electrodomésticos también están pidiendo actualización.

Paula (6/5): Apto Bom custo benefício - Apto em predio moderno , boa localização com mercado e restaurantes próximos , bem ventilado e iluminado, com aquecimento, chuveiro é ótimo com banheira , vista agradável para a parque, cozinha equipada com eletrodomésticos, bom custo benefício. Só achamos com poucas louças pra 4 pessoas , e alguns detalhes da limpeza, alguns pontos com umidade e manutenção deixando um pouco a desejar .

Tomas (8/5): - Overall I would stay again. However, there are things to improve: there was a humidity issue on the bathroom shower (black mold) and on the kitchen. The sofa cover had stains (IYKYK) and it took them a few days to reply on either Expedia or the WhatsApp. I really liked having a washing machine inside the apartment and the big windows lighting. The bed was clean and the apartment smelled good. Kudos to the cleaning crew!
Tomas (10/5): - Small studio but all things that you need! I highly recommend unit 8C because it includes a dining table with 4 chairs and even a washing machine. Bathroom and bed were super clean so that makes me very happy.
Tomas (8/5): - Had to book an extra day because they don't have late check-out or early check-in options... beware if you have luggage you will have to find your own place to store them otherwise! Or just book the extra night ;)
