Breda (9/5): Florence is fantastic if somewhat crowded! - In old world piazza - with lots of good restaurants nearly - minutes from the crowded parts of Florence. Apartment is beautiful - clean & comfy - if a little expensive! Staff The bed near the living room needs a light curtain to separate from the sofa & relax area - which can give some privacy and be easily pulled back if needs be.

Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful room and great location! Close enough but a little more quiet. - This was a great place to stay. It's located a little bit away from the hustle in the center of a beautiful plaza with several resturants and nearby gelato. The room was very nice with a lot of space, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The owner met us upon arrival and gave us a full tour and was also very helpful with providing an overview and map of the main city attractions and resturants. This was very helpful! He also helped us arrange transportation and was very responsive if we needed anything. This was a great place and I would highly recommend!! There is nothing we didn't like about our stay :)

The staff were friendly & gave excellent recommendations, including a whole Google Maps pinned list of restaurants and bars! The room was very comfortable, homely & the hotel is in such a great location. Nice places to eat in the square and walkable to lots of other areas There wasn't anything to dislike

Cailin (10/5): Lovely. - Super clean and spacious and in an amazing area. Everything is walkable with many restaurants right at your door but the walls are great and your room is quiet. The host was lovely and even gave us coupons for free coffee and croissants and recommended restaurants. Even providing us a map with circled good local eats! Additionally the room had water, drinks, snacks, cups and so on making the vacation that much easier! Nothing !

El departamento es hermoso, grande, cómodo y en una zona hermosa que está muy cerca de todo lo que se tiene que ver pero no en lo más álgido de turismo por lo que es muy tranquilo y la experiencia hermosa. The apartment manager was full of information and very helpful anytime we had questions or needed help with something. Highly recommend this area. N/A

Not bad enough to stop us from coming back though.

Lisa (10/5): What a hidden gem! Perfecto! - The apartment was set aside the Basilica Santo Spirito an amazing period residence made into apartments. It was stylish with so many period renaissance details & also had a small lift fitted which was perfect for travellers with mobility issues. The stone steps are 500 + years old! It was very authentic with lovely cafes and bars frequented by locals and the piazza was full of local life with a small market most days. Only a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio all the features of Florence were within walking distance yet the Piazza was peaceful.The owners Fillipo & Gregorio were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough to help. Yea, coffee & water was topped up daily so you could have a good brew after a full day walking & nip downstairs for dinner at a local restaurant. What a fabulous little find. Definitely one to recommend ❤️🙏🏼

At night it can get loud outside but the double windows kept most of the noise out and didn’t affect our sleep. Bonus fact- there is a water dispenser in the check in area which was so so nice!

Samantha (10/5): Fabulous room in Florence - Filipo was warm and friendly with really good advice on places to visit in the immediate area and in the wider area of Florence. He told us where his favourite gelato shop was and it was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and tidy with all the facilities you need, a good sized bathroom with a great shower. The location is great. Please visit the church in Piazza Santo Spirito it's amazing inside. Easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites and very close to the Pitti palace, Boboli gardens and the Ponte il Vecchio. The bars and restaurants on the piazza directly outside are also good. I don't have anything negative to say, I had a wonderful stay, I would stay again and hope to go back soon.

From the moment we arrived, Filippo greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel at home. He also offered some fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our experience in the city. Location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Florence, with lively markets and a variety of restaurants just steps away. It is about a 20mins walk or a 7-9mins drive from the Train Station. Our room was spotless, inviting, safe and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary tea, coffee, and water, as well as the daily housekeeping service throughout our stay. All in all, I’d highly recommend the Spirit of Florence Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! The size of the lift. Only 1 person with two bags can use it at a time

We were upgraded to a quadruple room due to repairs in the other room, and were very impressed by the design, cleanliness and overall feel of the apartment. The staff was easy to reach and lovely to talk with, making the stay even better. The location was sublime, right on Santo Spirito, and finding it late at night was no issue at all. I would love to stay here again! The shower drain was a big slow, which is typical of Florentine showers :) But, nothing to complain about!

Учтите, что везд - Мне очень понравилось проживание: место атмосферное, все новое, красиво и удобно. Была прекрасная удобная кровать, идеальная чистота. Хозяева очень приятные и заботливые: все нам в первый день рассказали, какие хорошие рестораны, что рядом. Квартира на старинной площади Святого Духа и из окон видна церковь, в которой находится распятие Христа, которое в 18 лет создал Леонардо да Винчи. Обязательно посетите. Мы были рады, что остановились в этом месте и благодарны нашим хозяевам. Такого нет

Erica (10/5): Wauw! - De locatie, net uit de drukte aan een gezellig plein. Maar toch alles op loopafstand. De kwaliteit van het bed en beddengoed was buitengewoon goed, wil ik thuis ook😀De kamer en badkamer zijn super praktisch, groot en heel gezellig ingericht. Wij hadden de laatste kamer aan de binnenzijde van het gebouw, deze had inderdaad niet veel daglicht maar ons stoorde het niet. Was daardoor ook rustig. Kwamen alleen in de kamer om te slapen of om even op te frissen. Super handig dat je vroeg mag inchecken. Niet mogelijk om hier iets niet goed te vinden.
