Единственный минус нашего проживания- водяной насос в непосредственной близости от нашей комнаты, который непрерывно включался- выключался всю ночь. Уснуть не смогли совсем ни я, ни супруг. Наша комната была на верхнем этаже. Скорее всего на нижних этажах этой проблемы нет.
Elke (9/5): Comfy, quiet and beautiful space! - Super quiet and comfortable co-living space. The plants, furniture and outdoor seating area are gorgeous! The location was a little far from the beaches and the centre but that was not an issue, it made for a quieter spot!

В началото отговаряше уклончиво, после спря да отговаря и накрая чак в 23.04 часа отговори, че осигурява транспорт до 23 часа. Наложи се да прекараме цялата нощ на летището. Силно сме разочаровани от домакина и не препоръчваме това място!

Was even lastig te vinden via Google maps, maar uiteindelijk had Isaac een goede beschrijving gegeven. We konden ‘s nachts onze kamer binnen ivm late aankomst. Isaac hebben we helaas niet gezien, maar dat lag meer aan ons.

Ethan (10/5): A great budget option, very comfortable would absolutely stay again if in the area. - Coliving Humant is the bare bones experience, but for the price you literally cannot get any better. The room was clean and as much as I don't love sharing a bathroom, because there were many bathrooms for not as many rooms, crowding wasn't an issue at all. It was always available when I needed it. Getting in was pretty easy too and it felt safe, I appreciated the lock on the door and the keys readily available. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the air conditioning combined with the fan meant that the room was always at a good temperature. There was a desk in the room as well, which was really useful for my personal use. Not much - I got exactly what I expected and more to be honest. The only thing that might have been useful is if the room had it's own fridge, but I also don't expect that type of thing necessarily.

9374150b3fde727da17063419bbc8420 (9/5): Very nice once you get in - The room I had paid extra for was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The house is cleverly designed to display opulence quietly, which is rare — the slow-closing toilet seat lid, the top quality toilet paper (rare in Mexico hotels), the wind chime in the kitchen, the huge fridge, the free coffee, the huge thick wood staircase, the mix of modern and classic house decor. The Internet worked well. One can cook in the kitchen. It was not easy to find — there is no clear sign from outside. As it is not a common-style hotel, instructions how to get in were texted but one still has to figure out how to get in. The street is open from one side (controlled by a ramp) and has a huge metal gate from the other, which does not open without a key, so one has to walk all the way to the other entry point, if one ever figures out that that is the best way to enter. No reception service as such at night.

Michel Joseph (8/5): Auberge sympathique à l'extérieur du centre-ville avec cuisine commune fonctionnelle. - Lieu convivial. Grande chambre. Ai été bien accueilli et aidé pour une réservation Uber. Cuisine accessible. Espace pour ranger au frigo et dans garde-manger à mon nom. Table pour manger à l'extérieur. Jardin agréable fréquenté par une multitudes d'oiseaux le soir. Oreillers trop mous pour moi. Climatisation fonctionne bien. Coupe le bruit de la rue. Du moins, n'ai pas été incommodé par le bruit pour dormir. À recommander. Se situe dans un quartier résidentiel à environ 20 minutes de marche de l'épicerie et des autobus pour se rendre au centre-ville. L'épicerie se situe à la place Americas - sur Tulum, à gauche, où sont les grands édifices blancs. De là il est possible de prendre le bus numéro 1 qui va au centre-ville . De là, le bus numéro 5, se rend à la Playa Tortuigas, Playa Caracole ,- un ferry se rend à l'ile de las Mujeres et autres plages. Autrement, peu à voir et à faire dans le quartier. Aucun parc. Mais cafétérias près de l'hôpital sur Tulum - Isla de las Muyeres

Julian (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage mit einem freundlichen Gastgeber - Unser Zimmer hatte alles, was man benötigt für einen Aufenthalt. Insbesondere der Zugang zu der Terrasse und die Sicht von oben waren toll. Der Host war sehr zuvorkommend und half uns, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Eine Küche gab es auch, auf die alle Zugriff hatten. Die Straße, in der sich die Unterkunft befand wurde von einem Sicherheit Menschen überwacht. Man fühlte sich daher stets sicher. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: unsere Tür konnte man sowohl von innen als auch von außen abschließen, weshalb jederzeit eine andere Person in unser Zimmer hätte gelangen können.

FLORIE (7/5): Une nuit à Cancun - - grande maison avec une belle hauteur sous- plafond - situation calme à 15 min de l' aéroport - place parking directement devant la maison - gros problème de communication avec le propriétaire personne n'était là pour nous accueillir on a dû se débrouiller avec le garde qui sécurise le quartier, il n' avait pas connaissance de notre venue et on a choisi notre chambre nous -meme, au risque de se tromper. On a essayé d'appeler à plusieurs reprises le propriétaire mais en vain.

Alexandra (10/5): Great stay! - Everything was perfect about this stay! My husband and I stopped here for a day basically to focus on work to continue on with our travels to more remote places. The house is beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. AC and wifi were strong! The common areas are all lovely and cozy! The host is helpful and attentive. The location is very secure and there are some places you can walk to for food. There is also Uber Eats available. I would highly recommend this place! Nothing.

Bienchen (8/5): - Alles war offen und freundlich. Das Personal super nett. Mir wurden sogar die Busverbindungen rausgesucht und ein Taxi gerufen, da mein Telefon nicht funktioniert hat. Toll In meinem Zimmer war noch Platz für eine Kofferablage, ein einfacher Klapptisch würde ja reichen aber leider gab es so etwas nicht. Wenn man länger unterwegs ist hat man etwas mehr dabei und nicht an der Erde im Koffer zu suchen, wäre toll. Und Badezimmer teilen muss man mögen

Sebastián (10/5): Espectacular alojamiento en Cancún - Mi estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde la coordinación previa con el anfitrión hasta durante toda la estadía, todo funcionó de manera impecable. Las instalaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones, extremadamente limpias y con un aroma especial que se percibe apenas uno entra. Los espacios comunes están muy bien equipados: cocina completa, una sala cómoda y un área de trabajo ideal, todo pensado para que la estadía sea realmente confortable. Quiero destacar especialmente el orden, la atención por los detalles y la decoración. Se nota el cuidado en cada pequeño aspecto, y eso marca un gran diferencial. La habitación fue súper cómoda, muy limpia y de excelentes dimensiones. Sin dudas, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Volvería sin pensarlo. Todo fue impecable.

Literie très confortable et grande salle de bain. Proche de l'aéroport et du centre en voiture. Quelques clients bruyants dans les chambres a côté.
Lisa (10/5): Elegant shared house in convenient location. - Isaac was a great host. The space was beautiful and very convenient. The terrace room was lovely. Comfy bed. I felt very safe. Sound travels up the center stairwell so I was woken up early by other guests departing.

The hosts were super friendly, check-in was very flexible, and they even helped arrange an affordable airport pickup (big plus the taxi /uber situation at the airport). Cameron (6/5): Location great and safe that's it - Nice gated community The staff. The bed. Laundry hours were added during our stay because one of the staff members was upset we did laundry at 11pm. During the cycle we found our cloths to be hanging out of dryer. If the property description listing has washer and dryer it should also list the hours laundry is available. I was also "upgraded" to a room for 30 bucks more..essentially only upgrade was a private bathroom. The host made it sound like a crazy upgrade.

Alfredo (9/5): Comfort de trabajo y hogar en ambiente cálido - Te dan fruta café o té durante las mañanas . La cocina tiene todo para armarte un desayuno, comida y cena. Quizá puedan poner una toalla de mano adicional para el baño . La toalla que se utiliza puede oler a húmedo después de usarse y estar en el cuarto . Quizá pueda idearse alguna manera de que esto no suceda sin cambiarla. Quizá un aerosol.arimatizante pueda ser una solución Quizá pueda tener una mica de información de lo importante de servicios y amenidades cercanos de los barrios y playas en el área de negocios en la sala.

Zoé (8/5): - We stayed 1 night in Humant Coliving and it was really nice. The building is located outside of the city centre but the neighbouring is really beautiful and calm. The Humant Coliving building is really safe with a locker at the entering door The room is comfy and have air conditioning and the bathroom is functional. The hosts are really nice and helpful ! They speak good english and they arranged for us a transportation trough the airport of Cancún during the night. The communication through Whatsapp was really fluent and the links to pay are secured. We recommend this place ! /

Sierra (10/5): 10/10 Stay For Solo Travelers - Excellent location (safe, beautiful, accessible). The house itself is gorgeous, even better than the photos, and the room was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Also free laundry is available! Would highly recommend for solo travelers.
