Miguel (8/5): Moderno - Hotel moderno, muy bien situado en el centro de Atenas. Buen buffet, con vistas a la Acrópolis, atendido por hetáiras rubias en evanescentes túnicas blancas. Música hipnótica por todas partes a un volúmen poco discreto. Limpio y cómodo como el que más. Las habitaciones no son grandes, no para un 5*. La domótica exagerada y liosa, tardas en cogerle el truco.

All staff was so friendly and helpful, helped with the luggage multiple times, recommended for great restaurants in the area and even booked a place for us. Also, the breakfast was really good, the pools were great, especially the inner pool that was heated and so nice. The room is also great, I really recommend this place! The location is also great, few minutes walk to ermou street. Its a bit pricey but I think its worth it.

Elevators had long wait, Sunday breakfast buffet was too overcrowded, very small room. Biggest disappointment was the Acropolis view, we were on a lower floor and most of the view was blocked by a dilapidated building. Only a partial view.

hila (9/5): באנו לשתי לילות ובסה״כ זה ענה לציפיות - המלון ממוקם יחסית במרכז מרחק של חמש דק מהמדרחוב. וגם מרחק הליכה מקולונקי שזה גם אזור בילויים. הארוחת בוקר מוגשת בקומה 9 ויש בריכה בגג בקומה 10 שהנוף שם והאווירה ממש כיפים. החדרים נקיים אבל מאוד קטנים. ביקשנו מיטה זוגית בחדר והגענו וקיבלנו שתי מיטות נפרדות. הלובי במלון מאוד קטן ומאוד עמוס.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was wonderful, with an excellent selection and a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The room was extremely small. When I blow-dried my hair in the bathroom, my elbows were literally touching the walls on both sides. The A/C seemed to work only at night. The light controls also changed between day and night and were unnecessarily complicated — overall, there were too many technical gimmicks.

Andrew (10/5): 'A big hello and a very large sherry!!' Superb. - The location was in a central location to all the main historical sites, which we were able to walk to and from. It was a ten minute walk in to the old town of Plaka, full of bars and restaurants and a bustling night scene. Superb. The room was spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was as good as anything I had seen before, well presented and plentiful. The view of the Acropolis from the dining room is stunning. The management were very attentive, frequently checking that every thing was okay with your stay, asking if there was anything you needed. They couldn't do enough, and this had to be said about the breakfast restaurant staff, very efficient and attentive. The reception area was well presented with water and orange juice present for guests. There was always a member of staff in reception, usually several, if you needed to speak with someone. The roof top pool area is also well presented with very comfortable sun beds over looking the Acropolis. A superb stay. There was absolutely nothing to dislike. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, elegant and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Emma (8/5): Usual NYX standard, but could do with some improvements - The location is good for being away from the busier drinking areas, but the road it’s on (both in front and behind) are very busy. Good facilities and great staff. Road noise and cramped / overwhelming lobby areas. The breakfast (whilst delicious with a great view) was quite busy and chaotic. Room was small for the volume of guests and things like the coffee needed some real improvements.
