• Janelle (5/5): clean stay, just extremely loud - The property was fine, clean. Staying in a room facing the street was awful. I was woken up many mornings at 6:30 because of the noise, same went for night. We couldn’t get to sleep until 11 to midnight every night. I think installing soundproof windows would be a great idea! The bathroom had no exhaust fan and smelt a little mouldy.

• Brittany (8/5): Perfect location, Great communication, Apartment exactly as described. - This apartment was in a perfect location to explore all of Florence. The communication was excellent with instant replies via whatsapp to any questions or assistance needed, and the app made checking in and out very easy. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed, and unexpectedly there was a walk-in wardrobe which had ample space for storage. Extra towels and other items were easy to locate if required. The only thing that stopped this stay being perfect for me was the shower. Unfortunately the boiler capacity if very small and there was only enough hot water to last 5-10 minutes (having to constantly turn up the heat when it would begin to get cold throughout). The company were responsive to my query about this to see if there was a problem with my boiler but it transpired that there was just not enough hot water to last longer than this. I stayed on my own and found it difficult to have a full shower including washing my hair, often having to wait 30ish minutes for the boiler to refill before continuing my shower, so imagine this would be much more difficult if there were two people staying in one apartment. The apartment did get a little chilly in the evenings, as the balcony doors are not air tight, but a portable heater was already in the room which meant this wasn't an issue.

• Tiffany (9/5): The perfect apartment for a 10 night stay - Loved everything - ease of check-in, brilliant location, felt so safe as a single women, loads of room, cooking facilities and a wonderful balcony. Hope to return.
• Bronnie (2/5): Very disappointing stay - The location was great. The apartment was a good size and clean. The balcony area was very pleasant. Responses to issues were handled by app quickly and then a team member sent some one to access the security issue. The apartment needs prior preparation to access it, with down loading app codes and gates to enter, it was okay for me. The apartment has a strong pungent over powering mould mildew smell which did not disappate after 24 hours and windows wide open. I tried flushing and running water through all the pipes. The bed was too big for the space so it is askew to fit into the space. Toilet is not grouted into the floor so rocky and unsteady. I stayed one night and awoke with a sore throat and head ache so I left and checked into another apartment.

Shower only allowed for accumulative 7 minutes between two people before running frigid cold. Towels were put twice when we went to get new ones. AC barely worked.
• Melinda (7/5): - The property was in a great location, it was pretty and clean. Location was amazing, close to everything and great restaurants nearby. I loved being able to get great ideas for food and entertainment through the What’s App. There were no surfaces to put your luggage on so we had to lay them open on the floor which made it challenging to move about the room. A couple of folding luggage racks would have sufficed. I’m not crazy about the no staff concept, probably due to my age, I was having trouble getting internet service which made it hard to get the codes to enter the room. Also there was only enough hot water to take a very quick shower. Washing hair was a challenge .
• Laurence Ricci (10/5): Great property in the heart of old Florence. - Our lovely apartment was located in the centre of Florence old town. Many bars and restaurants nearby as well as the famous sites of the city. Queues can be long; book ahead online to avoid the lines  Once the day travellers departed our lively day time street became a quiet oasis, and yet we were able to socialise in busy settings nearby. Bob provided very clear instructions and access by code was easy; as was check in/out Bob helpfully kept in touch during our stay. The third floor apartment was ideal for an older couple with a lift to our floor. High ceilings gave a sense of space. AC was available to heat and cool. Useful at night even in mid April! The property was clean and tidy upon arrival.  We enjoyed, decent kitchen facilities, ideal for a short say; a comfortable bed; great sleep; quality bedding and towels. A compact shower room suited us well. Appropriate storage. Maybe a few more hooks would be useful.  Plenty of hot water on tap.   There  is even more to enjoy of day to day Italian life and culture if you’re prepared to venture out of the very touristy heart of old town Florence.  We had a great stay in a fabulous city, and found a few gems off the beaten track. Kitchen had most things we needed There was a littany of problems. All of which are compounded by the tedious nature of communicating with staff online instead of having a real person on a front desk. We had multiple problems with our hot water and were given instructions for checking pressure readings on a boiler! Not relaxing when on holiday! When it starting leaking black water someone finally came but at 9:30 after I had already gone to bed! It then stopped working the next day and the next day again! The washing machine wouldn’t turn on and someone finally came and found that it had been turned off at the back. Then it stopped working anyway and wouldn’t pump out the water! We were changed into a different apartment on day 3 of our stay, however this apartment faced the street and was extremely noisy. We were offered two breakfasts as compensation, however had an early tour and could only use one anyway. I asked if I could swap it for a transfer to the train station and was told we don’t offer transfers even though they were clearly shown on the Bob W app.

• Hazel (6/5): - The location is 10 out of 10 walking distance from everything. The interiors are cute. It's right next door to a delicious Tuscan restaurant. It's clear and easy access when you follow the instructions online. Easy check out by click of a button. It's managed by an A.I bot. They don't service or clean your room for the duration of your stay at all. Small boiler so you got to be very quick in shower for water to stay warm. Paper thin walls so you will have to turn up white noise loud on your phone to try sleep as you can hear your neighbours speaking and laughing.

• Maggie (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location, made for a super stay in Florence - It was in a great location and quite easy to find near Ponte Vecchio and a short walk to the main sites. The apartment was clean and well equipped. When we had problems the staff were quick to respond and fix things. It felt like a fun place to be, they even provide an Instax camera (for a small fee) and workout mats. This is one of the nicest places that I have stayed in. I didn’t find a really great grocery store close by. Went to Lidl but it was a bit of a distance away.

O elevador foi um ponto positivo que deve ser mencionado. O boiler que esquentava a agua era extremamente pequeno (sub dimensionado). Não era suficiente para tomar banho e a agua quente terminava antes de se completar o banho. Procedimento de entrada no quarto não era dos mais fáceis. Conclusão, tivemos dificuldade em entrar no quarto.

L'acqua della doccia dopo pochi secondi diventa più fredda, bisogna impostarla più calda ma poi torna fredda... e così via finchè si finisce a far la doccia con acqua totalmente fredda. • Lucy (4/5): - Our room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. We wanted to love our stay here, but unfortunately it was disappointing in a few areas. Shower: We had many issues with the shower - on our first night, the main shower head wasn’t even attached properly, so water was spitting out everywhere and the smaller detachable shower head wouldn’t stay upright. Once we tried to fix the main shower head and attempted to have a shower, we quickly realised that we were only getting about 2-3 minutes of hot water before it become freezing. I contacted the property who instructed us on how to fix the hot water issue but it didn’t work. We were told a maintenance team would fix the shower the following day. That day, I received a message from hotel management (only after I had chased them up for an update) saying that the shower had been fixed and would be functional. When we arrived to our room that next day we saw a new detachable shower head and whilst that did fix the issues we were having about the shower head, we still had minimal hot water. 2-3 minutes of hot water between 2 people just isn’t realistic. I reached out to property again the following day to mention our hot water was still not working and if it were possible to move to a different room or be compensated at all. They said they would report the issue to their maintenance team and see what they could provide an alternative solution. A day later we were advised we could get a 15% refund for our stay and we could change rooms the next day (which we chose not to do as by that point it would only have been for 1 night). Whilst the offer of a refund was appreciated, we can’t help but be frustrated by the constant shower issues. Since checking out, I’ve read other reviews and seen that several other people complained about the hot water, so it’s frustrating to see that this issue has been brought up several times with no real change. Elevator: The elevator looks very old, and only fits about 1 person and their suitcase.

• P (8/5): Very good stay in a great location at a reasonable price - what's not to like - Nice flat in an old building set in a lovely old section of the town. The lift is small but 2 of us with hand luggage accessed it easily. We would happily stay here again. Thr TV only showed Italian TV but that didnn't really bother us, we didn't watch it anyway.

• Rachel (5/5): Stressful getting to place. A disappointing choice. - Size of room. Relatively comfortable bed. Limited storage - I’d asked about storage for our bikes, which we were travelling with. Access via an app was poor. Lack of human interaction created too much stress, no signal immediately in the facility of the place. Space and room was tired. A large Split across rain shower-head meant water sprayed everywhere when turned on. It was difficult to set the shower ready to get in, without water going all over. When in the shower the water was coming from both shower heads with no available adjustment. Only enough hot water for one person to shower and wash hair, with a patronising sticker suggesting one sings a song whilst showering in order to ‘save water’. The yoga mat was a nice, if pretty useless touch. A kettle would have been far more use. I will not be recommending this property and will avoid ever booking again if it means no human interaction and endless ridiculous WhatsApp messages and emails. Location central so that was good, but the stress of arriving at the location and frustrating comms made it a wholly frustrating time.

• Elise (8/5): Très bon séjour en famille au cœur de Florence - L’emplacement est idéal à deux pas du Ponte Vecchio et du Palais Pitti. Tout est accessible à pieds. La chambre est confortable, la cuisine est bien équipée.
• Huai-Chin (7/5): 雖然訂了陽台房，但是冬天都是拉上窗簾和關門，好像也沒什麼必要。 - 在舊橋和彼堤宮附近，如果想要搭公車往返車站和飯店，公車站算近的（推著行李在石板路上）,距離烏菲茲美術館走路只要5分鐘，適合早起去現場排門票。 飯店不能幫我叫計程車去火車站，（難道是A.I?)但是他寫了很多方法教我如何叫計程車，最後我還是搭公車。

• Artem (8/5): - It was easy to find this place. The tourist center, but due to the fact that the building is located in the courtyard, it was quiet. The room is equipped with everything you need. A wonderful breakfast was provided at one of the nearby cafes. There was a problem with getting the access code. When you start a chat with support, the AI turns on first and tries to convince you that your stay will only start tomorrow. However, it can be convinced that the right day is already today. When a human joins the conversation, the problem is solved. The building is quite old, so be prepared that you will not be able to open all the metal blinds, windows will close loosely, which will provide you with pleasant February drafts. Admittedly, support responds quickly and is always ready to help.

• Maksim (10/5): Останавливались уже 3 раза. Апартаменты находятся отлично с точки зрения, что нет толпы туристов. В шаговой доступности - Все понравилось! Надо добавить ложку для обуви.

• Susana (7/5): Alojamiento agradable en buena ubicación - Buena ubicación junto al Ponte Vecchio, calefacción, cocina, pequeño ascensor, tranquilidad, junto a buen supermercado, buen precio. La mesa era muy pequeña, la distribución del mobiliario era incómoda, le faltaba un poco de limpieza y el duvet era estrecho para una cama doble.
• Lide (8/5): Muy bien - Ubicación, limpieza Falta un sofá 🛋️ El vestidor mejoraría mucho quitando la puerta y ubicando el armario en la pared de enfrente.
