The bedroom had a window in an internal yard, so the window was practically useless. There was a funny small in the entrance/lobby of the building

• Veroniki (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ βρωμικο! Το μπάνιο είχε τρίχες μέσα. Οι καναπέδες ήταν πολύ βρώμικοι. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν καλά. Και ηχομόνωση καμία! Η τηλεόραση των δίπλα έπαιζε σε μας!
• Dimitris (1/5): - Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν απαράδεκτη και επικίνδυνη για την υγεία και την ασφάλειά μας. Την πρώτη νύχτα, επιστρέφοντας στο διαμέρισμα, εντοπίσαμε δύο τεράστιες κατσαρίδες μέσα στο ντουζ του μπάνιου. Οι κατσαρίδες προφανώς είχαν βγει από το σιφώνι και στη συνέχεια σκαρφάλωναν στους τοίχους και στο ταβάνι. Κλείσαμε την πόρτα του μπάνιου και τη φράξαμε με πετσέτα για να μην δραπετεύσουν, και περάσαμε το υπόλοιπο βράδυ άυπνοι στον καναπέ, χωρίς πρόσβαση σε τουαλέτα και με έντονη ανασφάλεια για το τι άλλο μπορεί να υπήρχε στον χώρο. Παρόλο που προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με την εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα δεν υπήρξε καμία ανταπόκριση. Όλες οι απαντήσεις τους ήταν αυτοματοποιημένες, τυποποιημένες και κανείς δεν μπήκε στον κόπο να καλέσει για να μας βοηθήσει ή να αναλάβει την ευθύνη. Το επόμενο πρωί μας έστειλαν μια υπάλληλο με ένα απλό σπρέι, η οποία απλώς καθάρισε την μια κατσαρίδα. Αυτό φυσικά δεν αποτελεί απεντόμωση, η οποία προϋποθέτει αποχώρηση των ενοίκων και επαγγελματική επέμβαση. Να σημειωθεί πως οι κατσαρίδες κουβαλάνε πολλά μικρόβια και εφόσον υπάρχει μια, σίγουρα υπάρχουν κρυμμένες πολλές μέσα στον χώρο. Αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε την ίδια μέρα, χωρίς να μείνουμε το δεύτερο βράδυ, και ζητήσαμε επιστροφή χρημάτων μέσω της Booking. Η απάντηση της εταιρείας διαχείρισης ήταν πως “δεν επιστρέφονται χρήματα”, ακολουθώντας μια τυφλή πολιτική, αδιαφορώντας πλήρως για τη σοβαρότητα του περιστατικού. Το μόνο που προσφέρθηκε ήταν €25 ως voucher από την Booking, σε σύνολο 173 ευρώ που πληρώσαμε. Για μια εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται ακίνητα σε Ελλάδα, Κύπρο, Αγγλία και Γερμανία, η αδιαφορία και η έλλειψη βασικής υγειονομικής φροντίδας είναι απαράδεκτη. Δεν πρόκειται να εμπιστευτούμε ποτέ ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ή την εταιρεία πίσω από αυτό.

• NIKOLAOS (8/5): - την τουριστικη περιοδο δεν προσφερεται για λιγοτερο απο 2 η 3 νυχτες θα μπορουσα να μεινω τουλαχιστον 10 νυχτες ολο το χρονο, καθε φορα μια νυχτα ισως ισως 2 . με την πολιτικη τους δεν προκειται να ξαναπαω !!!

There was a child’s sock behind the pillow most probably forgotten by previous guests. This means there was no thorough cleaning before our arrival. This is minor to the overall experience.

• Fan (9/5): Well managed with good location - very good in location and good Neiborhood, with restaurant and supermarket around... all you need can be found in the apartment. we try to get out early to the airport. but the key to the entrance to go out does not work well... we spent 2-3 minutes to open the door. Suggest a good key that work with the entrance door.

Really nice neighborhood has cafes and restaurants right across the street. Metro is 6-8 minutes walking. The apartment is exactly like the the photos. The host responds quickly and very helpful. Definitely would come back. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is no storage place for luggages. if you have a lot of time between checking out and your flight you can find paid storage places near the syntagma metro station.

The location is excellent - in the heart of Kolonaki and a stone’s throw from Lycabettus hill The AC was a bit weird - kept turning on and off aa if it had a timer. There was also a bit of a gas smell coming from the corridor (potentially from the heater?)
