Mary (9/5): Thari was essential to providing a positive experience. Room was very nice and soundproof. - Best thing about it was Thari who was multi-lingual. I believe he is the hotel manager. After 3 weeks at beautiful 4 star hotels in Italy i never met anyone as dedicated to customer service as he. The location was ideal for taking the fast ferry to capri. Luckily we arranged to have Thari drive us from train to property or we would not have entered the building because the outside looked terrible. Neocore has one part of the second story with rooms safely tucked away.

Salvatore (9/5): - Tutto perfetto, lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile nel consigliare come muoversi e cosa visitare. Migliorerei un pochino la colazione, sostituirei la macchinetta del caffè e cappuccino automatico con una tradizionale facendo servire la colazione da un collaboratore.

P'ng (10/5): Surprising quiet and delightful stay - The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us have an early check in time and leave our bags with them after we checked out. The room was clean and it was very quiet to our surprise. The location was also great. Easy to walk anywhere

I’ve been travelling Italy alone and Francesca was extremely helpful giving me advice on where to visit and how to get there, where to eat and if I needed any tours booked. Very comfy cozy room. The location was very convenient - close to attractions and a metro station next to port so easy to do day trips on the ferry to Positano, Carpi or Ishcia plus being right next to a supermarket.

Jennifer (8/5): Central location and helpful staff. - Welcoming and helpful staff. Secure access next to a small supermarket and not at all what was mentioned about this in reviews. (The Google maps directions took me through some low-traffic lanes to a destination with no entrance which was a bit sketchy.) I was only there one night and had an early departure so did not have the breakfast. Staff booked me a taxi for very early departure and it was a short and convenient ride to the airport.(45Eur). It felt a bit subterranean if secure.

Vicente Pedro (8/5): Limpio, amables, buena ubicación, precio justo: - Pequeño B&B de buena ubicación y fotos que se ajustan a la realidad. Apto para conocer la ciudad caminando. Fácil acceso hacia puerto, borgo marinara y pintoresco casco antiguo de la ciudad. El propietario Vincenzo fue muy amable y de gran ayuda en una situación donde la ciudad estaba complicada con los transportes debido a una huelga de taxis. El acceso al B&B seguro mejorará cuando tenga su entrada independiente del resto del edificio.

Accueillis par une équipe au top, efficace et bienveillante, nous nous sommes aussitôt sentis à l'aise dans cette structure à taille humaine. Mention spéciale pour Francesca qui nous a apporté (en plus de sa bonne humeur constante) de précieux conseils sur les visites à entreprendre. La chambre spacieuse, bien équipée était très propre ; le lit extrêmement confortable. Rien à redire non plus sur le petit déjeuner, qui nous permis de savourer les viennoiseries napolitaines. En prime, l'établissement est très bien situé et permet de découvrir la plupart des lieux stratégiques de Naples à pied. Pour conclure, nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de ces quelques jours !!

Jan (7/5): Good - Francesa is very helpful .She gave us a lot of information etc. Breakfast is simple, fresh but could have more variability. No scramble eggs, no bacon, no sausagge.. Around hause was dirty. Direct in front of the door are homeless.Horible place.

Olga (1/5): Bad - This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. It can hardly be considered a 'boutique hotel' when it's basically an apartment run by an unpleasant host in a sketchy, tasteless building. The room was tiny, the bathroom was cramped, and the window had blurred glass, so there was no view. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was low. The people, Fernando and Bhole, were really unfriendly and acted inappropriately. They argued with us and even with each other, which made the atmosphere completely unpleasant. Incredibly high price. There are much better places to stay nearby. When it was written on the door "do not disturb" the cleaning lady came to turn off the AC when I did not expect any guests. When we came back our belongings were completely on different place. While the garbage hadn't even been removed properly after cleaning. Wi-Fi connection was non-functional at the room, only near entrance. Breakfast is a cheap supermarket random - here wasn't even an option for an omelette or eggs for breakfast. We arrived at 2:00 PM as we'd arranged, there was nobody there. We had to wait for 15 minutes after calling the hotel to get in. I'm really extremely upset about the money and time we wasted here. But on the bright side we decided to move out and find a much better place to stay that was also a lot cheaper.

Ronen (9/5): Clean, new and friendly - Breakfast was excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Once you enter the door of the hotel, you forget about everything outside. A short walk from all the important places of the city. The hotel was situated in a normal, residential building, on the first floor. No sign outside to say that you've arrived at the right place.

Truly appreciate you and your assistance with all our requests. Parking is available in the garage besides at a minimal cost! The entrance and lift to the building feels dingy.. but that it only till you enter the door of Neocore, then it is warm, and welcoming and very well equipped. It is in stark contrast to the building itself.

The breakfast was a fresh local selection of meat, cheese, fruits and pastries every morning. All of the staff were friendly and sociable with plenty of helpful advise about where to go and what to see during our stay. Would definitely come back.

Domenico (9/5): all in all, it was one of the better properties we experienced around and across Italy (which we had travelled for more - the breakfast lady from Sri Lanka made the stay feel warm and sweet.close to the Centro Storico and even closer to the ferry port. Stazione Centrale was 10 mins by taxi and Napoli airport was less than 20 mins away by taxi. the owner Vicenzo was a bit stand-offish. it I guess it was because he wasn’t confident in speaking English
