Lounge furniture was sparse, had to call for shower drain to be unclogged and there was a lingering smell afterwards however the drainage was restored very quickly. Pedestrian and revellers' noise at night.

- Kondwani (9/5): It was a great stay, I loved the close proximity to the restaurants and shopping mall. - The location is just a very short walk to Rosebank Mall and the restaurants. It's the perfect location for anyone looking for a place with a good vibe. The apartment feels like it's brand new. A bit pricey if you are staying for a long time. The knives provided for cutting food are not sharp enough. Bed room slightly smaller than expected.

- Snjezana (9/5): Schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage - Schönes Apartment direkt an der Rosebank Mall. Man hat sich sicher gefühlt, es war alles da was man an Ausstattung braucht für ein paar Nächte. Es wurde sich per what’s App immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles ok ist und man etwas braucht. Tiefgaragenplatz sehr weit unten im 5. Untergeschoss, Aufzug vorhanden. Der Hop on Hop Off Bus hält 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt. Auch die train station ist da. Gegenüber ist ein Starbucks, dutzende gute Restaurants gleich um die Ecke Wir waren am Wochenende da und dadurch war es bis nachts um 2 sehr laut, da unten einige Bars und Restaurants sind. Wahrscheinlich ist es unter der Woche ruhiger

- Reina (10/5): Perfect and safe location with lots of things to do and places to eat, without the need of a car. - Perfect and safe location! Walking distance to everything we planned with the added bonus of the nearby mall and many places to eat. It may be noisy at night due to the hustle and bustle of the nearby restaurants. We loved to be at the center of such a lively atmosphere, but if you are sensitive to the noise to get asleep, please take note that you will be sleeping across a very busy corner.

- Faruq (8/5): - It was safe quiet serene. We came for medical treatment, and Uber was easily accessible from there dining places were near by. Only problem we had is that the cleaners didn't come everyday. Apart from that it was good. One suggestion I would give is to have showers in both bathrooms in case someone is there for medical treatment it makes it easier.

It wasn't the cleanest in terms of bedding towels and general appearance. Had a horrible smell and blocked drains and it was supposedly painted on the day we arrived so it didn't do good for my asthmatic hubby n sons. We were communicating with an Easy stay personal who did send out maintenance but it wasn't the best experience having someone in your space when you on a resting weekend.

There was no safe at all. During my stay, my room was robbed by the cleaning lady – she stole $100 from my backpack and even took one of my credit cards. When I reported this to EasyStay management, they were completely nonchalant. Instead of taking the situation seriously, they suggested that perhaps I had given my room key to someone else, because “this had never happened before.” They claimed they would conduct an investigation and, within just 10 minutes, they sent me a generic text message saying they found no evidence to support my claim. How exactly was a “thorough investigation” done in 10 minutes, especially when there are no cameras in the rooms or on the floors? They didn’t even bother to meet me in person or review the staff properly. This place is NOT SAFE. If you value your belongings, stay far away. Management clearly doesn’t care about guests or security, and they will dismiss any complaint rather than help you. Had to file a police report

- Ridhwaan (8/5): Lovely Stay in Rosebank—Minor Issues, But Worth It - We had a lovely stay! The location is unbeatable—right on the doorstep of The Zone and Rosebank Mall, which made everything incredibly convenient. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. We also appreciated the secure underground parking and the overall sense of safety throughout the property. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful stay. Despite a few areas that could use attention, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider booking again. We recently stayed in Unit 607 and noticed a lack of upkeep in what is otherwise a promising space. A few things stood out during our short visit: - The balcony corner railing seemed damaged, which could be a serious safety hazard—especially for families like us with young children. Thankfully, we noticed it early and kept the sliding door closed throughout our stay. - The kitchen bin lid was broken, and the grey blanket in the second bedroom had burn marks. While both were technically usable, they gave a poor impression. Replacing worn or damaged items would go a long way in improving the overall feel of the unit. - The shower drain was slow, likely needing a drain cleaner. - One wall plug switch was sunken in, and the Alva heater didn’t work—it might be best to remove it altogether if it’s no longer functional. - We were also surprised that a unit in such an upmarket building lacks air conditioning unit. better to have this and remove the loose fans and heaters - Most notably, the cleanliness was below standard. It was clear the unit and coffee mugs hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. These are all relatively easy fixes, but they add up and affect the guest experience. With a bit more attention to detail and maintenance, this unit could really live up to its potential. Recommend that inventory list is made and that both guest and staff member check and confirm if all is in order before handing over keys, this ensures accountability from both parties.
- Katarína (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very Nice apartmant, cozy and comfortable. The walls are a little thin but it did not bother me during the night. Balcony was nice. overall the expierence was very Nice. I would recommend this as a solo traveller, i felt safe. It did get very cold in the evenings as there was no heating. Only a small portable heater.

- Demetria (5/5): The facilities are nice, and centrally located, but I probably would not stay here again. - The internet stopped working within an hour of our stay. We had to secure an alternative housing arrangement because the other apartment the host wanted to out us in was nowhere near as nice as the apartment I had booked. The host wanted to charge me for the full amount if my stay despite the fact that the reason for the departure was lack of internet which they could not resolve on their end.

- Carlos (9/5): Clean spacious apartment in a great location! - The location is excellent, just across the street from the Rosebank restaurants and mall. A 3-4 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus. The flat had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which makes everything easier for 4 people sharing. We didn't use the cooking facilities as there are so many nice places to eat in the area. We arrived at 9 pm, after the check in time, but a code was sent via whatsapp to retrieve the key once we got to the building's reception. It all worked without a hitch.
