• Bouaziz (4/5): Je réserver pas. - Pas grand chose Le quartier ainsi que l’immeuble fait peur limite. Nortee chambre été tout au fond d’un couloir bizzard. La douche sors à peine de l’eau et ont peux pas réglé la chaleur. Il ne prend pas la carte il m’a fait retirer de l’argent à 01h du matin. Le départ est à 12h00, à 12h10 il est venu sonner à ma porte alors que la veille il m’avais dit de laisser la clef dans la chambre. Le couloir pue le fruit darian. Jsp trop de trucs à dire. Y’a que la vu qui est belle. Ah oui de base sur booking il y avait écrit 53 euro au final il m’a fait payer 76euros allez comprendre. Pour se prix là vous avez bcp mieux.

• Diana (8/5): Cómodo con piscina espectacular - Cama muy cómoda. Lo mejor la piscina con las vistas. El chico que nos atendió, Mohamad, muy atento y servicial. Un poco alejado de la zona más tur´sitica, necesitas taxi para moverte y con el tráfico de Kuala Lumpur se pierde mucho tiempo.
• Iria (7/5): - Sin duda lo mejor son las vistas. La ubicación y las instalaciones también son buenas. El techo estaba sin pintura, con partes negras y el baño es mejorable.
• Ana (1/5): Pésimo - Piscina y ubicación El trato por el personal fue pésimo. Te obligan a pagar en efectivo sin avisarte con antelación. El apartamento estaba sucio, las ollas para cocinar quemadas y con ropa de anteriores húespedes por el suelo. Llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada y nos obligaron a ir a sacar dinero para pagarles en efectivo. La basura y el grifo de la cocina estaban rotos, no avisaron sobre ello y nos hicieron dejar un depósito. No lo recomendaría en absoluto...

• Ivan (10/5): - El apartamento tiene de todo. La piscina es increíble. El gimnasio perfecto. Muy buena ubicación. Puedes ir caminando al centro historico y tienes a muy pocos metros el barrio "vintage" y kampung baru, barrio típico malayo donde puedes comer o cenar en un ambiente muy local. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte. Me gustó todo.

• Tamburella (1/5): A terrible stay from start to finish – unpleasant smells, no room cleaning, and poor service - One of the worst hotels to stay in. Besides the terrible smells in the hallways, there is also a constant and strong sewage odor in the bathrooms. On top of that, you’re required to follow a specific dress code just to use the pool, which they enforce strictly. I strongly recommend booking a different hotel and avoiding this one. During our entire stay, they never cleaned the room even once. Additionally, you’re required to pay in cash upon arrival, which is highly unprofessional. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The bathroom was in bad condition: the shower in particular. Also, we noticed that sometimes the smell from the bathroom was really bad.

Es muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 150 RYM in Cash hinterlegt werden. Sehr unangenehmer Abflussgeruch im Zimmer, vermutlich aus dem Abfluss der Waschmaschine, da selten benutzt

• Essel (9/5): A Comfy Stay - The property is situated within KLCC and the sites to visit are very accessible from it. Amenities were complete for our requirements. The property custodian, Mohamed Naim, was very helpful and gave a thorough brief of the amenities we can avail in the property and around the vicinity of The Colony.
• Aleksey (9/5): A small, but nice location. - The view is nice overall. The whole area is designated to foreigners. Kampong Barhu is nearby, and that's the location where one can get the local food. The apartment wasn't that big, though quite Okay for several nights to stay. Nice location, quite close to all major sights. And the Hop-on bus service is within 10 minutes walking distance. Maybe I would expect a bit bigger trash bin as the settled one wasn't enough. What's more, the pool rules are not quite clear. My girlfriend was asked to leave the pool wearing a 2-pieces swim suite. I couldn't understand why. So that's always a roulette whether the guard will like your suit in the pool area or not.

He assisted in a smooth check in and check out, helped in storing our luggage for extended hours post check out. the room view was amazing, getting to see the twin towers. a well suited apartment, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Nothing at all. all was perfect

Naim was like Hizir, he immediately solved the problem when you called. The swimming pool on the thirty-fifth floor was great. The hotel had everything to meet all needs, we only had a chair in the room, that was the only thing we lacked. There was everything you could need, from a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, to everything you could need. I highly recommend the price. Very affordable accommodation. Five star hotel.

• Michail (2/5): Dissapointed the swimming pool isn't working and nobody mentioned that - the room is okay, 7/11 downstairs is nice to have, location's good THE SWIMMING POOL DOESN'T WORK. The single reason I booked this place, and they didn't care to mention that the swimming pool is not operational. So I couldn't enjoy the infinity pool experience. Also there was no mention of a deposit, and they required one. The keys are not comfortable to get, there is no wifi, so I couldn't contact the manager when I arrived.

• Mohammad Ismail (2/5): No1 Nightmare Worst Ever Experience KLCC Apartment - This type of Apartment Accommodations should not be in any Hotels listings as any kind of Services is none existing…too clumsy and inconvenient to not only communication but time consuming to even checking in. The whole experienced is wasting my time fixing none existent wifi dirty dusty bugs everywhere smelly place etc5 they should give the money and it’s not cheap either yuck 👎👎👎
• jimmy (10/5): Need to have respond to faulty Mtce quickly - Communication is ok but room amenities not so good because toilet sink got choked when check in and no body cone to repair
• STANCY (4/5): Disappointing - Stayed here 1 night this past Friday after the long journey driving from Singapore. Good location but condition of rooms was very bad. All the bedsheets and pillow cases were unchanged and dirty. The shower heater was not working and no toilet paper. I never got to the Rooms as we walked out in disgust.
