Tenía una cama separada por unas varillas de madera tipo pallet que hacía de "pared". Además, una de las camas que me dieron era un sillón cama incomodísimo que cuando les pedí que me la cambien, me dijeron que ellos siempre aclaran que es sillón-cama, revisé todas las comunicaciones de ellos y no fue así, nunca me avisaron. El lugar en sí tiene unas vistas hermosas, pero la atención y el servicio es malísimo.

Ver los despegues y aterrizajes de los aviones, el ingreso de los cruceros y catamaranes una belleza desayunar viendo eso. Para volver definitivamente!!! Que hay que acostumbrarse a que no ves una cara visible que te recibe y a quien entregarle las llaves. En muchos hospedajes hacen lo mismo. Ni bueno ni malo es así. El trato por Whatsapp cordial nada para decir. Todo ok.

Não há toalha para enxugar mãos ou pratos na cozinha após a lavagem, não há como secar os pratos, não há Açucareiro, ou qualquer outro utensílio pra armazenar comidas que comprávamos, como granola, biscoito, manteiga, tudo ficava desorganizado porque não se comprou um simples recipiente de plástico. Sequer prendedores de sacos para não deixar os produtos murcharem. Improvisei açucareiro, manteigueiro e cotonete com copo plástico. Não havia saco Plástico para troca do lixo, tinha que ser pedido, pois apesar de alugarmos por 10 dias só tinha 1. Então eu pegava do mercado, quando fazia compras. Papel higiênico acabou, porque só deixaram mais um rolo em cada banheiro. Não tinha uma Almofada na sala pra deixar confortável o sofá. Péssima internet, reclamamos 3 vezes e nada foi melhorado. Tentávamos assistir filme e não podia, travava. Gravei e enviei e nada…O profissional indicado no contato que fiz sequer nos respondeu na segunda tentativa de chamar ajuda. A dormida não é boa, os Quartos são claros, tirei foto, o bloqueador era péssimo, quando o sol nascia cedo da manhã, todos acordavam. Não voltaria!

El mini market en el mismo edificio es una buena idea, pero el horario es muy limitado, cierra a las 17 hs cuando generalmente uno vuelve al departamento siempre despues de esa hora, por lo que pierde utilidad

Not much around the apt, the area has not much to offer, but if you have car or a willing to move around it doesn’t matter, the town is just ‘10 away. Great choice.

The staff was really nice and helpful The location was far from everything touristy - we spend extra time and money taking Uber all the time. Also watch out for the room selection - I opted for mountain view room and the pictures of the room has the scenic view of sea and mountains. However we only got a room looking over a construction site and mountains in the back of the building - so not a scam, but slightly misleading..

- Lilliana (4/5): Muy mala atencion de parte del anfitrion del lugar - El anfitrion se pasa de malo a pesimo, es un señor con cero amabilidad, no es alguien que te pueda ayudar ante una urgencia, una duda o sobre darte un servicio adicional. No atiende llamadas fuera de su horario de oficina, no hay un numero para casos de emergencias o necesidades especiales fuera del horario de oficina. Vi personas que se quedaron fuera de su apartamento y no podian ingresar, por que dejaron la llave dentro y no recordaban el codigo de seguridad de su habitaciòn y llamar al Administrador y no atenderles. Nunca nos ofrecieron las amanidades que tiene el edificio, no sabiamos como se podian utilizar. El apartamento tiene vistas hermosas, pero si tomas esta reserva, ten presente que el administrador, no es ni para dar un gracias o un buenos dias de respuesta ante un mensaje en el celular.

No doubt! - The building has a sauna and spa, which is available if asking the staff in advance. The spa and sauna are included in the price, and you have it for 90 minutes, no other people. We used it 90 minutes almost every day. It is cleaned well. - The waterfalls, beaches and forests not too far from Turek are lovely. - There is a nice shopping mall and some supermarkets not too far away. - The wifi was terrible. Perhaps the worst wifi I have experienced. Was almost impossible to watch movies. - The location is not ideal. It has many street dogs, some of which are scary. And lots of dog poo and abandoned cars. We did see a guy walking with what we believe to be a gun. - The nearby roads are full of dust and it takes a walk on some not very charming roads to get around.

- Julian (7/5): Super flats, bit far out of town - Crisp, clean and modern building. Very warm, lovely under floor heating. Free self serve laundry was super useful. Everything we needed was in the flat. Super view across the sound back, across to me sounds, Chile and the centre of Ushuaia. Quite far out of town. We needed to use taxis all the time, which are dearer than elsewhere in Argentina. By the time we'd been in and out for a day's fun, then in and out for evening meal that would be £20. In Argentina people eat much later than in UK, so restaurants don't open until 7, so staying in town after returning from a day trip (eg: about 5pm) isn't a good option unless all you want is café style food. If you're renting a car or have your own it wouldn't be a problem.

There are Spa facilities, which are fully booked no chance to use with a stay of 2 nights. power outages seem common, hotels with this pricerange usually have generators to supply the least (water pressure for example)
- Jonas (9/5): Superb - - clean and modern suites with a fantastic view over Ushuaia and the sea - supermarkets near by - very friendly and helpful staff - perfect to get a little time off, watch the bay area and relax - bad WLAN quality - really cheap (warped) cooking utensils - sometimes, a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom occures - really really hard mattrasses
