The hygiene standards are excellent, with rooms and common areas kept consistently clean and well maintained. The overall environment is comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing, making it easy to feel at home. The location is truly great, convenient and accessible, with everything you need close by. I was also particularly impressed by the building’s security, which is extremely well managed and made me feel safe at all times. The only minor drawback is that the Wi-Fi connection is not very stable. Apart from this small issue, everything else about the hostel is excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

Yedek çarşaf havlu vs ek ücrete tabi idi, birer adet yedek ücretsiz olabilirdi. Teras oturma takımı ve mutfak eşyaları çok temiz değildi.

• athar (10/5): Wonderful - The location was excellent, and the apartment was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly, and the staff were very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! Nothing.

• Veronica (8/5): Very good - Super great location, restaurants & cafes are all walking distance within 5-10 mins 20 minutes to big ben, 35mins to London Bridge We walk everyday during stay, is great if you are able to walk 🚶‍♂️ you will see more places Suggest handle bar at bathtub will be great, a showerscreen will be great too

• Nikhil (1/5): WARNING! - Do not stay at this property!!! The worst experience I've ever had using Booking.com. I arrived at the property and found holes in the ceilings where the A/C vents are supposed to be, including above the bed. The A/C was not working either and it was blistering heat in July! I immediately left the property and the host did not even bother answering to my calls or messages until 3 days later. When they finally answered they admitted that they were aware about the issue but failed to inform me prior to arrival. They did not even apologise once about the situation or bother to help me find a replacement property leaving me literally on the street at midnight scrambling to find another place to stay. Even after confirming that they will give me a refund, they did not process it until 14 DAYS later because their finance team "forgot to do it". Avoid booking any property managed by ESON2 for your trip!
• Matthew (1/5): good Lo action, make sure air con works - location is fantastic Air-con in entire place was broken. they knew this before we booked and still took our money. they tried to fix it and couldn’t. I messaged the owner and they didn’t reply. not acceptable to mislead guests and take their money.
