The german people were very friendly and helpful when approached however we still felt bad for bothering them As non German speaking people it would have been handy to have some information in the room with regards on what tram or U to catch and where to catch them to get into the main station or to the main attractions like Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Museums etc.

• Sophia (10/5): A great (and comfortable) base for exploring Berlin. - The room was great for our three-night stay, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was always consistent. Our room overlooked the Berlin tower which was a wonderful plus, and the location is close to some of the city's best restaurant, bars and shops.

• Olga (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay! - The accommodation was very comfortable, spotless, and located in a beautiful area. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it really felt like the hosts had considered every little detail to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch that I really appreciated was the earplugs provided for guests — such a small but thoughtful detail that shows how much care has gone into the place. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-located accommodation with excellent attention to detail. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! Everything was excellent.

Pour l équipement de la cuisine : mettre une poêle plus grande (mini poêle seulement, trop petite pour 4 personnes), un grille pain, et un aspirateur pour un mini ménage en cours de séjour (il n y avait qu une petite balayette)

Vi manglede en klar instruktion i hvad vi skulle gøre med affaldet, som vi akkumulerede dag til dag. Der var affaldssortering i kælderen, men ikke til det hele.

• Viviana (8/5): Comodo e permanenza piacevole - Numa è stata una piacevole sorpresa, ma soprattutto la nostra salvezza avendo un bimbo piccolo perché all’occorrenza tornavamo sempre per farlo mangiare serenamente o semplicemente per riposare. La camera era davvero pulita, spazi ridotti ma bagno comodissimo con doccia spaziosa e getto dell’acqua bellissimo. Indicazioni per check in semplici e intuitive La colazione seppure buona è un po’ scarna e comunque poco variegata, preferisco un buffet.

• Verena (8/5): Tolle Lage. Qualität der Ausstattung für den Preis reicht mir persönlich nicht aus. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Interieur ist komplett aus Kunststoff Materialien, auch Boden, Fliesen und Wandfarbe. Es riecht nach billigem Putzmittel und Plastik, was wirklich schade ist. Sonst war alles super: Lage, unkomplizierter Check in und Check out, optisch schön eingerichtet und sauber.

You can get free access to the laundry, where you can also find fresh towels and tea. The neighbourhood is rich with lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Tram and metro stations are within 2 minutes of the hotel. All this is for reasonable prices. Construction work on the first floor and colouring in a corridor

Le déjeuner est servi à la porte de la chambre sous la forme d'une doggy box avec peu de variation. Une perceuse a fonctionné dans l'hotel vers 21h et une alarme incendie a fait sortir tout le monde à 3h30 du matin, alors qu'il n'y avait pas d'incendie.

• Annunciata (10/5): Bella scelta! - Posizione centralissima nel Mitte nei pressi della fermata Metro (U) di Rosa Luxemburg platz, della fermata della Metro linea S di Hackescher Markt, e delle fermate della linea U ma anche S di Alexander Platz, quindi arrivare e partire dall'aereporto di Berlino-Brandeburgo e' facile e conveniente (5 euro il biglietto Metro Linea S).La struttura e' confortevole, pulita, con camere o appartamentini forniti di tutto, entrambe le tipologie con balcone. Il check in si effettua on line ed e' semplicissimo, così come il check out. L'ingresso alla struttura ed al proprio alloggio avviene tramite codice Pin che viene inviato con e-mail insieme al numero di camera/appartamento, 24 ore prima, quindi niente chiavi o schede da portarsi dietro. Lo staff e' gentile e disponibile, e' possibile comunicare con loro attraverso wapp praticamente sempre. Alloggio pulito, bagno con doccia, detergenti vari e phon. Non e' prevista la colazione ma e' possibile riceverla a domicilio prenotandola online (il bar si trova al piano terra della struttura). Nelle vicinanze, praticamente lungo la strada (Schonauser Allee) bar, panetteria, ristoranti, market. Dieci minuti di cammino e si arriva alla grande birreria Hoffbrau (HB) versione berlinese dell'iconica casa madre di Monaco di Baviera.

Un tavolo rotondo permette di poter consumare pasti in camera. Ottima posizione accanto a metro, bus e tram. Quartiere tranquillo e con tanti locali carini. La mancanza di una sala comune per sostare e rilassarsi.

• Weiss (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf gehad - Overall goed geregeld, appcontact dat 24/7 beschikbaar was, toen er een probleem met m'n kookplaat was werd het de volgende ochtend direct opgelost binnen het tijdframe wat ik aangegeven had. Yogamatjes beschikbaar vond ik heel fijn, onbeperkt koffie, thee en handdoeken. Wat van mij nog erbij mag zijn vaatdoekjes bij de keuken en wat meer haakjes in de keuken en badkamer om de handdoeken en theedoek aan op te kunnen hangen.

We didn’t find the property noisy despite other reviews and we had a room on the first floor overlooking the street. This is a digital only property and it worked very well. No issues at all and access to a separate area to restock tea/coffee, towels and even washing machines and secure lockers for luggage if you arrived early or were leaving later. Nothing to not like for the price we paid.

Het is meer een open kast met een gootsteen, koelkast en magnetron. Echt koken zou ik niet doen. Maakte voor ons niet uit want we aten steeds in restaurantjes.

• Friederike (7/5): Für ein Wochenende empfehlungswert - Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für ein Wochenende benötigt. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kapselmaschine, Kaffee, Tee, Milch/Hafermilch, Zucker, Flasche Wasser, Gläser. Das Bad war auch gut ausgestattet mit Duschbad, Lotion, Shampoo, Handtüchern und Fön. Bett war auch in Ordnung und es war alles sehr sauber. Man hat eine kleine Auswahl an Frühstückmenüs, die einem in kleinen Päckchen vor die Tür gebracht werden, aber nur eine Option erschien uns als ausreichend. Alle anderen wirkten eher wie ein kleiner Frühstückssnack.

Keine Rezeption notwendig. Top Lage! Kein Frühstücksraum Es stand im Karton vor dem Zimmer Kein buffet nur Croissant, Müsli,Obst und Saft Im Karton, alles abgepackt. Kaffee zum Selbermachen , hatten wir anders erwartet. Müsste wenigstens so kommuniziert werden! Verkehr der Straßenbahn , Geräusche der Ampel und Autolärm sind schon sehr zu hören!
