• Russo (1/5): - Nos cancelaron la reserva yendo en la ruta el mismo día. No contesto jamás el teléfono. A los pocos minutos de cancelar la reserva lo publico el doble. Es una vergüenza.
• Zechnerova (1/5): Cockroaches and poor hygiene – we had to leave after the first night - Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The apartment is in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. It is unattractive, not properly cleaned, and there is mould in several places. The most serious issue was the presence of cockroaches. After the first night, we decided to leave the apartment. Although we informed the owner immediately about these problems, there was no proper communication and no refund for the remaining nights was offered. Booking.com was not able to assist, as the payment was made directly to the owner. I would advise being cautious when booking this property. I cannot recommend this accommodation. I have attached photos to show the actual condition of the apartment.
• Constanza Lilet (8/5): - Es un apartamento muy acogedor y bien equipado. Además cuenta con piscina, gimnasio, jacuzzi y una piscina temperada en el último piso. Además, los guardias, recepcionistas y el dueño Daniel, son muy amables y atentos. También hay supermercados y kioscos cercanos, así como bares a unas cuadras, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Lo único negativo fue que el aire acondicionado del living tenía una fuga y goteaba bastante agua.
• Wilma (9/5): - Die Piletta ist richtig groß, man kann Bahnen schwimmen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Bett ist super komfortabel. An der Piletta gibt es keine Umkleide und man darf nicht in Badesachen durchs Haus laufen.

• Heather (6/5): Average stay - The facilities of the building were great - the gym, pool and spa were 10/10 and such a treat. The apartment was well equipped. It was very secure and in a good location, approximately 10 mins walk to the centre of San Telmo. The apartment itself needs a little TLC and wasn’t super clean. We would have liked more fresh towels and linen given the length of our stay. We found the host to be difficult to deal with when it came to payment and were charged an extra 16% than the amount we booked with booking.com. We had to arrange for a bank transfer and were given incorrect details which led to delays with the payment and ultimately it being rejected, in the meantime we were hassled constantly by the host. Our check-out experience was quiet unpleasant, with the host sending someone to rush us out before the agreed check-out time - they came in taking videos of the condition of the apartment and checking all of the electric appliances were working as we were trying to grab our bags which seemed very unnecessary.
