- REDLABUR (8/5): Stanze spaziose e accoglienti - Stanze grandi. La tv è di grandi dimensioni e in camera ci sono più arredi dove posizionare le proprie cose. Il bagno è nuovo con una grande doccia e il necessario per lavarsi. C'è una cucina collettiva dove si ci può preparare il caffè e il the. La posizione è buona per raggiungere la stazione ed è a ridosso di porta Pia. Per chi beve il the il the, quelli presenti in struttura, star o conad, sono imbevibili. Con un euro in più c'è il twinings che è ottimo. Avrei fatto trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera anche se a Roma l'acqua del rubinetto è potabile.

Al mio arrivo, avevano bloccato il mio numero. Usando un telefono diverso, sono riuscita a farmi richiamare e appena hanno capito chi ero, mi hanno buttato giù e bloccata. Tutto questo senza apparente motivo.

There was no common area outside as advertised. Host called me and was quite rude about the whole situation, instead of an apology he hang up on me.

Quartiere tranquillo, anche la sera. Fornito di servizi e posti dove al mattino fare colazione. Tutto okay, non c'è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

L'accoglienza e la simpatia della Signora che ci ha accolto ci ha subito messo a nostro agio e fatto sentire a Roma. il quartiere di giorno è sicuramente piacevole e anche la sera tornando dalla cena ci è sembrato tranquillo, ma noi tornavamo molto presto. il letto cigolava un po'

- LUCA (1/5): DA EVITARE - il letto ha le doghe sfondate e tenute assieme con della pellicola, in un punto del letto sono state sostituite con un pannello in truciolare. Il risultato è una superficie di riposo non regolare e in pendenza. Dormito molto scomodi. Non siamo stati avvisati del problema e quando l'abbiamo fatto notare al gestore non abbiamo ottenuto risposte se non dopo il checkout, e con atteggiamento da sbruffone. Piatto doccia in materiale plastico che si piega. Arredi molto economici. Il servizio offerto non è adeguato al prezzo pattuito

Cleaner was really friendly, athough we only managed to communicate via Google Translate. Perhaps some from of filtered water - there was a lot of lime in the water, very visible when filling the kettle.

- Stefano (7/5): B&B comodo ed economico, ben collegato col centro - Posizione, gestione efficiente del tutto, spazi, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, doccia spaziosa, cucina a disposizione. C’era una sedia in camera con una gamba che cedeva e ho rischiato di cadere a terra. Sotto al letto alzando il materasso c’era parecchia polvere e per me che sono asmatico non è il massimo, ma per il resto la stanza era pulita.

It was nice to have the possibility to use the kitchen and to make coffee or tea in the morning! Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with the cleaner who entered my room without knocking while I was in (there was no room cleaning scheduled) and was also very impolite about it. The host was very understanding and ensured me this would not happen again.

- Sardus111 (6/5): Buono ma con miglioramenti da appportare sia nella stanza sia nelle comunicazioni - Buona la posizione nel quartiere Nomentano, molti locali e tranquillità della zona anche di sera. l'appartamento è al primo pano con ascensore di un bel palazzo, comodo il chek-in via Whatsapp ed il pagamento con il pos situato nel corridoio dell'appartamento. A disposizione una cucina comune con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e una macchina del caffè a capsule sempre disponibili ed un bollitore per bevande calde con bustine del tè Comunicazione difficoltosa, ho chiesto per la navetta eroportuale e nessuna risposta inoltre a specifica domanda, sulla eventuale disponibilità di ferro da stiro la prima volta mi è stato risposto che la colazione non era compresa, ripetendo la domanda la risposta è stato un perentorio "Si" ma alla fine in struttura non ho visto nessun ferro da stiro a disposizione. La mia camera denominata "Nolan" ha la finestra sul terrazzino comune attrezzato con accesso dalla cucina, è inverno quindi non si è visto nessuno in bella stagione potrebbe essere un problema. I cuscini a disposizione sono alti tre centimetri l'uno e con imbottitura non uniforme non adatti a chi necessita di un cuscino alto. il lavandino del bagno è parzialmente intasato e l'acqua defluisce lentamente, l'asciugamano da bidet ha la grandezza di un fazzoletto di carta aperto
