No hot water available in the bathroom and staffs are not able to help. Not up to the standards (facilities and services). Hope the management will give discount/refund on this incident. We are forced to take cold bath in an air con room

Zgłosiłam fakt że jest zimna woda pod prysznicem, ktoś miał sprawdzić- nic nie zostało zrobione, udostępniono mi inny pokoj do kąpieli ale tam też była zimna woda 😂

But 2nd day given to another which was much smaller room the worst thing no hot water available in the bathroom we complain to the front counter staff numerous times but in vain. Gomez Celis (7/5): Fair value for money - Location and customer service The room I was assigned had lots of issues with water leaks, and the toilet would not flush. I found the problem late at night, so I had to wait for the next day to report the issues. They assigned a different room. Hopefully, the problematic room is not assigned until all problems are fixed. The new room assigned was good value for money.

ANTONIO (1/5): Malísimo, no recomiendo. - Nada Estaba extremadamente sucio. Bajo la cama hay un espacio para las maletas, al poner la mía quedó llenísima de polvo, habían cables colgando. El baño lleno de hongos y moho. Durante la primera noche cayó agua desde el techo arriba de una de nuestras maletas y mojó todo. No quisieron hacerse cargo de la lavandería o secado de la ropa mojada y hedionda a moho. Más encima ni siquiera es barato.

Paul (6/5): Hotel D'Nova Hotel Review - The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a TV in the room with English speaking channels The room was VERY tiny and there is no partition for the toilet. It feels like they've made the rooms as small as possible to fit as many into the building space. Unfortunately, the shower was not powerful and had no hot water The hotel is way too expensive for the room you get.

Não existiam paredes divisórias, a sanita e a cabine de duche estavam a cerca de 1,5m da cama e as caixas de visita encontravam-se no meio do quarto, libertando cheiro a cano. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, os lençois apresentavam várias manchas e havia muito pó à volta e por baixo da cama. Durante os 3 dias da minha estadia o quarto não foi limpo e nunca houve água quente no duche.

The hotel did smell nice like fresh men’s cologne. It felt unclean and hadn’t been maintained well. There were ants in my room. Every shower I had was cold water. It was overpriced. Parisa (5/5): Great location and friendly reception, but the noise, poor room service, and lack of basic amenities mean I wouldn’t sta - • The reception staff, especially Zemri, was nice — always smiling, polite, and helpful. •Great location for Suntec city or exploring the Bugis area. •The room becomes completely dark at night, which is perfect if you’re sensitive to light when sleeping. •The small room works fine for a solo traveler. •The hotel price was reasonable for the area. •No fridge in the room. •The bathroom is see-through glass, making it awkward for two people. •Cleaning service is poor — every other day, and even then, they always don’t clean properly or forget to restock water/coffee. •Very noisy especially from early morning due to loud talking, laughing, and vacuuming in the corridors; still noisy at night. •Very unpleasant experience at the downstairs coffee shop — the Asian lady who said she is the owner was unexpectedly very impolite and unprofessional when I sat at a table for just five minutes without ordering from them.

Martin (2/5): Thankfully short - Good location, very small room but comfortable enough for one person, or it would be if the facilities were maintained. Broken aircon (though they did provide me a standing fan), no hot water, access card malfunction, stained towels, empty reception on arrival. Staff treated me poorly including trying to kick me out of an otherwise empty restaurant while I was taking an online meeting, even though I told them I would order after. Not what you expect given the price.

Natalia Elok (9/5): Perfect location. Match our needs. - The location is perfect, just in the middle of the city with easy reach to public transportation. Near to Bugis station MRT. We didn't use the room a lot as we walked almost all day. The staff is cool and helpful. It is very clean too.

Anangga (9/5): Beat all my expectations, really enjoyed my stay! - I was so worried due to all the bad reviews I really adjust my expectations. To my surprise, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Yes, the room is small, but it's just at the right size. I mean, it's the size you'd get from a budget single room in Mowbray Court in the UK, any hotel in Tokyo, or any other places where property price is astronomical. Cleanliness of the room is just fine, I've seen far-far worse. At the time of my visit, my room doesn't have any black molds, perhaps they already cleaned it, which is good. I hope they clean it periodically since room with no window can easily attract black molds. They have warm water as well, you'll just have to pull it to the max and a little bit more to the left towards the hot indicator. Really enjoy my early morning shower. The staff at my check-in time is super nice and accommodating. The location is super perfect for my stay and is near to every single thing critical to my trip this time. There's a restaurant on the ground floor as well if you fancy it. Since I'm in a tight budget and the restaurant still hasn't open super early in the morning, I bought and ate my breakfast at the nearby 7-11. Anyway, this one is not what I like or what I don't like, but I just want to point out that the hotel is working with skeleton staff due to its category as a budget hotel, so you can sometimes find the front office staff who works very long hours asleep at the couch near his working station in the early morning (I usually went out for breakfast at around 5AM). I don't think it's fair to criticize them based on this as with other reviews I read. It's Singapore so value wise it's SEA's bottom of the peck haha. Nothing they can do about, as I said, property price is astronomical. In the room where I stay, the bed is bolted to the wall, so every single thing that fell down to the side of the bed can be considered as being eaten alive by the bed. Lost my USB-C cable to that secret pit on the side of your bed, thankfully the staff is nice enough to lend me another to survive. Not exactly a minus point since SG is hot and humid, so I really appreciate how strong the AC is, but it seems like they employ centralized AC and the control inside your room isn't working? Tried changing it but somehow I don't feel any change in AC temperature. Once again, not a minus point, just want to point it out.
Glen (8/5): Excellent location for budget solo traveller - Location was fantastic for visiting all of the sights of Singapore. Walking distance to many MRT stations (Bugis, City Hall, Esplanade & Promenade) and lots of bus routes. Close proximity to 24 hour food court, Raffles Hotel and shopping centres (Bugis Junction, Raffles City and Suntec City) & Sim Lim square. Hotel access was through the resturant to the lifts to rear, but bed was comfortable, room was sufficent size to sleep and shower. - Air conditioner, while it worked well, was set at minimum of 21 degrees. Would have preferred a colder air con setting. - Hot water was only just above body temperature / lukewarm, so having a shower required 100% hot water and would not be hot enough for people who like hot showers.

PINAR (7/5): - It is very central and it is on a very nice street with many restaurants and bars. Close to the bay, a shopping mall with a food court and a 7/11! The rooms are very small and l believe this is so for many hotels in Singapore. The rooms could have been cleaner. They do not clean the rooms daily.

Maria Rosa (2/5): Staff were pleasant, but I would not go back there. - Staff were friendly The first night was ok, I booked for another night, the second room I was put in, hadn’t been swept…..I contacted staff, the floor was swept, I asked that the floor be washed as well, I was told cleaners will be in the next day, and it will n be done then. even though the lights were all off at night, there were a number of red lights that were permanently on, so I could see everything, I got very little sleep. I booked for and paid for another night as well, but I just couldn’t stay there. I asked to change the room, I was happy to pay the difference for a better room, but I was told there were no other rooms.
Bridget (8/5): I would probably spend a bit more money and stay elsewhere next time in Singapore - Amazing location- we were able to walk to the children’s museum and raffles hotel and be close to many great shopping at eating spots. Look, the room was as described- bunk beds, no window. But once inside, it really is quite squashy, the shower flows to the toilet (which is next to the bed), damp smell and mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. Man on check in was friendly enough, but no real customer service or hotel help

Hew (4/5): Alarm Beeping! - Overall was okay, there is an eatery beneath which makes everything convenient. My room was situated on the first floor (1E) and the emergency alarm was incessantly beeping without pause throughout the night. This severely disrupted my rest and left me utterly exhausted, making it impossible to truly enjoy my visit to Singapore. I requested a change of room, preferably to a higher floor for peace and comfort but was informed that all rooms were fully occupied even though the building spans six floors. It was truly disappointing. I sincerely hope such an unpleasant experience will not repeat itself in the future.

thine (8/5): Im satisfied with my stay. - The bed was so comfy, the location is good near the mrt , mall and restaurants. The space was so small , if 2 persons are there , no more space to put the luggages and their extra things.
