- Lidija (8/5): Loved it - We loved our stay at Olympavan. Very friendly service, however, if you don't speak Armenian or Russian communication will be limited. Excellent gym facilities and a very generous buffet breakfast, catered for Armenian elite athletes who live and train here. Quick laundry service, shops nearby, wifi is good enough. The only trouble was the heat in early September and our non aircon room got very hot and muggy. Getting into city centre takes a while as traffic gets chaotic.
- Alexander (4/5): - There was no water during the nights. Warm water was only once in 7 days. No WI-FI at all. Noisy and dusty because of the construction works outside. NO aircondition in the room!
- Mariia (7/5): - Ничего критически плохого не было. В номере не было чашек при наличии чайника. В целом, никого, кроме спортсменов здесь не ждут. Попросила пустить посмотреть как сын занимается в их фитнесе - отказали, хотя в описании указано, что посещение входит в услуги.

- Ilya (5/5): Passable - At least there was a room available, despite the flood of refugees from russia They increased the prices several fold, following the hotel crisis followed by influx of refugees, but made no efforts to provide value. Just a cheap hotel for an enormous price. Never changed towels, etc. When I invited another refugee to share my room (there was 2 beds) they charged him full price as for a separate room.
