Zungezwa (1/5): Bad experience and unprofessionalism - I didn't like anything as I did not stay but paid I booked online for 3nights when I got there I was told it's fully booked but it was not stated on booking.com the staff advised that I cancel and request refund I did cancel and never got my refund. I sent a follow up on WhatsApp the assistant on the chats told me there is nothing they can about refund as they're not authorized for this, I requested contact details for the relevant people to assist with refund they told me they're not allowed to share their details. I made an exception to ask that they can book me a stay in with that amount they said I can't I lost my money like that, your service is poor I would not recommend anyone to go there.
Sihle (2/5): - I like the bed and Wi-Fi only The place was okay, the lady working at reception was very rude and doesn’t know how to speak with guests. She just took me to my room and didn’t explain anything further. There were complications from the time I arrived at the place. I also wouldn’t recommend someone who doesn’t have a heart to deal with people work at reception, the face of the place. There was no proper hospitality, I only enjoyed the soft bedding and Wi-Fi, everything else was so unprofessional.

torello (1/5): Run and don't dare book - There was nothing to like about this property, when we arrived at the property we found a man dressed in woman's clothes with hot shorts with his but hanging out, we went to see the rooms and with in 5 mins of being in the room 2 family members had been bitten by bugs we then canceled the booking and when requested a refund or partial refund we were denied by the property, this is a place people book for a short time to do things that can't be said, I wouldn't recommend any one try and book at this place at all and I hope booking.com.looks into this property and remove it as booking.com should not be affiliated with such places The floors were dirty and stained the beds had bed bugs as after sitting on that bed for 5 minutes we had bug bites, this place is for booking in with someone to make another someone

The staff care less about the guests. During check out we waited at the reception and one staff member just pwssed without enquiring why we were waiting there until I asked her why she was ignoring us especially a gentleman who was a tourist. We both didn't know that the reception opens at 8 and we had to check out at rhe gate until I confronted her with the poor service.

Bed and chair and table were not cleaned, dusty and had hair, room they I got was different then the picture, no ventilation.

I also like the bathroom I didn't like the noise cause I don't know if ther were people working or but it kept interfering because it was next to my room. And also people would make noise at night and screaming. I like a quiet space and i didn't get that.

Johnston (1/5): Good name innout..ASAP.!!! - Good location The room was smelly, aweful carpet, the sheets not clean. The towel was tiny and had disgusting stains on it. No plug for the basin. I put my clean clothes on the floor while I ran the shower, they got saturated cos the water was spraying past the plastic curtain onto the floor. I had to put my suitcase on the floor as there was nowhere to put it. Having bad knees I found it extremely uncomfortable to access my case. No bedside lamp, no where to charge my phone. All in all terrible. I checked out the next morning, having booked for 4 nights. Lost all my money. They would refund my booking.

They don't have simple cheap facilities like bedside tables, tea/coffee things in the room, not even a hook for towels in the bathroom. No soap/shampoo/air freshner. They arw just outright cheap and junky. They have grey towels, why grey? I have stayed at cheaper places with way more class.
