Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Proprietari super disponibili Lo consiglio!! Pittura scorticata in alcuni punti della casa, la pulizia da migliorare.

• Obiora (6/5): There’s room for improvement - Was in the first floor so was easy to get in and out. Apartment is not sound proof. When you make calls you can be heard by the neighbours. You also hear conversations from the adjacent apartment. It offers no privacy.

• Pavlo (8/5): - Чудова комунікація з адміністрацією. Так, як ми брали апартаменти на довгий період, попросили додатковий посуд, все зразу принесли. Постільна білизна, полотенца - в достатньої кількості. Вся кухонна техніка, сантехніка, кондиціонери, телевізор- в робочему стані.Хороший WI-FI. Не завадило би замінити усі двері, або хоча б змастити, бо дуже скриплять. Холодильник трошки замалий для довгого перебування. На кухні недостатньо меблів, не було місця, де готувати їжу. Було би непогано встановити додатковий стіл. В душевій кабіні не вистачає штори, вся вода розприскується на унітаз та підлогу.

• Amir (9/5): Perfect for returning travelers that are OK staying 10 minutes away from the main attractions. - Almost everything. Great apartment, easy check-in/out (key access), spacious, quiet, and very safe - including at night, it's located outside the official center of Athens but the neighborhood is packed with restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. It's a 10-15 min cab ride (6-8 Euro) from the center so if you've already been to Athens and are not looking to stay smack in the middle of the main attractions - this is a great place to stay in. The shower is a little small (although fully renovated), but it doesn't feel tight since there is no curtain. If you're OK with water splashing on the bathroom floor (no curtain...) - it's not a problem at all.
• Pat (8/5): Very good - We were reminded to respect the neighbors in this residential building and not make loud noises. However, just be aware that precisely because this is a residential building there are barking dogs and crying babies late at night and jackhammers early in the morning.

• Marius (8/5): Great overall for the money. Our second time staying at the same unit. - Quiet street. Great bed and space for the money. The bathroom was in a little need of update along with the windows thru out the unit. Also could use a full size mirror and a Nespresso machine.

• Alexander (8/5): Overall a satisfying place in a very quiet and local neighborhood. - The apartment was very comfortable and inviting. The living room space was a great place to recover from jet lag and the bed was comfortable as well. It was also cool as well, especially with how hot Athens was while we stayed there! Also, we were fortunate that there was no noise while we were there and the elevator next to the bedroom was never really a problem for us. This could change for others though, so this was specifically our experience! The bathroom could use some work. The drain underneath the sink was leaking and although a small bucket was placed underneath it to collect excess water, it would have been nice for it to be repaired. Also, the lack of a shower curtain was also an issue, as water sprayed everywhere when showering. Having a small metal rack to hang a curtain on would have made a huge difference!

A bit far from the centre and metro station but there is a bus station right outside on the main road which can take you to Ampelokipoi metro station or directly to syntagma square. We used the bus the last 2 days of our stay and it was better.

Because it is run by a company I didn't find staff as friendly as with the bookings I normally make for hotels or individually owned properties.

• Rao (9/5): One of our best stays in Greece. - Location is perfect, close to the city centre, also has food/ bars/ grocery places just down the road on the right. Also the apartment was kept clean had most of the facilities. They should keep a few bottles of water, when one arrives atleast during the summer time.

Nice bakery selling fresh pastries and coffee on the corner and a small supermarket. Plenty of taxi’s close by too. Location was ok. The view from the windows was overlooking more apartments. But that didn’t matter to me as I only stayed two nights.

• Francois (5/5): The Noise from Above - Initially responsive action and feedback following our noise complaint after the first awful night there, and a peaceful sleep the second night, probably due to action from the host. The noise. Total sleepless night on night one, better the following but back to noisy on our third night. We chose this (slightly more expensive, for us) place because it was advertised as situated in a quiet neighborhood and we were desperate for rest after a long journey. But neighbours from hell really spoilt this, and I hope the landlord is able to amend this more permanently. It's one thing to issue a strict warning in the house rules about noise, but surely that should work both ways?

In a good place close to bus stops and various shops. The bathroom does not have a curtain in the shower making everything wet when showering. There aren't any hangers in the entire apartment, the only place to hang clothes is the closet which makes it inconvenient to hang coats and jackets when entering and exiting the apartment.

• Konstantinos (7/5): A good night’s sleep. - Cleanliness; great bathroom too. Difficult to find parking space on the street; it is not the property’s fault but the area is very densely populated; also, walking up/down the hill can be challenging for elderly clients. I would not recommend renting in this area for elderly people. On thé hand, good for younger travellers :)

• Lisa (9/5): Apartment was clean and comfortable, not fancy but it was all we needed. - Neighborhood was quite, close to supermarkets, park, shops. I would stay there again. I didn’t use the subway but I believe it’s only 2 stops to city center. I didn’t get the information immediately or up front about turning on/off the water heater. I sent an email about heater and a few things we needed, and I did receive a timely response and all was resolved.

• Alena (7/5): Nice and comfortable stay - We didn’t like staying in the ground floor apartment so the team moved us to the 2nd floor apartment within the same building which was very comfortable, spacious and nice. There is a good washing machine which was very handy to have, a big balcony to sit and also dry the clothes. There was a nice fruit and veg market not far from the apartment set up in the actual street which was lovely. The owner’s response was always quick and all enquiries and requests we had were resolved and delivered straight away. It was a nice apartment, not in central Athens and there are plenty of buses to get you to the city centre
• Vasileios (5/5): Clean but not a quite place - It was clean and very easily accessible. We were lucky and found a parking spot right outside the apartment twice! If you come here late at night you may find it more difficult to park. Please read the negatives cause these are more important imo. Although the apartment was clean the renovation was only half done. Unfortunately we stayed there 2 nights and we couldn't sleep both times. The windows were still the ones used in the 70s which means very thin and wooden (grandma style 😁). This meant that any noise from outside sounds like it's inside the bedroom! There were college people having a party about 5 apartments away form us and it was crazy. If there is wind then some loose metallic structures start hitting each other on the rooftop and it's an absolutely nightmare. I have communicated these issues to the owner which is probably some airbnb company and they reposponed with a generic message. It's a pity cause we would like to stay more days and come back at an other time but this lack of insulation, that is standard in most places nowadays, is a no go for us...

• Auchi (9/5): Very cozy, clean and affordable stay! - The apartment was cute and cozy. It was in a good neighbourhood but had to walk a little bit to get the public transport. I didn't mind it because I liked walking. The apartment was also air conditioned and we were provided with essential such as tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, body wash etc. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower cubicle didn't have a door which made it harder to shower because the water was splashing to outside, resulting in the bathroom getting (very slightly) flooded.

• Iryna (8/5): Good apartment in a quiet location close to city centre, recommended! - Good location in a quiet local area, great local 24/7 cafe with amazing choice of food & drinks & bus stop to city centre & other main destinations conveniently on the door step (or taxi to Syntagma is around 7 euro), pharmacy & supermarket nearby. Good basic facilities for our needs in the flat. Aircon & washing machine were handy. The host was really helpful & responsive, brilliant communication with him & quick replies & advice. Very reasonably priced in high season!
