• anna (7/5): Comfortable but staff need to do better - Good location, close to the Galata tower, river and restaurants Staff at breakfast were lovely Breakfast was ordinary. Eggs always cold . Very limited range . Staff at reception were not particularly interested in their customers. We had been travelling elsewhere and staff at every hotel were so friendly and helpful. Always giving us tips of where to go, what to see and where to eat. Always asking how our day was and where we had been. The staff here were disinterested in us. We asked about going to Gallipoli they had no idea what we were asking . Surely, having Australian and New Zealand guests they would be better informed. Once they worked out what we were wanting they had no interest in helping us arrange something. We would walk in and they barely acknowledged you. Often not even raising their heads

Το transfer που κλείσαμε απο το ξενοδοχείο, μας εξυπηρέτησε πολυ καλά.Ήταν όλα υπέροχα και καθαρά και το πρωινό πλούσιο!!! • Petra Bachrata (10/5): - Our favorite hotel in Istanbul. We stayed here few times. Location is the best. Tasty breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. All good.
• Heike (8/5): Prima für eine Städtetour in Istanbul - Ein modernes Zimmer in einem schönen, zurückhaltendem Design. Die Fenster hatten Schallisolierung, so das man auch wirklich Ruhe haben konnte. Das Bad war mit großem Waschtisch ausgestattet und die Armaturen formschön. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig : mich haben besonders die vielen Olivensorten und das Helva gefreut. Der Blick auf die Moschee am gegenüberliegenden Ufer des Goldenen Horns war traumhaft. Vor allem wurde man freundlich und aufmerksam bedient, so dass man das Gefühl hat, hier richtig willkommen zusein. Da sind besonders Hatice und Effe (oder Ette) zu erwähnen. Auch in der Rezeption hatten die Menschen dort immer ein freundliches Wort für mich und gaben auch Restauranttipps. Die Hotelkatze fühlte sich in der Lobby richtig wohl. Aber ich nicht mit ihr. Sobald ich im WLAN eingeloggt war, funktionierten meine Emails nicht mehr. Das Problem gab sich von alleine wieder, als ich am Flughafen war.

• Kurt (8/5): - vom Hotel aus können sie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten wie auch die Basars zu Fuß erreichen. Auch Taxis und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind immer rund um die Uhr direkt beim Hotel anzutreffen. Frühstück war alles ausreichend und sehr angeschirrte mitarbeiter. Wir hatte ein Zimmer auf der neunten etage mit Meerblick. Fenster war nicht gut zu schließen und daher doch etwas laut im zimmer. Auf bitten eines techniker wurde dieser sofort zugesagt aber nichts passierte.

• cindy (8/5): Pas mal - Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon (buffet). La vue magnifique en prenant le petit déjeuner (vu sur le quartier historique). Le personnel serviable et sympathique. Salle de bain petite pour un fauteuil roulant. Toilette trop basse pour descendre du fauteuil roulant. Espace sur les cotés du lit pas très grand pour un gros fauteuil roulant, on a du mettre le lit de biais. Attente pour l'ascenseur bien trop long quand vous êtes au 5eme étage.

• Inès (7/5): Sympa - La localisation, le petit déjeuner avec la superbe vue. Les équipes du personnel du petit déjeuner étaient exceptionnelles. Un grand merci à eux. Les odeurs de cigarettes dans la salle de bain. Les relances à multiples reprises pour avoir un lit bébé alors que j'avais déjà fait la demande lors de la réservation. Manque de réactivité certain. L'eau chaude qui met du temps à arriver. C'est la 2eme fois que je séjourne dans cette hôtel et pourtant ma 1ere expérience était super. Je suis un peu déçue pour cette fois-ci.

• Charbel (6/5): Hôtel dans une zone industrielle sans intérêt - Belle vue depuis la terrasse. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle, en face d’un immeuble abandonné : Magasins d’électricité, quincaillerie, robinetterie. Les ruelles sont désertes le soir. Ce qui est un peu inquiétant. Les chambres sans vue sur le Bosphore sont ternes et sombres. Le personnel ne donne pas de bons conseils pour les visites et les transports. Même petit déjeuner tous les matins.

• Carolyn (8/5): Très sympathique petit hôtel avec très jolie vue sur Sultanamet - petit hôtel (une trentaine de chambres) avec un personnel adorable, une très belle vue, un petit déjeuner correct et une chambre confortable et spacieuse. 2 améliorations: l'acoustique (mosquée très proche mais bon normal à Istanbul ;-) et malgré qu'on logeait au 8ème étage on entend très fort les bruits de la rue donc pour les sommeils légers, prévoyez vos boules quiès. et le pommeau de douche du plafond est inutilisable car trop usagé: à remplacer donc.

The boys in the late afternoon are not polite, the hotel is very noise from the street activity, the breakfast is kind of weak and the people serving are not really professionals. • Ieva (10/5): Пребывание оставило положительное впечатление. Отель подходит для комфортного проживания. Советую отелю купить несколько - Очень удобное расположение отеля и удобство доступа к основным достопримечательностям. Персонал был вежливым и отзывчивым. Номер был чистый, уютный. Отель находится около станции метро M2 в двух минутах ходьбы, так же от набережной золотого рога в минуте ходьбы, в пешей доступности 5-10 минут находится фуникулер поднимающий на улицу Истикляль, а так же трамвай T1. Завтрак был вкусный, продукты свежие, но могло бы быть больше разнообразия, однако для тех, кто приезжает путешествовать и гулять, хватит и того стандартного завтрака, который предлагается. В номерах заметны небольшие недостатки связанные с качеством установки сантехники, но хоть и где-то заметны дефекты ремонта, всё чисто и работает исправно.

Hotel che rispetta i canoni della sua categoria. Ben pulito e personale gentile e disponibile. Camera seppure posta all'ottavo piano è un po' rumorosa che ha me e mia moglie non ha disturbato più di tanto perché siamo abituati ai rumori della nostra città.

• Ezra (10/5): Nice hotel with friendly staff - All staff are very courteous, friendly and professionals. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows as they were thick. It could be good to others but not to me unfortunately.

• Maurizio (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Istanbul e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Struttura pulita, curata e accogliente, con una posizione perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale: hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La colazione è buona e abbondante; come piccolo suggerimento, aggiungerei un po’ più di varietà, soprattutto nei dolci, per chi si ferma più giorni. Nulla

• Tatjana (8/5): - Asukoht on hea. Lähedal on metro. Hommikusöök oli hea. Sõidu tee asus hotelli juures ja oli kuulda autode müra. Selline tunne oli et asud tee ääres.
• Bram (4/5): - Goed ontbijt, fijne douche, meeste personeel was vriendelijk. We hadden een kamer voor twee personen geboekt. Uiteindelijk zou een derde vriend mee reizen, waarop we contact hebben gezocht met de accommodatie. Voor 120 euro konden we een extra bed hebben. Nadrukkelijk is door ons gevraagd of het drie volledige bedden betreft en zulks werd bevestigd. Uiteindelijk kregen we een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Het hotel gaf opeens aan dat een kamer met drie bedden niet mogelijk zou zijn. Na langdurig overleg kregen we een tweepersoonskamer met twee losse bedden en een instabiel kinderbedje, waar een van ons drieën op moest slapen. Als we dat geweten hadden, dan hadden we een andere accommodatie geboekt, want zulks was niet overeengekomen voorafgaand aan het verblijf.

• Maria Cristina (9/5): It is a good quality price fancy solution - The location is perfect, it is walking distance from main neighbourhoods, karakoy isklelesi, Eminonu isklesi, gran bazar, Taksim , Beyoğlu, galata tower. Breakfast terrace is a gem! You can see mosque from there and food is really good as well. Tolga and selin help us with luggages and very first moment in Istanbul We had the room on the Main Street and the noises were too loud sometimes for sleeping
