• Georg_Sidorov (4/5): Disappointed - The street is not busy. The price is not too high in principle but for the value it is. Good water pressure in the shower. I have been to many hotels in different countries and I enjoy modest places but this one is really a bare minimum and not a well maintained one. The great reviews are very misleading saying that it is clean with great breakfast, etc. The room is lacking the minimal facilities like small lights and a fridge. The lights are very bright so we had to put our child to bed with bright lights on. The bed was very squeaky and the outlets for internet and electricity were behind our heads and pillows as this is normally a place for the cheat if drawers but for a couple they put the beds together. This is not safe and not usable as well. The vent has a lot of dust inside. The bathroom was the worst - with a lit of mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The shower holder was falling apart and not holding the shower well. The exhaust vent in the bathroom made so much noise (like an old airplane engine) that we preferred not to turn on the lights if possible. It also had a lot of dust hanging from it. The toilet was also super bad, it was dirty and it makes enough nose to be afraid touse it. The breakfast is super basic, not bad but definitely not something to be praised in the reviews. The staff were very neutral, also not something to mention as a positive highlight of the stay. With some maintenance, it could have been a much better experience.

• Dylan (8/5): Despite a few small flaws, the stay went very well and I would gladly come back. - Don’t Judge by the First Impression Upon my arrival, the staff was very kind and took the time to explain everything properly. Regarding the city tax, it may seem a little expensive (around €6 per day after calculation), but it is absolutely not a bad surprise since everything is clearly mentioned on the website before booking. You are informed in advance, so there is nothing to complain about regarding that. The room matched the description well. The bathroom was small but functional, with a shower and a sink. The room also included a large wardrobe, storage furniture, a bedside table, as well as a small table and chair. For a solo traveler, the space was more than sufficient and actually quite comfortable for a hotel of this category. The bed was comfortable, the cleaning was well done, the Wi-Fi connection worked properly throughout my stay, and the overall impression was serious and clean. The location is also a real positive point: the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Cornelia metro station, which is very convenient thanks to Line A, especially for easily reaching Termini station. The neighborhood is lively, with several places nearby to eat, such as pizzerias and small snack bars, as well as an almost daily market that brings a lot of life to the area. Honestly, the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood is very pleasant. My room was facing the street, and since the neighborhood is very lively, there is naturally quite a lot of traffic and noise, both during the day and at night. Since I slept with the windows open to get some fresh air, I could obviously hear the outside activity. There also seemed to be a school directly opposite the hotel, so there was some noise in the morning from children, as well as garbage collectors passing either late at night or very early in the morning. But honestly, I do not consider this abnormal: the neighborhood is lively, and that is also part of its charm. The real negative point is the hotel’s sound insulation, which is unfortunately very poor. You can easily hear what is happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Hearing people come back late or talk does not particularly bother me everyone enjoys their vacation differently. However, when some guests start shouting in the corridors or singing in their room around 11:30 PM, it obviously becomes less pleasant. That being said, the hotel is clearly not responsible for the disrespectful behavior of certain guests. As for housekeeping, it was not done on two days during my stay. The first time was intentional on my part because I had requested not to enter the room. The second time was on a Sunday, so I assume the service was reduced that day. Apart from that, the bed sheets and used towels were replaced regularly, and everything remained very clean. One last positive point worth mentioning: the hotel offers an online check-in system when the reception is closed. The keys are left in an envelope with the guest’s name and room number, which is very convenient for late arrivals.

Snídaně byly skromné, ale opět za tu cenu dostačující a chutné. Lokalita není nejhorší. Je tu dobrá obslužnost - k metru to je 10 minut chůze a k autobusu 46 je to 5 minut chůze. Mohu ubytování hodnotit pozitivně. Pokoje jsou poměrně chladné.

We asked for a room with 2 beds, confirmed it in the chat and reception but got room with 1 bed and 1 blanket. If you want to charge your phone you need to do it in the bathroom. There were only 2 sockets and one of it under the pillow which makes it impossible to charge your phone while sleeping.
• Isabella (8/5): Contenti - Luogo tranquillo, personale molto gentile e disponibile, stanza grande e pulita, colazione semplice ma buona, sia dolce che salata, possibilità di prenotare il posto auto cosa importante per noi, 10 minuti di cammino dalla fermata metro A Cornelia e alla fermata degli autobus. Ben servito c'è un minimarket nell'isolato vicino che abbiamo trovato aperto anche fino a tarda sera, molto utile! Comunque in generale nelle vicinanze delle fermate bus e metro c'erano diversi negozi un Todis, Conad, Pizzeria eccetera... La mancanza del bidet anche se era comunque presente un doccino per sopperire a questa mancanza, ma non eravamo abituati!!

Zona silenziosa e situata vicino alla fermata della metro Battistini linea A, comoda per gli spostamenti verso il centro. Pulito, staff a disposizione. Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo il phon in bagno è di quelli attaccati al muro, quindi se si ha necessità particolari nell'asciugatura dei capelli è meglio avere il proprio.

Nie wiem jak w innych pokojach ale w 33 był i pewnie jest nadal problem z wentylacją. Cały czas jest czuć " kanalizację". Nawet przy otwartym oknie jest to wyczuwalne. Niw wyobrażam sobie spać tam w zimie. Odradzam ten konkretny pokój. Po za tym OK.

Il giardino e molto bello e tranquillo. Il quartiere e calmo. La stazione (Cornelia) della metropolitana linea A si trova circa 8-10 minuti. Ci sono miglioramenti nelle camere (cabina doccia, gamba del tavolo).

• Marina (9/5): - Sehr sauber! einbisschen altes Badezimmer aber wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht, und das Zimmer ist wie abgebildet nicht luxuriös aber reicht völlig, man hat alles was man braucht, Personal ist sehr nett, mir wurde auf Anfrage einen Wasserkocher gegeben. Sie können kein Englisch aber nicht schlimm wir konnten kommunizieren trotzdem, neben U Bahn und Büsse, gute, ruhige Umgebung, jeden Tag gibt es auch daneben einen Markt mit Gemüse, Obst usw. und großer Supermarkt Conad. Wenn ich noch mal Rom besuchen möchte, würde ich ohne zu suchen wieder buchen ♥️

Недалеко от станции метро Cornelia. Поблизости были два больших продуктовых магазина и несколько кафе. Мы выезжали из отеля ночью, что меня очень беспокоило. К счастью, можно просто оставить ключи на стойке регистрации. Кровать в номере была очень удобной. Очень порадовал вид из окна на уютный итальянский дворик.
• Marcus (7/5): a peaceful oasis - very friendly reception. the room was really spacious with a nice big bathroom as well. loved the closet to hang my clothes. the garden is also small but charming. it felt safe and peaceful. walls are pretty thin and the stone floors in the corridor meant i was woken up pretty early each morning by families/groups leaving early. no TV or kettle. quite far to walk to the nearest metro at Cornelia and buses heading there are infrequent. getting into town was a trek.

Girls at reception working there, really nice ladies, I appreciate a good vibe, thank you ladies! Great job! I did not like sound isolation. There was none. I think the building is made to be heard through out different rooms. Basically I heard a guy snorring in room next to me, he sounded like he is in my room, through air ventilation. Also it is far from city. Not too far, but not close enough! There was mold in bathrom, quite a lot, I understand it's old building, but mold is toxic to breathe.
