Anna (4/5): Конечно гостиница совсем не соответствует заявленой четверке. Это тройка. И цена должна быть ниже. - Нам очень понравился завтрак. Понравилось расположение гостиницы. На фото номер выглядит намного приятнее и больше. Мы запрашивали номер с большой двуспальной кроватью , а в итоге в номере нас встретили просто сдвинутые две односпальные кровати с перегородкой посередине,двумя полуторными одеялами.

Персонал прекрасный, вай фай летает. Было бы отлично добавить в спортзал тренажер на руки. И размер номера хотелось бы чуть чуть побольше

It’s a solid location (10 mins to the Opera) and parking was surprisingly easy despite how crowded the street can look. Highly recommend! Loved everything about our hotel

Мария (8/5): - Останавливались в отеле на 3 дня в начале апреля. Отель расположен недалеко от центра, номера чистые и комфортные. Персонал приветливый. В номере было прохладно, но нам предложили обогреватель. Не подтверждают заранее платный ранний заезд, только при наличии номеров в день заселения. Вид из окна нашего номера оставлял желать лучшего.

A (10/5): Мы остановились на один день. Менеджеру/администратору Мушегу отдельна благодарность за быстрое заселение и внимание - Номер был небольшим, но чистым и уютным. Розетки находились возле кровати, что очень приветствуется. Звукоизолляция хорошая. В номере отсутствовали зубные щетки/паста. Желательно, чтоб ручка двери на балкон была и с другой стороны, чтоб суметь закрыть.
Svetlana (10/5): - Отличный отель по всем параметрам! Расположение отличное, 10 мин пешком от самого центра, расположен на тихой улице, можно спать с открытым окном. После ужина всегда было приятно прогуляться. Персонал очень приятный, любой вопрос решается моментально. Чистота в номере идеальная! У нас был большой номер, две комнаты и кухонный уголок. Все очень удобно, можно позавтракать в номере или пить чай со вкусняшками вечером (это было мне крайне важно 😁). Так же огромный плюс для россиян - без проблем проходит оплата картой МИР. С удовольствием вернемся в этот отель снова! Таких моментов не было

Aleksey (10/5): - Отличный номер, с новой мебелью, большой кроватью и большой комнатой. В гостиной окно в пол. Стол на четверых человек. Есть бокалы для вина и другие столовые предметы. Есть плита, чайник, СВЧ. В номере очень уютно и комфортно. В прихожей не хватило полки для всякой мелочи, например, для ключ-карты. Так же в прихожей не хватило пуфика, чтобы надевать ботинки перед тем, как выйти на улицу. Сидя на пуфике удобнее обуваться.
Erik (5/5): Horrible - The water they serve. As i arrived at 11am i patiently waited for 4 hours in reception area, because 3pm is the check in. They dont allow us to do early check in because we have to wait because a lot of people will check out. i noticed that no one is checking out. Till 2:30 pm. So i have to talk to the receptionist and she said still cleaning. Then i found out that no one is checking out. They don't have consideration. And i found out that their Aircon is not working. So u decided not to continue my stay. And they want me to pay the 2 nights. And FYI i pay for peace of mind.

Cute welcoming gift (little homemade treats and your name on the tv when you switch on:) Maybe it’s just me but the only thing that i put 9/10 is that i thought that for the price i choose was a bit bugger bedroom. Maybe i saw wrong the photos but the room was a regular space room, not tight or something. And very nice cute room.

Kyriaki (8/5): Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι - Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με ευγενικό προσωπικό. Οτι εξτρα ζητήσαμε όπως παπλώματα και Vacuum machine τα είχεμε αμέσως. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά, αλλά δεν αλλάζαν τις πετσέτες στις 3 διανυχτερευσεις. Είχαμε κλείσει 2 δωμάτια που ενόνωνταν. Το ένα ήταν μια χαρά. Το άλλο είχε κάποια προβληματάκια όπως το ότι βρήκαμε μερικές τρίχες στο πάπλωμα, το νερό στο μπάνιο δεν ήταν ζεστό με αποτέλεσμα να χρησιμοποιούμε το μπάνιο του άλλου δωματίου της παρέας και το κλιματιστικό έκανε έντονο και δυνατό θόρυβο κυρίως οταν αλλάζαμε θερμοκρασία οπότε αναγκαστικά μέναμε με την ίδια θερμοκρασία όλο το βράδυ αλλιώς δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε. Λάθος μας που δεν τα αναφέραμε στην ρεσεψιον όπως μας είπαν για να το διευθετήσουν και βολεφτήκαμε με την χρήση του μπάνιου της παρέας μας.

Either the extractor fan didn't work at all or was very weak, or it was a problem specific to our room, but it was uncomfortable because of this.

Nikolay (6/5): - Только расположение (минут 40 пешком до центра). Номер очень маленький, в санузле стойкий запах канализации. Полотенца тонкие и застиранные. На 1 этаж можно попасть на 2 лифтах с пересадками. При выселении очередь на ресепшен, хотя гостей было не много.
Krzysztof (9/5): - Great hotel and excellent staff. Very clean, WiFi works perfectly and there is netflix available. All in all excellent stay! It would be 10/10 if there was a bath instead of a shower however that is just my preference. I highly enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would improve on is the breakfast. Provide higher quality products with greater selection. What's on offer is okay. Not good or bad.

Mariy (10/5): Nice - This is my third trip to Armenia for business, and so far, I truly think this has been the most beautiful, clean, and pleasant hotel I have stayed at. The environment was very elegant and well-maintained. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It is also very safe. Additionally, it is very close to the city center — you almost feel like you are right in the heart of it. Therefore, it is a hotel I can confidently recommend to everyone. Have a nice day.

Elis Damian (10/5): Great stay - will come back - The location of the hotel is really great, all the major attractions being less than 20 minutes on foot. The area has lots of stores, coffeeshops and restaurants. You can easily find available parking near the hotel if you decide to rent a car. The staff has been really nice and answered all our questions and helped us with directions when needed. The room was quite spacious and comfortable and the cleaning was done daily (they have also brought us water on a daily basis)
