I chose it because of its location and affordable price, and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful, clean, and contemporary our room was. The staff was so friendly and helpful (they even gave us an upgrade!), the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect -- in the heart of the historic district, but down a side street to keep the noise away. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Schöner Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war immer schön präsentiert mit allem was man sich wünscht. Zimmer und Bad immer sehr gut gereinigt. NB: Ich übernachtete schon im Jahre März 2025; aus der guten Erfahrung habe ich dieses Hotel wieder gewählt.

- Yael (10/5): Amazing location and hotel in the heart of Florence - Amazing location, relaxing in Firenze. The room in unique and with a creative touch, the shower is so clean and great. And the seiming pool is a great bonus at the end of a day. If you are tired in the morning to go out, the breakfest is a very good and fresh. Wew will return soon 🙏🏾 Nothing

- Fran (10/5): Perfect stay in Florence - Pretty much everything. Friendly staff, excellent location, gorgeous pool and sauna, plentiful breakfast. A 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious terrace that was perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It was definitely not a game changer, but the bedrooms could do with a mirror . In our apartment, the only mirror was in the bathroom. A long mirror would have been great.

- Tatiana (10/5): A wonderful stay! - This hotel is fantastic. Great location. The hotel itself is such a fun combination of historical charm and modern artistic design. Our jacuzzi suite was large, with two bathrooms. It had everything you need, even a small kitchenette. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also loved their spa. It was very relaxing to be there after traveling. I highly recommedn this hotel. I hope to come back there.

Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Buffet de petit déjeuner très bon. Chambre très belle et bonne literie. Seul b-mol, j’ai du demander le changement de serviettes. Le fait de les mettre par terre n’a pas suffit. Le chauffe-serviette ne fonctionnait pas et elles n’ont pas pu sécher.

THE MANAGER WAS AWESOME AND SO WAS CHRISTINA AND MAY AT THE FRONT DESK AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT ASSISTED THEM AT THE FRONT DESK. I WILL BE BACK!!! WIFI WAS NOT GOOD.

The location was fantastic and close to all of the major attractions. The cleanliness of the common areas was also very good. The bathroom in the room had a little bit of mold around the shower and the wall next to the toilet was stained with spots of something brown. The spa was very basic and not really worth the value. The pool was barely warm and the jets were not very strong.

The spa was just beautiful and it was a great way to unwind between activities. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and I highly recommend it to others as well as hoping to stay there again in the future!

- Rasmus (5/5): - The localtion was good and the staff was very helpful. The wifi was not working which made planning of the trip, bookings etc. very difficult. Access to the spa was extremely restricted and the available time slots were very inconvenient if you had day trips. That was disappointing. The hotel room (303) was very dark with insufficient artificial light.

Le personnel est vraiment professionnel, souriant et disponible. le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon.(peut être les œufs un peu trop cuit. le fait de payer pour un peignoir et des claquettes.

La dame de la cafétéria était également très gentille et serviable. J’ai bien aimé la chambre. En revanche, il manquait un hammam au spa, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus. Aussi le fait de devoir réserver la piscine était contraignant du fait que nous payons l’hôtel pour avoir aussi accès à la piscine. De plus, la variété du petit-déjeuner était un peu limitée. Cela dit, ces points négatifs ne nous ont pas dérangés outre mesure, notamment grâce à la proximité de la ville.

Osoblje je bilo jako usluzno i ljubazno.Pohvalila bi Simonu koja je bila jako simpatična,odgovorila je na sva nasa pitanja koje smo imali,uputila nas je u restoran sa odličnom hranom a pri samom dolasku smo dobili od nje upgrade sobu. Vraćamo se sigurno.
