- Zaid (2/5): Very bad - Location The pictures doesn't represent the actual conditions. There was water leaking fron the ceiling everywhere which destroyed our clothes and luggage. No action or any refund from the landlord. Very bad experience and don't recommend at all.

- Alsady (1/5): لا لا لا انصح بالتأجير في المكان - لا يوجد لايوجد لا يوجد لا يوجد استقبال والمكان سيء ولا يوجد وسيله تواصل مع أي شخص عند الوصول ، ولا انصح بالحجز مرةً اخرى . وقيمة التأجير غاليه وليس بالمستوى المطلوب .

- OSAMA (1/5): - الموقع قريب من الفعاليات الصراحه الي متعود على خدمة فندقيه من توفر مناشف ومستلزمات وفرش وصابون ونظافه وخدمه سريعه ويهمه ذي التفاصيل وانه يكون في هاوس كيبيكنج يجوا ينظفوا كل يوم ماراح تعجبه الشقه

- Fahad (6/5): مقبولة لو لا مشكلة التنظيف وانقطاع الماء.. - الموقع جميل … البلكونات او التراس جميلة يوجد عدد 2 … يوجد غسالة كانت تجربتي الاولى في الشقق الخاصة علماً ان هناك شركة مشغلة لهذه الشقق لكن لم يعجبني ابدا ان النظافة ب 180 ريال في كل زيارة ولا يوجد اي خيار آخر علماً لو ان النظافة بهذا المبلغ كان المفروض يكون مستوى نظافة الشقة اكثر وأفضل .. قضيت اسبوع كامل ولم يتم تزويدي بأكياس البلاستيك ولا بالمناديل ومناديل الحمام … لذلك الشقة قد تكون مناسبة لمن يرغب بقضاء يومين بالكثير … آخر يوم انقطعت المياة وخرجت من الشقة قبل ان يتم ضخ المياة مع الاسف .. الصور الموجودة قديمة … يوجد 2 دورة مياة تخدم الصالة واحدة منها فقط ب دش استحمام

- Samantha (4/5): Not worth the money. Book a real hotel. - Location was good. Close to where we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the acs worked well. The bathroom was otherwise clean. The couches and carpets were not clean. They were stained. The door to the balcony is not sealed so sand and dust blows inside. The mirror was missing in the main bathroom; instead it was just exposed wiring. One of the dining chairs had loose screws that made it unsafe to sit on. It wasn't really worth the price, honestly. From now on I will only book with real hotels.
