- Shima (4/5): Not recommended! - we booked the flat for our 5 nights stay. The cleanness was not good, many surfaces were dusty and toilet was out of toilet papper and was not clean enough. It is not easy to get in touch with the host or any support and you would be only able to chat with a machine based replier on whats app. We received however offer for extra cleaning one day after our arrival which was not needed no longer for us because i did it by my self. The worse part or stay at this flat is that the water pump had broken and we were out of water in 2 days which made our stay totally impossible and affected our plans. We tried to contact MISSAFIR or Travelstation as the host but we do not have received any answer or support yet. We requested refund for those 2 days but unfortunately we have not received any support from Hotels.com either. Their agent said that the host is not available to approve the issue! We had a really bad experience of our stay there and won't recommend it to any one else especially as a tourist.
