Susan (6/5): Pleasant - Good facilities. Nice big walk-in wardrobe! Comfortable bed. Good safe area which I knew. Upstairs bathroom had broken toilet seat. Stairs too steep & narrow to get my suitcase up. Found the narrow ledge between the side of the bed & railing rather alarming when getting out of bed as the platform was quite high. Suffer a bit from vertigo. No view at all, so a bit like living in a cave. Couldn't tell what the weather was doing without going out into the street

Taylor (4/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - The location was great, fairly quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center. Having two bathrooms was also helpful for getting ready. The Brita water pitcher was nice so we didn’t have to buy water. The floors were absolutely gross when I arrived. It looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in multiple stays. The photos of me wiping the floor with toilet paper was how it was when I arrived. I was upset that I had to ask them to clean again. They sent someone right away, but the man was only there for maybe 10-15 minutes and did a horrible job. I had to clean the floors myself after he left. The photo of the black water in the bidet was AFTER their cleaner cleaned and I cleaned the floors myself. The AC is also one of the worst I’ve ever used and could not cool down the apartment enough. When I arrived there were windows open, including a very weird one in the closet upstairs. I had to get on my hands and knees and crawl back to close it. Somehow with all the windows and door closed, mosquitoes would get in and bite us at night. They also don’t provide paper towels which I find very odd since they have a paper towel holder. They only provided one towel per person for a 6 night stay. The dryer would not dry the clothes so I had to troubleshoot. I ended up finding a water reservoir that was completely full so I dumped it and tried drying my clothes again. It worked after that. That’s something that guests shouldn’t have to figure out, it should be checked before and after every stay.
