• Araya (8/5): Un bel soggiorno per un weekend a Roma - Le camere sono situate in un palazzo residenziale tranquillo, con fermata della metro direttamente a fianco. All’arrivo il proprietario ci ha accolto con gentilezza spiegandoci tutto, era disponibile gratuitamente anche una stanza con macchina del caffè, brioche e marmellate. La stanza era semplice ma pulita e dotata di prodotti bagno, asciugamani e frigobar, oltre ad un balcone molto carino. Nonostante la metro a fianco, per arrivare in centro ci vogliono quasi 40 minuti. Il prezzo vista la lontananza risulta un po’ alto.

• Olga (8/5): - Its a clean and comfortable accommodation with good location (next to metro station, 25-30 min to center by metro). Staff were lovely and there is shared little space with coffee maker, microwave, cups etc. Every room has its own minibar. Rome is busy and loud city. Unfortunately the room is not really soundproof...you can here everything whats going on on the street.

• Kasia (9/5): Apartament godny polecenia - Polecam ten obiekt. Lokalizacja blisko metra, do centrum około 30 minut metrem. W okolicy różne bary i sklepy. Pokoje były sprzątane prawie codziennie. Dostępny był aneks kuchenny wspólny dla wszyskich pokoi (lodówka, sztućce, talerze, ekpres do kawy, czajnik).

• Roberta (7/5): Great location, but bathroom lets it down - The location was excellent as per most of the feedback offered. Staff were pleasant and provided a minimal service to tidy the bathroom and change towels if we asked. The room was right near the metro, and easy to getinto the city to the nain attractions. We found a perfect cafe for breakfast nearby 'Mr Lillo' who was very friendly, and a hit with the locals for a coffee shot. And next door was Queens Chips... the best englush chips ive had in years!!! If you are looking for a room with lixation the most important criteria -this is great, but we thought it was a bit expensive given the state of the room. The bathroom shower was mouldy, and there was mould in and around the shower screen. The shower was quite small for such a spacious bathroom. The tiling job (grout) was tardy and unprofessional, which unfortunately made the barhroom look even worse. The smell of the mouldy shower flowed into the bedroom and made that room smell stale as well. We couldnt leave the windows open due to the traffic noise outside.

Déjà, le monsieur qui est venu me chercher a essayer de me donner une autre chambre qui sentait fort la cigarette. Heureusement que je lui ait dit que je n’avais pas payé pour ça.. après un aller retour je ne sait où, il m’ouvre la chambre d’a côté qui est celle que j'ai payé en me prétextant qu’un client avait cassé la serrure de la porte de la salle de bain 48h avant.. La réparation de fortune à l’air plus vieille que ça... aucun service aucun renseignement ne m’est transmis... Pas très chaleureux ni arrangeant... Pour 100 euros la nuit, je vous conseille un hôtel en plein centre.. J’ai pu profiter un peu mais je reste déçu de ce logement..

• Nadeem (10/5): Great Stay at Affittacamere Dianir - We absolutely loved our stay at Affittacamere Dianir. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal as it is close to the metro so very convenient for tourists. As the location is on the main road, the nights were noisy but this is obvious considering the location.

• Anna (8/5): - Obiekt (Affittacamere Dianir 2) zlokalizowany jest tuż przy stacji metra A Giulio Agricola. W najbliższej okolicy znajduje się supermarket i pizzeria (pizza pyszna! także na wynos). Osoba, która pomagała w zameldowaniu, była bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój z klimatyzacją, małą lodówką i wygodnym łóżkiem. Do dyspozycji gości w części wspólnej czajnik elektryczny, kuchenka mikrofalowa, ekspres do kawy, lodówka. Czystość bez zarzutu, codzienne sprzątanie i ścielenie łóżka. W części wspólnej "kuchennej" przydałoby się więcej kubków i sztućców.

• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, situated in a quiet yet lively district Tuscolana, just above metro Giuglio Agricola so you can easily get everywhere. There is plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby with genuine food at good prices. The room was modern, impeccably clean, spacious, with a big, comfortable bathroom and nice balcony. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great stay and we hope to come back soon :)

• Novak (8/5): Very good - Great location of the accommodation outside the center and near the metro. Great place as a starting point for exploring Rome by public transport. The accommodation was simple but functional. There was a coffee machine and snacks in the common hall. I have to highlight the professionalism of the accommodation manager, he's a great guy. Noise from the hallway entered the room, which was a bit unpleasant. The doors could be more noiseproofed. I had a problem unlocking the main door to the building - old key/ cylinder.

• Izabela (7/5): An OK accomodation but with some issues to improve - I liked a really comfortable mattress and the common kitchen corner for the guests. The room was regularly cleaned and matched the description provided on Booking. Unfortunately, some guests smoked in their rooms and the smoke penetrated my room. The host said there was nothing they could do about it. Also, the cleaning staff failed to resupply the toilet paper so I had to buy my own.

• Grigol (9/5): Recommended! - Very good hotel, with a very nice location. Good access to the metro station and there are a lot of shops and facilities around. Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and everything was good. There was nothing I did not like.
• Jillian (4/5): Noisy and felt watched by staff - Clean and close by the train station Paper thin walls and staff regularly on their phone so there was no privacy or quiet to sleep during the morning. Cleaner also starts early in the morning so you will be kept up by banging and other guests. Balcony was separated with a cupboard to a communal area so there was no privacy and no space to relax. I also felt watched when using their amenities which was very unwelcoming.

Though not close to the center, it is literally 20 steps from the metro. A convenient bank and pizza even closer! Great air conditioning. I hope my suggestions are taken to heart. The proprietor was very eager and kind. I wish them success. The closet, door, and trim are very cheap particleboard. The floor tiles were not glued down. A little mold in the shower. They should not be listed as providing breakfast. It was a packaged hostess type pastry and a hot pot for tea or coffee. The metro is very handy, except there was a strike and I had to walk over 2 miles with luggage to get there the first day. I would say the Rome transit is not entirely dependable and you should consider that when choosing your lodgings.

Nice area with cafés and a beautiful park very near. It felt safe and was clean and had all I needed. It was a little noisy outside during the evening but not too bad as the property is on the third floor.

• Romiboyyy (9/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - What a welcoming staff! Thanks to their friendliness and service, our stay in Rome went off without a hitch. These people know how to receive guests! The accommodation is ideally located on the edge of the city center, comfortable and very clean. The building is just a few steps from a metro station and not far from Ciampino airport, making it easy to get to whether you've just arrived or are returning from the city center. Without a doubt, if we're ever in Rome again, we'll be back here.

The shared room with the fridge, microwave, and tableware was tiny. But of course better than nothing! Finding the correct floor of the guest house was not very easy, and there was some noise from the busy street quite late in the night.

• Khalil (9/5): Pleasant stay here - When we first arrived at the accomodation, there was no staff there to check us in. There was a miscommunication and the staff thought we would be arriving a little later. By then we were also running late for our guided tour. It was easy to get a hold of the accomodation owner via WhatsApp and he was very sincere in helping us out. We left our luggage outside the accomodation and went for our tour. When we came back, the staff had kept our luggage in our room and offered their apologies. If you plan to stay here (which we highly recommend), do inform the staff in advance the time you'll be arriving. Things to note: -This accommodation covers an entire floor of what seems to be a residential apartment. The lift of the building is very ancient (you either like it or hate it. I personally enjoyed taking the lift as it felt thrilling). -It is located literally next to the city metro line (30mins train ride to roma termini). -The accommodation seems to be run by a humble and kind couple so that explains why they will not be at the service desk 24/7. -They have a pantry area with snacks, coffee and even a microwave which they let you use free of charge. -The room we stayed in was super clean. We stayed in a few other hotels around Italy before arriving in Rome and this accomodation was the cleanest we stayed in. We felt the the room was also furnished to feel homely rather than give a hotel vibe. All in all, we had a pleasant experience staying in this accomodation and we would highly recommend people to stay here :) Nil

The room was very clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay, it had a private bathroom and a little balcony. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed. It is located in an apartment on a third floor of a building next to A metro station. This makes it really easy to get to most parts of Rome. The area is nice, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Also, there is a tiny kitchen that you can use (coffee machine, some croissants, tea). The stay was really nice. Two things that could be improved: 1. external and internal noise levels (maybe some carpets to absorb the sounds?) 2. price: we feel that it could be lower.

• Giampaolo (10/5): Exceptional - The room really exceeded our expectations. clean, silent, well organised. the shower was amazing and with all the amenities you might need. Internet is super fast and in the room I booked we also had a balcony. I live in the neighbourhood and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to travel and stay in Rome in a non touristic area. you have all shops, markets and the most amazing park in Rome just 5 minutes walking. the metro is just under the apartment and is literally 20 minutes ride from the Spanish steps. They also have a small breakfast place in the apartment for a coffee on the go. I would totally stay here again in time of needs as I am a resident in Rome.

They give you slippers so you don't need to carry your own from home. The bathroom was really comfortable from a hygienic point of view, apart from being spacious enough The building was a bit old, making the impression of a really uncomfortable place when this isn't the case

Excellent location as metro just next door, a very efficient way to travel into centre of Rome. Lots of very good restaurants in the area, all reasonably priced. I don't think anything could have been better at Affittacamere Dianir. It was excellent value for money. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was was great for getting into Rome, metro next door, quick and easy. Very good restaurants and bars, all reasonably priced - what more could you ask for!!
• Amy (10/5): Pleasant stay and money worthy - Comfortable room with a nice bed and spacious bathroom. Mini bar with water provided. It’s thoughtful that there’s a space as a platform/ table in the bathroom, which allows girls to easily place the skin-cares or make ups and go through the routine haha. Adding a holder for shampoo and shower gel in the shower would be nice!
