Honestly nothing, food/drinks were expensive but to be expected for a 5 star hotel, which it really is! Room was a little small but again for the location this didn't bother us.

- Paul (9/5): - This is a fantastic hotel in a good location. Staff in the hotels in Vietnam operate to a very high standard and the ones here were exceptional. Swimming pool and roof top bar all very good. Rooms were spotlessly clean. We had been slightly spoilt with the various hotels we stayed at in Vietnam and this one was a little on the small side and lacking decent storage. We were at the rear of the hotel so our view was not great. That said it was still a good room.

When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely welcome drink and fruit and when we were escorted to our room they had left a lovely display on the bed and a chocolate cake for our anniversary which was so sweet. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect. Throughout our stay the staff were polite, the room was cleaned daily. When we left they even gave us some gifts and helped us organise our taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend to anyone and if I’m ever back in Ho Chi Minh will definitely be coming back here! :) Nothing

We hadden een aparte ingang naar twee connected rooms, super fijn! Mooie, luxe, ruime kamers, super fijne douche. Komen tussendoor ook vragen of je nog iets nodig hebt, water, thee e.d. . Ontbijt is vooral gericht op de Vietnamese keuken, maar prima. Zwembad is vrij klein en niet heel diep en de gym is netjes, maar vrij beperkt.
- Calvin (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at La Siesta Saigon, which truly lives up to its five-star standard. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and the overall experience felt both comfortable and high quality. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a fantastic selection and consistently good quality. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. I also made use of the pool and gym during my stay. There is no steam room, but the view from the pool is absolutely amazing and more than makes up for it. The location is outstanding, with everything close by and easily accessible. The amenities throughout the hotel are excellent, and the laundry service was particularly impressive. On one occasion, some of my clothes blew into a neighbouring building, and the concierge went out of their way to retrieve them, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this is one of my favourite hotels, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. My room did not have the best view this time, it certainly would not put me off returning, and I would look to upgrade the view on my next visit.

We could walk almost everywhere from here. The rooftop bar was nice and the pool was clean. The breakfast was very good and changed everyday of the 4 days we stayed. The room wasn't huge bit sufficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional luxury and personalized service with a phenomenal breakfast in District 1. - The D1 location is unbeatable, and the personalized service was phenomenal—they even sent chamomile tea to my room when I casually mentioned over WhatsApp that I hadn't slept well. The breakfast was a standout, featuring a high-quality buffet alongside a made-to-order menu for fresh Pho and eggs, which you can enjoy overlooking the pool. The room was extremely comfortable, and the rooftop bar is a stunning bonus. The Wi-Fi was noticeably slow during my stay. I had to rely on my mobile data to get any meaningful work done online.

It is in THE MOST CENTRAL location — both with regards to tourist attractions, and some of the best restaurants in the city, all in walking distance. The staff and facilities are all outstanding, and it was a stunning hotel to stay in. Nothing at all, we will be recommending to all our friends and family looking to stay in the city! Thank you.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno muy bueno, el equipo atento y servicial, en particular Mai, ella fue pieza clave en nuestra experiencia, desde el momento en que llegamos, hasta el momento que nos fuimos. Su atención y carisma nos hizo sentir en casa e hizo que todo fuera perfecto, incluso al final nos regaló unas galletas de coco deliciosas. What truly stood out was the entire team: from the reception to the breakfast service and throughout the hotel. We have rarely experienced such genuine warmth combined with professionalism. Every staff member welcomed us with kindness, attentiveness, and remarkable competence. At all times, we felt truly valued and well cared for. The location is also excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to all major sights on foot. Our farewell was so personal and heartfelt that it genuinely moved us. It is the people who make this hotel something truly special. A clear and wholehearted recommendation.
- Monika (8/5): A stylish and well-located hotel with standout breakfast and polished service, but let down by inconsistent housekeeping - The grand entrance doors make an immediate impression and set the tone beautifully. Check-in felt thoughtful with a welcome drink and snacks. I really appreciated having both black and green tea in the room, especially after other hotels only offering one option. Breakfast was a highlight. The poached eggs were beautifully presented on small moisture-absorbing breads, and the mochi was genuinely the best I’ve ever had. While the buffet itself is smaller, the option to order hot dishes from an à la carte menu elevates the experience, and the staff felt noticeably more polished than at other places I’ve stayed. There’s a refined atmosphere throughout the hotel, with staff greeting guests in the local language in corridors and lifts. The location is also very central and convenient. The pool area was overcrowded with nowhere to sit, which made it difficult to enjoy. The restaurant menu is quite limited, heavily westernised, and significantly more expensive than elsewhere in Vietnam. Room cleanliness was the biggest letdown. I had to wipe down bedside tables myself, and there was hair on the coffee cup. A small but frustrating detail was the lack of napkins in the restaurant. I experienced the same thing dining out elsewhere, but it’s still inconvenient. Managing with tissues instead isn’t ideal, especially when you’re trying to avoid staining clothes. Tea replenishment was inconsistent. After being pleasantly surprised at the tea offering initially, it wasn’t restocked on my final day, which felt odd and a bit stingy and made me question whether it was related to the fact that I had my own stash of tea (which it shouldn’t be).

- Elena (10/5): Sin duda, volveríamos. Pero sobre todo, lo recordaremos. - Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena en este hotel. Las instalaciones son realmente destacables: una piscina espectacular, un gimnasio muy completo, una ubicación excelente y unas vistas de la ciudad que merecen mucho la pena. Sin embargo, lo que de verdad ha marcado la diferencia —y no es algo fácil de decir después de haber estado en muchos hoteles por el mundo, incluidos varios en Vietnam— ha sido la atención de Trinh Nguyen. Su trato ha sido sencillamente excepcional. Cercano, atento y con una sensibilidad poco común. Incluso tuvieron un detalle en la despedida con un regalo para nosotros que, por nuestro contexto familiar actual, nos emocionó especialmente. Es de esas cosas que no esperas y que, precisamente por lo inesperadas y sinceras, se vuelven inolvidables. - Nadine (10/5): A 5* hotel with 6* service. Highly reccomend. - After a long flight we were greeted at La Siesta by their welcoming staff, a refreshing drink and a cold towel. Mai was especially friendly and professional, checked in our luggage and notified us via WhatsApp when our room was available. After a morning round the gorgeous rooftop pool we checked into our gorgeous upgraded suite, with a bathtub, a balcony and fresh fruit. When it was time to leave, we received the same excellent service from all the staff, who helped with our luggage and waved us goodbye from the roadside. Thank you for a fantastic introduction into this beautiful country and city. I would highly reccomend and also if I were to return, I would book here with no hesitation. Thank you Mai and the team for an unforgettable experience.

- Nikolay (10/5): Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal – ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterem - Komfortable und geräumige Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Relativ laut, besonders wenn das Zimmer nicht auf einer höheren Etage liegt.

- Luca (9/5): - Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich gross für ein Stadthotel in Vietnam. Auch das Bett war riesig und sehr bequem. Der Rooftop-Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend. Das Morgenessen konnte uns leider weniger überzeugen und war eines der schlechteren von unserer 3 wöchigen Vietnamreise.

Pick up transport from the airport is horrible , this is our 1st time visiting Vietnam and we didn't know about how long is the immigration are and as soon as we got out the guy didn't tell us earlier that he just left . The communication is so bad , he doesn't even speak English . (My opinion, u need to hire someone who can speak good English) that is important. And we was so disappointed because they dont even tell us that picking up the customer is has a time limit (1 hour) . For me this is unprofessional for what i paid $603 aud and just left us like that .

Super Pool zum Entspannen - Zimmer etwas klein und Ausblick auf eine hausWand - deshalb jedoch sehr ruhig. Frühstück in einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre. Tolles Team welches meiner Freundin einen wunderbaren Geburtstag bereitet hat mit den ganzen Überraschungen!!! Einzig die Auswahl des Gebäcks (es gibt nur Toast und Baguette was eigentlich gleich ist vom Teig her) könnte verbessert werden. Laut meiner Partnerin roch das Öl bei der Massage ranzig.

- Tatiana (10/5): Хочется вернуться. - Лучший отель в центральном районе. Не большой, очень приятный и приватный ресторан на завтрак. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Очень комфортные номера. Очень тихие, в отличие от остальных отелей района. Персонал потрясающий. Не хватило свежевыжатого сока на завтрак.
