- Giorgia (7/5): Ottima posizione, proprietario disponibile ma... servizi migliorabili - Posizione eccellente, la zona Ăš abbastanza sicura. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metro che offre tantissimi collegamenti per il centro della cittĂ e non solo (abbiamo soggiornato per un congresso che si trovava all'eXcel e la scelta dell'alloggio Ăš stata strategica sia per muoversi in cittĂ che per raggiungere il congresso). La casa peccava un pĂČ di pulizia, non disponibili le prese in bagno per il phon. Non c'era uno specchio a figura intera e ci Ăš stata fornita solamente una asciugamano cad.

- claire (9/5): Pratique et grand mais des amĂ©liorations doivent ĂȘtre envisagĂ©es. - Apparemment fonctionnel avec deux chambres et salle de bain. Tout ce quâil faut dans la cuisine pour manger sur place.
MĂ©tro proche Ă pied. Panne Ă©lectrique, pas dâeau chaude si on actionne manuellement le chauffe eau. Oreillers et couette jaune et tachĂ©s quand on enlĂšve les draps. Et le pompon alarme incendie qui a sonnĂ© toutes les minutes pdt une nuit .Le propriĂ©taire ou gĂ©rant nous a demandĂ© de ne pas ĂŽtez la pile , cela a dĂ©marrĂ© Ă 5h du matin, sympa la nuit !!!

La casa con 2 bagni, ideale per un gruppo Abbiamo avuto un problema con lâacqua calda, ma lâ Host Ha risolto il giorno successivo.
La pulizia poteva essere migliore.
Inserirei almeno 2 asciugacapelli, almeno uno per ogni stanza.
Il rumore di una ventola proprio sotto la camera da letto, non so di chi fosse ma era tremenda fortunatamente ha smesso dopo 1 ora.
- Carlos (4/5): Convenient for 4 days trip where we were mainly outside. - Public transport available and very close to Brick Lane street The flat was dirty at our arrival, a bit of maintenance is needed, the access to the apartment is ugly, dirty and scary. Windows are hard to open, kitcken was also dirty.
- Esprabens (8/5): - Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© proche d'une station de mĂ©tro et du centre de Londres. L'appartement est spacieux avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et une piĂšce Ă vivre, idĂ©al pour une famille. Literie trĂšs confortable. Petits points nĂ©gatifs au sein mĂȘme de l'appartement: pas de prises dans les salles de bain, congĂ©lateur cassĂ©, certaines fenĂȘtres ne s'ouvrent pas, peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes.
Ce sont des détails mais qui ont son importance quand ils sont cumulés.

- Eugene (5/5): Could have been better - A good size apartment that is a five minute walk to the Whitechapel Underground which has major lines to various parts of London. The 2-room apartment also had two bathrooms so it will definitely be convenient for families with children. Beds were too soft and springy. Pillows provided were rather flat. For a 2-bedroom apartment, only two towels were provided. One of toilet paper holder in bathrooms was broken. The TV signal for the various programmes was also weak. There is no air conditioning so it will definitely be hot during summer. Noise from the surrounding and the Underground trains may also be a problem for light sleepers. The host was responsive to my requests via WhatsApp but there was no follow-up e.g. I requested for a fan but the fan never came.

Connected. The hosts were very contactable and responsive and friendly. Hot water didnât work when we arrived at property, host fixed it eventually - but took about 6 hours in total until we could shower. Dishwasher was broken, and not able to be fixed. Both beds were quite uncomfortable, and the second bedroom boxspring was broken, so it was a very slanted sleep. Not very comfortable at all. There was no laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, coffee, oil, salt, pepper provided - which I would deem to be standard.

- Rob (6/5): A good stay in a convenient location. A few small things could improve it a lot. - The location was very convenient. The staff were also very helpful, going out of their way to assist with dropping off our luggage early. They were also very responsive to text messages during our stay. There were a few things missing from the apartment that would have improved our stay significantly. We requested these during our stay, but they were not provided. The items included bathroom floor mats, tea towels to dry the dishes and dishwasher tablets so that we could use the dishwasher.
Despite requesting these early in our stay, they were not provided which made showering messy and it was not possible to dry our dishes.

- Ulrike (8/5): Great location - The flat was clean and sufficiently spacious for the three of us. Luckily the bedrooms face towards the back, so the noise from the street did not disturb our sleep. The location is superb, just a five minute walk from Whitechapel station which is served by four different tube lines. The host and staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any of our enquiries. On the day we arrived, we could drop off our suitcases even before check-in time, so we could start our exploration of London without being weighed down by luggage. There was a problem with the hot water boiler, but that was quickly fixed when we brought it to the host's attention. Making coffee was a bit of a challenge since there was no coffee pot or filter. The street outside can get a little loud in the evenings.

And if you are not the walking type, there is an Underground station very close. Good heating in this cold March weather. Dishwasher and washing machine available. The selection of kitchen utensils was limited, the pan thin and shaky on the cooking plate. It would have been nice with some salt.
