• ADRIAN (3/5): Nu recomand aceasta locatie - Nimic Locatia nu este hotel cum este prezentata, ci 4 camere cu baie proprie intr-un apartament mai mare. Nu exista receptie. Micul dejun foarte sarac si acelasi in fiecare zi, mai mult, in prima zi nu a mers aparatul de cafea, iar in ultima zi nu a fost pregatit micul dejun. Nu se face curat in camera si nu se schimba prosoapele, care au fost rupte si patate..Foarte multa galagie, mai ales la ore tarzii, de la vecinii din imobil, care locuiesc la etajele superioare.

The neighbors' kids(?) were pretty loud, the street is also very alive until midnight, but that's just the Napoli experience. The only real minus is that there is no fridge available.

• Klára (9/5): Neapol - Během check-inu nemůžete očekávat, že na Vás bude někdo před ubytováním čekat. Naštěstí společnost, se kterou jsme měli ubytování domluvené rychle fungovala přes WhatsApp. Pokoj je malý, ale máte zde vše, co potřebujete. Možná by bylo fajn pořídit do pokojů mini ledničky, když ubytování nenabízí možnost večeří atd. Velice mile nás překvapil Yasmine, který se o nás během pobytu staral. Dal nám tipy na výlety a upozornil nás, na co si máme dávat pozor. Byl velice přátelský a komunikativní. V rámci lokality je fajn to, že máte u ubytování COOP, restaurace i kavárny. Je to rovněž blízko na vlakovou a autobusovou stanici, do muzea i botanické. Hluk byl slyšet z chodby i z ulice. Čtvrť je neskutečně špinavá, nebezpečná pro chodce v rámci dopravy, to ubytování bohužel neovlivní, ale rozhodně bych lokalitu rodinám s dětmi nedoporučila. Výhled z pokoje není žádná hitparáda, prakticky koukáte sousedům do okna. Balkon jsme tedy vůbec nevyužili.

• Davor (9/5): Weekend Napoletano - We spent three nights in Naples and this accommodation fully met our needs. Located 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station. The neighborhood, although it looks old at first, is nice and lively with a lot of different shops, fruit and vegetable shops,... The facility is relatively close to the Centro Storico, about 10 minutes walk. The room met our expectations, everything was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the towels were nice and soft. Host Yassin greeted us kindly and explained everything and surprised us with free breakfast and coffee and the coffee was phenomenal. WIFI throughout the area is good. If we come to Naples again, we will definitely choose Botanique.

It was nice to have a balcony and being able to step outside and sit in the morning/evening. Location was good, short walk down into the train station area. Markets around the apartment were nice to walk around, quiet area not much noise. Room was a bit cold a night, radiator in a bathroom didn't heat the bedroom and AC didn't heat the room much. Could do with a warmer blanket or a second one as an option.

Le informazioni trasmesse sono state assenti o non tempestive, ci ho messo mezz'ora per riuscire ad entrare in camera, e solo avendo un ottima confidenza con gli strumenti elettronici. Il sistema mi ha poi indicato una camera che non era la mia, le ho dovute provare tutte prima di individuare quella giusta. La camera è spartana, pulita sì ma dozzinale. Il contesto accettabile

Personale incontrato a colazione, molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza semplice ma accogliente e pulita. Curiosità: per usare l'ascensore, a parte la notte, bisogna pagare piccolo gettone.

The location is also ideal for reaching public transportation, though most places are in walking distance. The room was well-equiped, perfectly suitable for a few-days stay. The host, Jasin, was the nicest we ever had, always at our disposal, very attentive and kind. Breakfast was great too, perfectly enough to kick off an active day. Would 100% recommend. His friendliness made the stay feel personal and welcoming. The morning croissants and coffee were a delightful touch and a perfect way to start each day. The room itself was comfortable, and despite the busy surroundings, it felt like a calm little base for exploring Naples. The immediate area isn’t the most charming part of the city, and at first glance it can feel a bit rough around the edges. That said, we always felt safe. The only real inconvenience was that the hot water occasionally went lukewarm before heating up again, which made showers a bit unpredictable.

The listing for this property did not make it clear that it was a virtual check in setup. It created a problem for entering the facility since my SIM card was not functioning. The WIFI did not work in the room. No refrigerator in the room. Due to the hot weather in Naples it is a necessity. Check out time was listed as 10:00am. To me that is early as it is. The morning attendant rushed us out at 9:30am presumably so she could clean and leave. Completely unacceptable.

A fost curat, liniștit, ușor de accesat. Aproape de mers pe jos atat de Piața Garibaldi, cat și de Centro Storico. Recomand cu încredere. Dacă ne întoarcem la Napoli sigur o să alegem aceeași cazare.

The staff kindly explained how to get to the airport, which was very helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, even for a short stay. Communication was excellent — quick replies and very friendly support whenever needed. All of this at a very reasonable price, offering great value compared to other hotels. Nothing.

• Sarah Maria (7/5): - Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, im Bad gibt es Handtuchtrockner, die Dusche ist gut. Das Zimmer ist im 3. Stock eines alten Gebäudes (vielleicht eine Klinik) und das Gebäude ist jetzt nicht mega einladend. Leider ist keine dauerhafte Rezeption vorhanden. Es ist nicht direkt ersichtlich, dass alles nur über WhatsApp abläuft. Nur zum Frühstück und für die City tax kommt jemand vorbei. Das Frühstück ist größtenteils abgepacktes Brot und Aufstriche, die Croissants waren aber gut. Das Bett was ein Doppelbett war hatte nur eine Decke, und es war praktisch nur der Bezug, also sehr dünn für den Winter.

Sono loro che accolgono e coccolano l'ospite e forniscono tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e trovo che sia la cosa più importante: sentirsi come a casa. • Meong Duk (6/5): A bit overpriced. The photos give a much better impression than the actual reality. - Hotel signage was frustratingly difficult to find, especially since it was night and raining. In fact, the hotel name Hotiday was nowhere to be seen. Not really a hotel since there was no manned front desk. All communications are done through Whatsapp. It's more a bed and breakfast consisting of only 4 rooms. Towel rack wall mount was broken. Electrical outlets were difficult to get a solid connection. Breakfast was passable. No cold cuts were offered on the second day. Cappuccino seems to have been made with condensed milk....some what surprising given this is Naples..a coffee capital . Pre-packaged toast. No fruits or eggs offered.

Ca. 12 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof und mit der Metro Linie 1 in die Stadt. Die Gegend ist schon etwas speziell...aber alle Menschen waren nett und wir hatten keine Angst. Es ist nicht Deutschland, es ist Neapel... wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Für das Geld, war alles in Ordnung.

Breakfast is more „Italian“ but the incredibly nice and competent man who served breakfast arranged everything: Cappuccino, perfect croissant, cereals, chocolate for the children… The area is relatively central but be prepared to walk about 10-15 minutes off the tourist paths. The hotel is in the third floor of a building block, feels a bit strange.

• Bunna (8/5): Enjoyable stay for a fair price - Yacine, tu es le meilleur. I loved the location in the heart of non luxurious Napoli. Some people may not like it but it was all very safe. Confy bed. Very clean The water mixer of the toilet would after use sometimes make huge noise but you get used to it.

• Eric (10/5): Make sure to check all WhatsApp messages - In an upbeat area with shops and food all around. Not a long walk from downtown or the train stations.
• Gaziz (7/5): Неплохой отель на несколько ночей - Чистый номер, с балконом. Отзывчивые сотрудники. Можно оставить вещи в последний день. Относительно недалеко от метро и вокзала, но район «колоритный», как и весь Неаполь, поэтому не удивляйтесь) За углом супермаркет. Номер тихий, интернет работает хорошо. Хорошая ванная комната, хороший фен, сильный напор воды. Неудобные подушки, вонючее одеяло, пришлось укрываться только простыней. Уборки не было, но жили 3 дня, поэтому не критично. Завтрак очень скромный, колбаса, сыр, хлеб, круассан, кофе, сок (не шведский стол), но все вкусно. Это не полноценный отель, а просто несколько квартир на этаже жилого дома, но для нас это не было проблемой.

• Fernando (1/5): - La ubicación no es buena, en una calle estrecha a la que no puedes acceder en coche ni para dejar las maletas. El edificio es viejo. No llegamos a entrar y buscamos otro alojamiento. Fuimos al Hotel Partenope. Lo contraté con el filtro "Hotel" y evidentemente no lo era. Perdí el importe satisfecho.

• Mirko Milo (5/5): B&B così così - Pulito, letto comodo Zona non delle migliori, troppi varchi di ingresso prima di arrivare in camera, colazione minimal con prodotti non troppo di qualità. Rumoroso, zona non bene frequentata

• Andi (10/5): - I liked Yassine which was our cleaner and also the person that prepared us breakfast, he was very kind and helpful with some very important information about the city and things to be aware. Noise of the planes and morning noise from people eating.

• Dale (9/5): Perfect for a short stay - Exactly what you need for an overnight stay, good location in a local neighbourhood (15mins from the train), very friendly staff - particularly pleased with being offered coffee on our early arrival while we waited for our room and the very fresh croissants to go when we had to leave early. Nil - but may not suit a stay longer than 2-3 nights if you want a couch etc as well. But definitely suited our needs. Note €0.05 needed for the lift or be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs

• Nathalie (7/5): - En tout premier lieu, le personnel. Yassine est juste extraordinaire ; gentil, accueillant et prévenant. L'emplacement car nous avions des excursions est assez proche de la gare (<20 min) peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde mais nous convenait. Netflix dans les chambres est toujours un plus (surtout après une bonne journée de marche!) Les produits du petit-déjeuner, les croissants pas top, mais nous ne sommes pas en France ;-) n'étaient pas forcément de grandes qualités, mais le sourire et les conseils de Yassine pour la journée ont fait passer beaucoup de choses!
• Erzsébet (9/5): - The room was small but cosy, it even had a patio to sit outside. The receptionist, Yassir, was extremely helpful and was a true added value to the place. The location, however, is not the nicest part of town, though the public transport was available nearby.
