Nel bagno le mattonelle avevano evidentemente uno strato di acqua sotto, quando vi si camminava usciva tra una fuga e l’altra dell’acqua. Avevo letto del servizio ristorazione, ho chiesto al receptionist che mi ha detto che non fanno da mangiare. Avevo letto del servizio navetta e mi viene detto “meglio se chiami un Grab”. Una confusione incredibile con dei rumori molto forti che provenivano dal vano scale, gente che camminava rumorosamente al piano di sopra. Meno male che era solo una camera di appoggio per qualche ora.
- Edcel (7/5): The room needs more work - The hotel is close to Hanoi Airport, it took us around 15 minutes to get there by car. It was very convenient . The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, he helped us book a car to Sapa and sent someone to pick us up from the airport. The room needs a little more work and cleaning.

- Ashleigh (4/5): It's just a room - It was in a convenient location if you just need somewhere to stay after a late flight. The man at the desk when I checked in was so nice and we had a laugh despite the language barrier. The fried eggs on toast in the morning were really good! It really was just a room. There were mozzies in the room because the bathroom window had been left open. There was a gross looking stain on the sheet so I tried to sleep on top of the quilt cover, but I could hear the mozzies coming for me so I just didn't sleep. Then I went to watch some telly and none of the channels worked. Using the shower made the whole bathroom wet and there wasn't much counter space at all for my toiletries.

- Kamilė (8/5): Okay - Clean, there were literally no other people in my dorm just me, convienient for airport of course. Around the area there are no good convienience stores or places to eat. Felt dangerous to walk alone after dark, even if it was early evening. Saw several drunk men and street dogs, only to get to convienience store. For solo woman, I recommend to be careful, bring diner and water in advance if you are coming here. Grab food didnt work at all for me, because all restaurants are too far away. It's a place just to sleep and chill in the dorm.

- STEPHEN (10/5): - This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend it for travelers arriving or leaving Hanoi. It was clean, air conditioned, great hot shower and friendly reception Great fresh breakfast included in the morning. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful and as it is my first time in Asia he made my first day so much easier. He can also arrange transportation or excursions in the area...he is trustworthy .

- Celeste (10/5): Spacious, clean and great value/location for airport - Amazing location for the airport. Very friendly 24h staff, free breakfast and spacious dorms and great private rooms. Very good value for money, I met some great people there. For me this wasn’t a issue but it is a 30 minute drive from the hotel to ‘beer street’, having said this Grab taxis are available at any hour. I even returned home at 1:30am with NO issues.

What else do you need for a good sleep after a late flight or before an early one. For this price look no further. And they provide car service at the same price as grab
