- Kristýna (4/5): Nedoporučuji, podvodné informace v popisu - Kladně hodnotím kompletní výbavu kuchyně a celkově vybavenost bytu. Připraveny i balené snacky, které bylo možné využít, což bylo milé 🙂 (sušenky, ochucené vody, káva, mléko do kávy a další) V koupelně jednorázové kartáčky s pastou na zuby. K dispozici i pračka se sušičkou. Čistota. Parkování v objektu bez příplatku 🙂 Zaplatila jsem ubytování na uvedené adrese bookingu, ze kterého jsem si přesně plánovala výlety v okolí, ale hostitel nás poslal ubytovat úplně na jinou adresu 🫨 Byla jsem opravdu v šoku, že jsem o tomto nebyla předem informovaná, protože to tak očividně dělají běžně a ne pouze výjimečně!!! S hostitelem jsem to nakonec neřešila, protože jsem na to neměla čas z důvodu plně nabitého programu, byli jsme v LA pouze na týden. Další velké a pro nás jako (ne místní, ale cestovatele bez internetu) zásadní mínus je, že jsem zaplatila za poskytnutí wifi, ale ubytování jí NEPOSKYTOVALO a nebyli schopní to napravit!!! 😠 S hostitelem jsem to několik dní komunikovala, ale marně, bylo jim to jedno. Navíc check-in probíhá samostatně bez hostitele nebo jakéhokoliv personálu. Vše se komunikuje pouze přes chat bookingu. Postel byla extrémně proležená, takže jsme leželi z kopce a čekali, kdy v noci spadneme na zem. V obýváku nefungovalo osvětlení, byly pouze lapmpičky u postele... Okna absolutně netěsnily hluk z ulice, takže doporučuji přibalit kvalitní špunty do uší. Rolety byly dost průsvitné, ráno nás budilo světlo... Bohužel tyto zásadní nedostatky ovlivnily celý dojem z ubytování...

Realmente la peor experiencia que he tenido de todo el tiempo que uso Booking, nada recomendable

Gran equipamiento que hace que la estadía sea perfecta: lavarropas, secar ropas, lavavajillas, heladera gigante… 3 cuartos, 4 baños… realmente espectacular A mi parecer le falta utensilios de cocina que tal vez por error no alcanzaba para la cantidad de huéspedes que éramos. Fácilmente subsanable si cambian la mesa de café por una de las que se puede elevar y hacer más grande . A nosotros no nos importó pero tiene muchas escaleras a tener en cuenta para personas de movilidad reducida

Als wir dann angekommen sind, und mehrmal angerufen haben, erhielten wir kaum antworten auf die Anfrage des Codes für den Eintritt zum bereits bezahlten Wohnsitz. Diese telefonische Anfrage mussten wir per fremde Leute und deren Telefon tätigen, weil wir keine Data in den USA haben- damit hätte der Vermieter rechnen müssen, und alles klären sollen, solang wir noch nicht abgereist waren. Diese späten Änderungen und Nicht-Antworten, wobei wir ganz orientierungslos in der Gegend herum eierten weil der Vermieter keinerlei Antwort gab und immer wieder nur eine generierte Nachricht schicke, empfanden wir als absolut unprofessionell und frech zumal wir alles von unserer Seite bereits angegeben und bezahlt hatten. Dieses hin und her dauerte 3 Stunden, und nur als wir meinten wir würden das Geld zurück verlangen und eine andere Unterkunft suchen, sendete man uns endlich den Code. Zu all dem kommt, dass wir in den letzten Tagen kein heisses Wasser hatten und den Herd als auch den Ofen nicht nutzen konnten, was uns als 4-Köpfige Familie sehr beeinträchtigte. Wir kontaktierten den Vermieter - er antwortete erst nach 6 Stunden und meinte er würde das klären, aber es geschah in den Folgetagen nichts, bis wir schlussendlich gehen mussten, heisst, Versprechen wurden während unserer Anwesenheit nicht eingehalten und wir mussten teilweise frieren und konnten nicht Duschen. Scheinbar hat der Vermieter die Rechnungen nicht bezahlt- hierfür haben wir Foto-Beweis, da diese obgenannten Rechnungen offen neben der Eingangstür lagen. Wir erwarten nach diesen ganzen Unangenehmigkeiten einen Nachlass des Preises bzw. Eine Rückgabe eines Teil des Bezahlten. Wir sind enttäuscht, diese Ereignisse beeinträchtigten unseren Urlaub sehr, wir konnten die Reise gar nicht wirklich geniessen.

A plus to have the toiletries provided including the toothbrushes with the tiny toothpaste! The WIFI did not work. There were two different WIFI codes (one listed on the document provided at the place and the one sent via text) and neither worked. We did not contact the owner about this as we were only there for a few days and we managed.

The space was modern, clean, and very well laid out, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing despite being in such a lively area. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops, all within easy reach. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hollywood. I’d definitely stay here again!

We contacted the renters customer service within 5 minutes of opening the door. They were of no help and told us to contact booking to cancel. Booking customer service was of no help either. The rental is poorly maintained. The window screen was broken and laying on the patio. The laundry door was broken. Every single wall was filthy and stained. There were stains on the bed sheets. Mold on the ceiling. There was a strong gas smell when we entered and noticed that one of the knobs on the stove was broken so we were unsure if the gas was even off.I notified the renter and they were not concerned about the gas smell. Notified booking customer service and they also were not concerned and said we could stay if we wanted. We suggested maybe they send the fire department to check, but they did not seem to care. DO NOT waste your time or money booking this place. All of it. The customer service was terrible. The rental was filthy. Renter denied refunds. Booking.com denied refund and offered $60 credit. Now I'm disputing the charge on my CC. DO NOT waste your money or time if you're looking to book.

Porém, demorou mais de um mês e somente após cobranças repetitivas. Lembrem de cobrar a devolução, eles contam com o esquecimento do hóspede.

Contatos dos proprietários enviado antecipadamente, Check-in complicado e pouco claro, apesar de estar pago antecipadamente a pronto, no dia ainda tivemos de enviar comprovativo do pagamento. A pressão da água nos chuveiros é fraca. Apesar de anunciada para 8/9 pessoas, a casa não está preparada para essa capacidade — faltam talheres, cadeiras e a mesa é pequena para o grupo. A limpeza foi apenas razoável, sem grande rigor, e a casa começa a precisar de pequenas reparações e manutenção. Durante a chuva, houve infiltração no quarto, que apesar de termos falado com os proprietários não foi resolvido durante a nossa estadia.

- hanna (6/5): Asunto oli hyvä ja sijainti loistava MUTTA asioiden hoitaminen oli erittäin vaikeaa - Sijainti, asunto meille juuri sopiva. Sisäänkirjautuminen ei meinannut onnistua lainkaan. Aivan luokaton kohtelu meitä kohtaan. Ilmeisesti asunnon vuokraaja ja Booking eivät kommunikoineet keskenään. Booking ilmoitti kaiken olevan ok kanssani koskien maksukortin vaihtoa. Mutta kuitenkin asunnon vuokraajalle olisi pitänyt toimittaa jo aiemmin suljetun kortin tietoja.(tällä kortilla oli tehty ensimmäiset maksut ja uusi kortti ilmoitettu Bookingille) Kävimme n. 1,5h tuntia keskustelua, emailin vaihtoja, skannauksia, kuvia ymym. Kun olimme jo condon ovella päästäksemme sisään!! Käsittämätöntä toimintaa. Olimme maksaneet kaiken ennakkoon kuten täytyikin. Miten tämä on mahdollista? Miksi tälläinen järjetön toiminta? Ongelmana oli myös asunnon omistajan puolelta asiakaspalvelijan huono englannin kielen taito sekä erittäin huono puhelun kuuluvuus eli kenttä. Eikö asiakaspalvelijan puheluiden kenttien pitäisi kuulua moitteettomasti? Meillä on nyt suuri huoli puhelinlaskumme suuruudesta, koska jouduimme soittamaan lukuisia puheluita. Tästä tulemme tekemään reklamaation. Myös asiakaspalvelija vaihtui kesken asioiden toimittamisen. Toinen häiritsevä asia oli se, että sain sähköpostiini 2x uloskirjautumisesta muistutuksen heti saavuttuani ja sitä seuraavana päivänä. Tämä aiheutti meille suurta stressiä, etteikö varauksemme olekkaan oikein. Suuri pettymys oli myös se, ettei asunnon vuokraaja useista pyynnöistämme huolimatta korjannut wifi- yhteyttä vasta kuin 3. Päivänä. Ihan käsittämätöntä tämäkin. Meille jäi kuva, että tarkoituksella ei wifiä laitettu kuntoon, asiakaspalvelijan vastauksia kun lukee. Osa astioista oli niin likaisia, ettei ne meinanneet puhdistua edes liottamalla ja hankaamalla. Asunnon lattiat olivat niin likaiset, että valkoiset sukat eivät puhdistuneet edes pesussa. Otin jotain kuvaesimerkkejä, jos tarvisette.

I loved checking out cool local places like Headline Records and the colorful backdrop at The Paul Smith Pink Wall for photos. Even the rooftop vibes and nearby nightlife kept things interesting after sunset. Truly an energetic and convenient Los Angeles home base.

Leider funktionierte das WLAN und somit auch der Fernseher nicht. Auch nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit den Vermietern wurde nichts unternommen. Sehr schade da es wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft war.

Walking distance gems like Paper Tiger Bar made evenings fun with drinks and conversation. The local cafes and Korean restaurants gave the area a welcoming vibe. It was definitely more vibrant than the typical LA residential block.

Communication leading up to our reservation were somewhat unclear e.g. incorrect address listed. This one was probably the most stressful part of this booking, as we had initially planned our days around the address provided, only come to find out that the actual reservation was 10 minutes away. Loud noise from the upstairs area during our stay. Shower drain was clogged. Bathroom door had an issue where, once locked from the inside, it required assistance from the outside to open. Rubbish disposal instructions were unclear as bins were in different locations with no labels indicating which to use.

There were plenty of places to drink and hang out close by. The area is great if you love a mix of theater, food, and nightlife nearby.

The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into, making it great for families or groups of friends. Everything we needed was nearby, and getting around the city was simple. Fairfax District and The Grove were just minutes away for dining and entertainment. The location truly made this stay special.

I would never stay h - I like that it is pretty close to Melrose We had a very disturbing experience with the staff from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we were locked outside the building gate for nearly one hour because a staff member had blocked the entrance with her car. When we asked whose car it was, the staff repeatedly lied and said it did not belong to them. We later clearly saw the same cleaning staff member run away from the scene, which felt extremely rude and sketchy. During check-out, I recognized the same staff member and calmly mentioned that she was the person who had blocked us outside during check-in. She became visibly angry, raised her voice, and began making aggressive comments about our pets and threatening extra charges, even though we were politely packing our car and had already allowed the cleaners to begin their work. Shortly after, a staff member named Miguel called me and used extremely foul, abusive language and sent threatening messages, demanding that we leave immediately and implying consequences if we didn’t. This was frightening and completely unacceptable. When this was reported to Booking.com support, the property staff denied everything, despite the fact that I have proof. Additionally, upon arrival, we were initially given the wrong entrance code, causing further delays and inconvenience. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the window blinds were broken and poorly maintained.

- Manuel (5/5): Esperienza contrastante: spazio e comodità vs. gestione approssimativa e disorganizzazione - La struttura si trova vicino alla Paramount. Los Angeles è molto estesa, quindi è difficile definire una zona migliore delle altre. Il parcheggio interno è risultato molto comodo, soprattutto considerando il livello di sicurezza generale della città. L’abitazione era realmente molto ampia e dotata di tutte le comodità utili a chi viaggia. In tre persone ognuno aveva il proprio spazio. Molto apprezzato il tetto della casa con vista sulla scritta Hollywood Gli arredi sembrano messi senza criterio: quadri storti, divani senza cuscini, un tavolo senza neppure delle tovagliette. Un allestimento approssimativo, tipico di molte strutture americane gestite senza attenzione. La cucina è discreta ma manca l’essenziale: sale e pepe dovrebbero essere presenti in qualsiasi alloggio. Abbiamo dovuto comprarli per poi buttarli prima del volo, un’inutile perdita di tempo. Le pareti sono molto sottili: una notte sono stato svegliato dalle risate degli ospiti della struttura accanto. Anche i letti erano scomodi. Abbiamo avuto inoltre grosse difficoltà con il check-in. La struttura era gestita in parte tramite sistemi automatici e non ricevevo il codice d’accesso per più di un’ora dall’orario previsto. Avevo inserito una carta che il loro sistema non accettava; dopo aver corretto l’errore ho scritto e chiamato più volte senza risposta, fino alla sesta chiamata. Ho dovuto coinvolgere anche l’assistenza di Booking. Nel complesso, una gestione poco accurata e con mancanze evitabili.

- Laura (7/5): The location for this place is amazing, the rooftop deck has a great view and close to everything! - The location was different to what we booked. We chose the place to be close to where we needed to visit. However, it was in a different suburb, although in a great location and a better spot than the original. It was just confusing that the addresses didn't match up and cause confusion as we were travelling from overseas. The communication was difficult at times as the host would take a while to respond. They were very responsive when they wanted something. The stove was missing knobs and we asked for this to be fixed. They said they would come but never did. The blinds were also broken and they weren't block out blinds. We used the sofa couch but were only provided a small blanket for this.
