The apartment was very clean, and the location was excellent, offering a beautiful view of the towers while also being close to the metro, supermarkets, and major tourist attractions. What made the experience especially memorable was the kindness, warmth, and outstanding support of the staff, in addition to upgrading us to this apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable. Nothing at all. Everything was excellent, and the stay was very comfortable.

• Moccin (10/5): Perfect! - It was a really comfortable stay at the Opus residence. The location is very convenient with a few minutes’ walk access to an LRT station. The Merdeka Studium is also close and opens for public in early morning and evening time, where I enjoyed running. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. From the room, we enjoyed a beautiful view of greenery area surrounding the royal museum every day. The agent staff, Mr. Kitson, was very attentive and responded promptly to our queries and requests. It was a memorable and perfect stay for 3 weeks in KL thanks to this property. Thank you, Mr. Kitson! Nothing!

• Florian (10/5): Wohnen mit einmaliger Aussicht - Sehr guter Standard mit wirklich schönen Blick auf den Merdeka Turm und Stadion. Zwei Pools im 8.OG, Tischtennis, Inside Golf UVM. Die Wohnung von Kitson ist im 11.OG und bestens ausgestattet als Ferienwohnung. Zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohn und Essbereich mit Einbauküche und ein sehr geräumiges Bad. Etwas laut ist die Straße davor, jedoch konnten wir bei geschlossenem Fenster auch ohne Ohropax sehr gut schlafen.

Not the most obvious location but walking distance to Chinatown and even to Bukit Bintang or a short grab ride. Also accessible to other areas outside of KL downtown, eg if you're looking at Curve/One Utama/TTDI areas. And all a bit away from the madness and traffic of downtown KL. MRT nearby. Good facilities. Hot/cold drinking water, washer/dryer were great to have. Check in was straight forward and they can store luggage for a few hours either side of check in/out. Traffic noise is not completely blocked out. Not acute, just sort of there in the background. Wasn't a problem for us, but if you're a super light sleeper, it may affect you.

Next to MRT Maharajalela so very easy to get around on a public transport. Two swimming pools on 8th floor. Lovely views from the windows - colorfully illuminated Merdeka 118 just opposite, Merdeka stadium where you can watch soccer matches if any is on program :-) Three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms. Ideal for two adults and three kids. Great value for money. If you ask me whether I would stay again - yes, no doubts. Some wear & tear already visible, some paintwork will be necessary. But nothing that would ruin our stay.

Durch den Sportplatz vor der Tür ist die Aussicht nicht verbaut, sondern du hast weite Aussicht. Wir hatten Apartment 1-12-2 Wir kennen andere Unterkünfte im selben Gebäude. Im direkten Vergleich ist diese hier sehr gut!

• Rodrigues (8/5): Comfortable stay - The building facilities and checkin process was nice. The flat had basic requirements but I feel few things could be improved. The view was exceptional and location is convenient. There is a metro station right opposite that takes you to bukit bintang in 2-3 stops. Just some small things I have listed that would make the stay more pleasant. The kitchen had only 1 pan and the toaster/ steamer did not work. I feel the kitchen could be better stock as its an airbnb and i have seen much better. The bathroom has some bad smell, so its off putting, maybe the host can try to add some freshners, candles to keep that smell away. The fan remote for living room was missing (but its ok we used the aircon), no face towels or face tissues, kitchen tissues in the house

• Rong (9/5): - 匆匆忙忙在前一天定的酒店，我们都还是挺满意的。 1. 酒店房东是华人，语言沟通很顺畅，对同行的老人家特别友好，可以建立微信群沟通很方便； 2. 房东回复非常及时，有问题也是及时解决，沟通起来非常愉快顺畅，让人觉得很安心。 3. 地理位置非常市中心，打车超快可以到植物园、TRX等等地方；边上步行100米就是地铁；再步行一段距离还有其他地铁，交通方便。 4. 房屋的碗筷配备很齐全，如果简单做一点早饭和晚饭很合适，也有油烟机，还有一个平底煎锅和一个小蒸锅，做早饭很方便。 5. 客厅看出去视野非常棒，是体育馆，旁边就是Merdeka118，喜欢跑步的还能去体育馆晨跑 6. 酒店边上就有卖榴莲，可惜我们每次晚饭吃饱饱，没机会吃 房子里唯一最大的缺点就是直接靠着大马路，整夜的摩托车声音真的很大，确实是影响睡眠的，虽然窗户已经尽可能隔音了。 地铁和汽车倒是没啥，摩托车的声音真的超级大，可能市中心大多数是这样吧

• Chhan (8/5): EVERYTHING GOOD, PERFECT. - THE LOCATION, EASY FOR US TO TAKE MORORAIL AND TO GO ANYWAY EVEN NOT DRIVE A CAR. THE PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND COMFORT, ME AND MY FAMILY ARE ALL LIKE IT. THE HOUSE FACING THE SUNSET, IT MAKES THE HOUSE HOT. WHEN WE COME BACK FROM OUTSIDE, WE FEELS HOT, IT TAKES SOMETIMES ONLY FEELS THE AIRCORN. BUT IT'S DUE TO THE WEATHER NOT THE HOUSE OR AIRCORN.

Got many facilities like swimming pool, sauna, gym and places for you to relax with a view. Spacious room and comfy bed. Near Monorel station too

• Farzad (10/5): - Facilities provided by the host were impressive. They even gave sewing kit and cotton buds to our surprise! The condo is nice, has a beautiful pool with good view, a nicely equipped gym. Corridoors are nice, room numbers g8ve off a hotel feel. The host is prompt in responses and very helpful. Toilet was large, big shower area. The location, although good and Very near Maharajalela Monorail station, theres an abandoned building right infront of it. At night the road outside the building is dark, not suitable for family or even couple in my opinion. During day it should be fine. The lift area in the building, especially pool areas, are not well lit at night. Also lifts r too dark. PLS INSTALL MORE LIGHTS

• Ain (10/5): Awesome & recommended - I looove everything about this home. Anything u need is there, completed. All aircond is cold and freezing haha cun cun lah KL so hot maa.. Extra star to the owner who is friendly and kind. We get to extend 1 more night with super duper cheap price (by mistake but kawtim) tqtqtqtqtq The deposit is 300 and i think its a bit high. I'm glad i have extra that time. But so kesian to those who got no extra cash huhuhu

• Mohammed (8/5): Overall ,a good stay at a reasonable price for what you’re getting - The price ! Communication with proprietor was direct ,honest and fair ! I was upset that they wanted to charge me RM 50 phr for early check in but understood that with the price that’s how they make money. Overall the building is awesome looking and has 2 great pools and a sauna and a view of the tower which is just incredible and ultimately this location with this view is what you’re paying for and a fair amount at that. Would definitely stay here again. Sometimes the communication with proprietor irritated me because of his candor but I kind of figured him out after a while but his attitude could change a tad but overall I can’t deny his communication as direct was not appreciated. The Apartment itself is worn out and the furniture is old but you get what you pay for.they could do with a revamp inside apartment as cleaning needs to be improved by the foreign workers who don’t really clean the apartment diligently or professionally so that probably needs to be addressed. Other than that,I won’t fault check in or check out or value or view

• Jerome (10/5): Appartement réellement exceptionnel - Appartement réellement exceptionnel sur tous les plans : spacieux, propre, confortable (notamment la literie), très bien équipé (lave-linge) dans une résidence moderne et sécurisée, le tout pour un prix raisonnable même en haute saison. Les vrais plus : la vue directe sur la ville au pied de la tour Merdeka 118 et les tours Petronas au loin, qui donnent un spectacle incroyable le soir avec le coucher de soleil et l'illumination des buildings mais aussi au lever du soleil. Et puis les 2 piscines dont celle à débordement qui plonge sur la ville. L'emplacement est top. Malgré ce qu'indique Google Maps, on est tout près à pied de la Place de l'Indépendance (prendre la passerelle un peu après la station de monorail Maharajalela). Sinon, un Grab ou le monorail vous emmène rapidement dans les autres lieux centraux. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, la communication avec l'hôte d'une part (à distance) et avec le personnel du lobby d'autre part a été fluide et efficace. On recommande +++ cet endroit qui nous a fait adorer KL. Fenêtres très mal isolées laissant entendre le bruit permanent de la circulation sur une artère très empruntée 24/24. Mais c'est un souci mineur dès lors qu'on emmène des bouchons anti-bruit.
• Janet (10/5): A great few days in KL at the best apartment I've stayed at in KL - Comfortable apartment, fab views from the pool and the location was great... close to the monorail, amazing views from the apartment windows, lots of malls and eateries easily reachable ... and a great shoe cobblers about 1km away :) Stadium loudspeaker was loud at 6.30am Sunday for a running event ... not a regular fixture though.

Во время нашего пребывания на стадионе рядом проходил футбольный матч, и мы могли наблюдать за игрой прямо из окна — это было замечательное зрелище! Всё очень понравилось, спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство! нет нареканий, единственное, на 8 этаже не все автоматы с едой работали и автомате закончилось пиво, но это уже мелочи)
