• Kate (5/5): Great location - The location just of Taksim square was very convenient and had nice places to eat and drink really close by. The decor was very minimal and the cleanliness left much to be desired. It could be a really nice little accommodation with a tiny bit of TLC but the bathroom has mould, there's tons of dust, the shower door is off it's roller, the bathroom light was flicking, and there was absolutely no personal touches. Even a little rug and a coffee table would really lift the vibe of the place. There isn't enough crockery provided and no table to eat at.
• Atayev (6/5): Rough start, got better over time, conveniently located - Location of the property is very convenient and there is pretty much everything you need inside the property in terms of the facilities such as washing machine, kitchen etc. There were multiple cockroaches in the property (which were later killed by professionals, and possibly they came from the neighbouring apartment), but it made the start of the trip pretty difficult. Also, in the bathroom there is a lot of mold on the ceiling.

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - It's a quiet appartment very close to Taksim square and 10 minute walk from the airport shuttles. No traffic noise at night whatsoever Overhead lighting is terrible, and the kitchen area needs better cleaning. However, it was a good deal overall

• Tal (7/5): Go to kadikoy - Comfertable bad, big rooms, working AC, lots of hot water and big bathroom, staff helped with my requests for iron, cutting board and scale for weight, and brought fresh towels every couple of days. Near istaklil street, night life center. Located in a bad part of the city (taksim area reminded me of india but with out the cows) on a mountain slope so be prepared to climb, and watch your step for needels in the street, street hookers are a common sight in the area. Lack of privacy in appartment, after staff came and opened the door while i am in my underware, i clearly asked the staff not to come for any reason, and still they come knock on the door and ask if i need something. Even enter the appartment when i am not there and decide what needs to be done in the appartment while i am away. I thought of how to block or lock the door, so they would not enter but there is no way to do so. Also there is an old lady seating outside the building all day watching the street, and young kids sitting outside all night doing the same.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is better than in the photo, comfortable and clean. Comfortable and wide bed. Lots of good crockery and cutlery. Air conditioners are quiet. The bedroom window in the room with a terrace overlooks a quiet courtyard. Wi-fi was not stable one evening, but usually worked very well. Nice, friendly staff, always ready to help. During the correspondence, I was not told that the reception is not at the address of the apartments, but at the Terra Suite Hotel on the next street. I spent several unpleasant minutes at the closed door to the house where the apartments are located. Booking doesn't mention it either. In the apartments themselves, a clothes horse could be installed to dry the clothes.
• Salman (6/5): 5 hrs wasted in finding a hotel & it dosnt have nm - First of all you need to prepare to walk atleast 10 minutes from hotel to Taskim Square or Metro and walk is not that easy. It’s uphil sloppy roads. Secondly, hotel dosnt have any name on it. It is a standard apartment in residential area. We wasted almost 5 hours carrying heavy luggage, walking up and down to streets, asking to neighbours about this hotel but all were helpless. Management, needs to display hotel name at front of the appartment. They don’t have any reception within the appartment. Wi-Fi, room service, room size and additional items were provided, daily room cleaning, bedsheet change and towel change were also provided.
• Mohammad (10/5): If I want to go Istanbul again this property will be my first choice absolutely. - All things were good. Location is excellent for accessing to city center (about 500m walking) and public transport. The apartment was clean and had all our needs . The staff are helpful and friendly.
• Raiderfm (9/5): Spacious flat near Taksim - Spacious flat with new furniture and big TV in the kitchen. Very friendly staff. Good location - less than 10 minutes from Taksim metro station.

• Jhon (10/5): Exceptional - As expected from Terra. We were very happy to stay there. You can say that everything you need from household items and hotel services is available in it, from kitchen tools to cleaning. Note that the system of this place is a system of hotel apartments with an acceptable area, enough to accommodate four adults comfortably..and most importantly Including that there is no noise in the vicinity of the place because it is located in popular neighborhoods. Thank you to Mr. Ismail for hosting us and helping us to spend a pleasant time in Istanbul, and it was really a help for us in the matter of public transportation ... You have to take public transportation to move around the city And don't rely on taxis...
