- Silvana (7/5): Good - The apartment is quiet and comfortable and has a charming flair. It is in a beautiful old barroque building and it is very well located. It was clean especially the beddings and towels. The main bed was comfortable too. It was cozy and in general we had a good stay. The intercom at the main door didn’t work at our arrival. The lady had given us a code to access the building. We tried everything to no avail also with a second code the lady sent us. We could eventually get in because somebody came out through a little door, which we thought was interesting and fun. We also had problems with the heating. It didn’t work for the first two days: a family of four in December. We sat in our anoraks for our meals. After some messages, the lady sent eventually a technician. We guessed she had never been at the apartment for something had to be switched on and she didn’t know. It was actually very simple. The instructions she had sent us before our arrival were too old and useless for the boiler was different. The sofa bed was a bit too narrow for two teenagers. There was no flexibility in our check out. The cleaning lady was already waiting outside 10 minutes before the time of our departure.
