Mutfakta ücretsiz kahve ve çay olması harikaydı. Sevmediğim hiçbir yeri olmadı, çünkü merkeze biraz uzak olduğunu biliyorduk. Yürümeyi sevmeyenler bu konuyu gözden geçirebilirler.
• Alessandro (10/5): - Posizione ottima (per lo meno per me). Per chi ama correre si è a due passi dal lungotevere e si può scendere sulla sponda (quindi senza auto) e correre quanto si vuole. Io sono andato fino al Gianicolo e San Pietro. Facile il checkin anche se sono arrivato alle 21. L'unica cosa che riesco a segnalare, ma temporaneo, sono stati dei lavori nel palazzo che hanno fatto un po' di rumore alle 8e30 di mattina

Andrea è un ottimo padrone di casa, gentile e disponibile. La stanza molto grande e confortevole. Quando saremo di nuovo in zona, sapremo dove tornare!

The WiFi didn't work well of an evening. Maybe when more people linked I'm not sure. Wasn't a major issue as we spent a long day out.

• Brian (10/5): - We stayed here as a family of 4 and our experience was amazing. Our host made us feel at home he was very kind and thoughtful. Attractions were walkable distance maybe 20 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again

• Jennifer (8/5): - This is a lovely place to stay. It's clean with access to a shared kitchen with coffee and tea bags available for guests as well as a fridge. It was convenient to travel around Rome using the buses and metro and Andrea gave helpful instructions on which bus to get and which stop to use. She also gave good suggestions for places to eat in the local area. The only reason it lost a star is because we were frequently woken up/disturbed by noise from other guests talking and the bed was a little uncomfortable. I don't think the guests were being particularly loud but more the walls are thin/not well soundproofed.

The apartment was very well located for the Foro Italico sports complex, which was the main purpose for our trip to watch the European Pickleball Championships. It was very useful having access to the kitchen throughout our stay as this kept costs down on breakfast/snacks.

• Maja (8/5): - We were searching for an accommodation near Stadio Olimpico and it was perfect - location wise. A 15-minute walk to there and to Vatican, metro is also close so you have a good connection to the city centre, if you don’t mind walking. Neighborhood is very peaceful and residential area, there is also a market across the street that has all the essentials. Room is spacious and has AC. A good value for money. Bed were a bit uncomfortable and towels weren’t clean - there was hair on it…

The bed was super comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets! Very close to the river, which is what I was looking for and great pizza/bakery place right next door with a few good grocery options right around the block. Loved that there was a fridge and microwave and cups/dishes/silverware available. Also loved that I didn't have to take the elevator/stairs since it was on the first floor and very easily accessible. Also pretty close to a few bus routes. Walls were a little thin and I could hear nighttime conversations from the rooms next to me (and someone's snoring) but I just wore earplugs

Everything was so clean and comfortable. Although the receptionist is not available at the place 24/7, he is very responsive and fast, effective communication. Not centrally located but has easy access to many transports line.

• Joseph (8/5): - I chose this property because it was about 2 miles from the Vatican and other reviews spoke very well up the safety of the neighborhood. Our host Andrea was very hospitable and helpful. We were able to get an early check-in. I appreciate the fact that Andrea reached out well in advance or our trip. Our rooms were very clean neat and tidy. Marco the Houseman is very pleasant he doesn’t speak much English but he will do his best to help you. I appreciate it the fact that we could go anywhere we wanted to buy walking or catching the bus I have a block to the subway. We learn our way around very easily catching the subway and bus was cheaper than doing the taxi as we were there for a week and a half. We were very pleased with our stay.

La cuisine est partagée et est essentiellement destinée au petit déjeuner (juste frigo, micro-ondes et bouilloire - pas de cafetière, juste du café lyophilisé). L'accès est assez simple, en ligne droite depuis le metro à 15 minutes, le bus 628 s'arrête juste en face, au moins depuis le centre, pas sûr pour l'autre sens. La literie est très confortable. Par contre, pour nous habitués au silence de la campagne, la rue est vraiment bruyante. Difficile de faire la grasse matinée. En plus, comme c'était l'automne, ils passaient le souffleur à feuilles tard ( vers 22-23h)!

De plus, lors du passage pour le ménage ne prend même pas la peine de cogner même si quelqu'un est dans la chambre.

The building had some graffiti outside and no name of the hotel. So it was a little unpleasant and confusing at the moment I got there.
