Bei dem in der Nacht bekam man Angst Kein richtig fließend Wasser 💦 Wasser beim Duschen kam nur Tröpfchen Weise Das geht gar nicht ! Fensterjalousie beim aufmachen total verstaubt, soviel Staub das es in der Luft sichtbar war Großer Tisch wie am Bild ersichtlich war nicht da.

• MARIA DOLORES (8/5): - Me gustó todo en general El acceso a la habitación fue complicado. Está cerca de la estación, por un lado bien para acceder al transporte público pero por otro lado muy peligroso por la noche. A mi amiga le robaron el móvil al salir del McDonald's cercano.
• May (7/5): - Great location No clear sign for the property at all and the name’ king of Milan ‘ is not displayed anywhere. My husband was sick so we needed heating but was told according to Italian Law no heating from April ! Asked for extra blankets was told ok but left the flat now and didn’t get them ! Finally the lighting in the rooms and bathroom is so dim and limited.

• roberto (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Servizi essenziali ma comunque di buon livello. Alcuni piccoli difetti dovuti a una mancata manutenzione. Una delle tende non perfettamente funzionante, la tavoletta del wc parzialmente rotta. Sarebbe stato utile un tavolo anche piccolo e delle sedie.

• Remy (6/5): - Chambres spacieuses Literie confortable Belle salle de bain en marbre noir Proximité avec la gare Très bruyant la nuit, on a entendu des gens parler dehors à 3-4h et impossible de refermer l'oeil ensuite (ils s'étaient installés sous nos fenêtres), les boules anti bruit sur la table de nuit étaient inefficaces... On a un peu froid en ce soir de fin octobre et impossible de régler sur un ou deux degrés supplémentaires.. Cher pour une nuit au final avec les suppléments linge de lit, linge de toilette et ménage (50e au total) Bâtiment un peu étrange, on a croisé des personnes franchement louches

• bushra (1/5): Worst experience - Only good about the property is the location. No water in shower, I never seen something like that. no iron just steamer, no AC, TV don’t work, place is so old thing falling apart. Lifts are scary.

However, the property is not in the greatest area of the city and the living room furniture was very stained and worse for wear. Overall, not a bad property, but the listing photo's make it look better than it is.

If you don’t mind a little bit of noise and some people loitering the main building doors at night (completely harmless though) I’d fully recomend this unit.

• Sarah (9/5): A welcome and comfortable very last minute booking. - The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and microwave ( oh and coffee machine!). Wasn’t sure about how to work the air conditioning as we didn’t have time to explore due to a very early start the next day but we weren’t successful with the quick Look we had. We booked this stay about an hour or so before our arrival (very late at night) due to the train to our next destination being cancelled mid way due to bad weather meaning we had to head back to Milan so we wanted somewhere close to the station to get back on track early the next day ( which it was). We did struggle a bit with checking in on line ( lots of info needed such as passport number and numerous photos of ID which is apparently a legal requirement ( had no idea as hadn’t been asked for this during a previous stay in Milan). Accessing the property was a bit challenging but we were shattered which didn’t help - we had expected a traditional hotel due to the name but we booked in haste due to the train issue so maybe didn’t read the info in detail. To be clear this is an apartment in a building so we needed to navigate getting in the main building and then in our room accessing the key to this via a key safe. What I will say is with every question I had - be that checking in or accessing the property there was a kind and helpful timely response which was welcomed ( as was the mini mart across the road which was possibly open all night!)
• Chloe (8/5): Very good - Great location right by the train station The place was clean and nicely decorated as shown in the photos The staff seemed helpful and responded quickly The building itself was weird -- it felt more like a commercial space transformed into 2 bedrooms than a proper appartment or hotel suite. There is no living room, but only a table with 4 chairs (as shown on the photos though), which is weird, especially given the fact that there isn't anything to cook. There's a microwave, but to cutlery or plates. Seemed a little bit overpriced.

Check in process is very cumbersome. Can be confusing and you need to refer to your phone all the time to open the door. Previous reviews reflect this.
• Low (8/5): Convenient location . Spacious . Good for 2/3 pax . - Spacious modern . Sep 10 onwards no aircon ( admin was responsive and said it’s due to Milan city law to turn off aircon ) had to open window for cool air but it’s noisy below on n off . No wonder they provided two pairs of ear plugs . Could have some plates n cutlery . Bathroom no rack , hooks to hang towel / clothes .

• Chevaunne (3/5): Disappointed and location not ideal - The apartment was clean and pleasant The complexity of entering the apartment was difficult with 6 pages of notes of how to enter yet still needed assistance in finding the key as the incorrect box/pincode given. On arrival, the air conditioner didn't work but once the owner gave instructions of resetting thermostat, it seemed to be ok although taking a long time to cool room being an old unit. The apartment is located within a building which has businesses in next rooms and a very dated entry.

• David (5/5): Well situated, middle of the road Airbnb type stay. - Spacious accommodation near central station. Host was responsive and managed issues quickly and well. Luggage can be left with the building’s concierge. Lower price makes this an attractive option. This is not a hotel but rather an airbnb, and so is not services.If you struggle with technology you might find access difficult as it requires unlocking door with your mobile. Hot water is shared between two studios and so is a bit variable.

• Shivani (7/5): Good - IThe apartment is very well located , very close to the station and therefore perfect for airport/train transfer. Its also big and comfortable. The biggest problem is getting into the apartment, we struggled both at the main building entrance and getting into the apartment, waiting almost 20 mins -30 mins with all the luggage. Quite a painful process. Secondly the internet was down and stayed down for the length of our time there, which is one of the major ameneties one looks for when travelling with kids.

• Liz (10/5): Huge comfortable apartment near station, great access to airports, city centre and lakes. - The apartment was very central, just 2 minutes from the central station which enabled easy access from the airport, to the city centre (4 stops to Duomo) and for days out to Lake Como and Lugano in Switzerland. There were loads of restaurants and shops just outside the apartment which is in a residential block. The actual apartment is very big with 2 large double rooms with huge, comfy beds and big windows to the front. There is a small dining room with table and chairs, microwave, fridge and tea and coffee facilities including kettle and mugs. The shower room is very smart is the whole apartment which is nicely decorated with lovely furniture. Marco is an outstanding host, he could not have been more helpful and patient - I asked so many questions but he answered them all promptly and offered additional information too. He let us leave our suitcases so we could go out for our last morning. He communicated before and during our visit and even after we'd left - the best customer service you could wish for - would put many hotels to shame! As with any city station, there are a lot of people around at night but the apartment is on the main road so we were happy to walk around the street and visit the restaurants etc. Other people have commented on the Vikey key system but Marco explained it all in a WhatsApp before we arrived so it was all straightforward when we followed the instructions.

• Cecilia (8/5): We will for sure be back! - Excellent location! Very close to the central station and within walking distance to many of the major attractions. The ones which are not within walking distance can easily be reached by metro. The bathroom and the bedrooms in the flat are luxurious and there is a small coffee area with table and chairs when you enter the apartment. The host is extremely helpful. This flat is great for colleagues on business trips, for friends as well as for families with children. I had never used the Vikey system earlier and at first, I found it somewhat confusing. When realizing that we had to turn the handle three complete laps around, the mystery was solved and everything worked smoothly. Our host provided great support on distance so there was never a problem!
• Corazon (7/5): Good location - Good location, very close to the station. Upon check in getting into the room was complicated, it took us at least half an hour to work out how to get into the building and how to unlock the door via app on the phone. The bathroom is too dark and there was no sofa or lounge room as advertised on their photo gallery. The basic things we need like cups and spoons were not supplied we have to request for it and was also given plastic spoons. There's a microwave provided but no plates to use so we didn't bother to ask again the host.
