• Juliane (10/5): Wenn Milano - dann hier - Die Lage ist für uns am Besten , am Tage in Bewegung in die Stadt zum shoppen und Abends dicht zu Bars und Restaurants... Oder auf Eure Rooftop Bar, der Blick ist soo schön. Wir sind schon das 3te Jahr bei Euch und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das ist eher jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber der Lachs zum Frühstück sowie Mandeljoghurt oder Sojajoghurt

• Debby (8/5): Goed hotel voor een stedentripje Milaan - Leuk hotel met vriendelijke personeel. Lekker ontbijt en leuke extraatjes, zoals gratis minibar. Goede locatie midden in de gezellige wijk navigli. Goed bed en mooie kamer. Het zwembad en de rooftopbar gingen om 18:00 uur al dicht, terwijl het heerlijk weer was. Er was een heerlijk regendouche op de kamer, maar als je die aandeed, dan liep de badkamer over.

• christina (8/5): Gutes, empfehlenswertes Hotel für unkomplizierte Gäste! - Lockere, angenehme Atmosphäre. Zimmer ist originell und schön. Sehr ruhig. Leute jeden Morgen im Pyjama am Frühstück, aber das Personal sagt nichts!
• Jennifernatalina (7/5): Hotels h - Das Hotel ist wirklich super und hat sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren am Sonntag um 10:00 beimFrühstück und die Auswahl war immer noch Top. Man muss sich etwas lange bemerkbar machen bis man Cafe bestellen kann aber sonst alles super. Gepäckstücke konnten wir auch zwischenlagern bevor wir zurückreisten. Es ist extrem Laut in den Zimmern von draussen. Man meint immer ein Fenster sei offen. Es ist leider sehr schwieirg so zu schlafen trotz den Ohrenpax. Vor 3 uhr wird es leider nicht ruhig. Sehr schade,dass die Isolation so schlecht ist, denn sonst wäre das Hotel echt TOP.

• Olinda (10/5): - Soggiorno perfetto al 21 House of Stories Navigli! Personale davvero gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile e attento ad ogni dettaglio. La colazione era ottima, con tanta scelta e prodotti di qualità. In più ci hanno fatto un upgrade della camera e ne abbiamo ricevuta una stupenda, curata, bellissima e super confortevole. Un’esperienza che ha superato le aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio assolutamente! Era tutto perfetto

• Narghiz (10/5): Excellent séjour à Milan, hôtel idéal pour découvrir la ville ❤️ - Très bel hôtel, propre et moderne. Excellent emplacement dans le quartier Navigli, proche des restaurants et des transports. Le personnel était gentil et accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille 😊 Rien de particulier, peut-être un peu de bruit le soir à cause du quartier animé.

• Michael (9/5): Love the roof top bar and pool. Lobby and courtyard give you plentyof space to hang outside of the tiny room - Staff was happy, engaged and helpful! The rooms are really minimal. Only a bed and small desk chair but comfortable. The mattress moisture protection cover was crinkling and ran hot. Other hotels use a cloth type, this one seemed to be plastic.
• Marion (10/5): Ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in guter Lage - Der Rooftop-Pool/Bar, die Metro und die Straßenbahn waren sehr nah. Die Rezeption ist nicht ebenerdig zu erreichen, man musste die Koffer eine lange Treppe hochtragen.

• Adrian (10/5): Our stay was amazing, we will definitely go back if we’re ever in Milan again! - The hotel is lovely. Young, hip and vibrant. Situated next to the canal. The roof is amazing!! The weather wasn’t great so we never got to experience the full rooftop bar and pool, but it is amazing, you can see the whole of Milan! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite on the road side, and even though we were on the 6th floor, the noise from the restaurants next to the canal in front of the hotel could be a problem if your a light sleeper

• Catriona (10/5): Great location, great staff - Female staff member on reception was amazing, very friendly and explained everything in detail to us. We arrived early from Bellagio and planned on just leaving our luggage at reception until we could check in, but she checked and allowed us to check in earlier which was great to freshen up. The rooftop bar is stunning, it was a perfect end to the day and the drinks were unbelievably good. Location is amazing for going for dinner/drinks along the Navigli canals.

• JustJay86 (10/5): Gem in Navigli - Reception staff are fantastic- especially Frederica. Pool is beautiful. Drinks are pricey, but it's the perfect spot to relax. Towels provided at pool. Breakfast is excellent and full of choice from fruit to meats, eggs etc. Beautiful croissants. Tea/coffee and light snacks available on a table as you enter throughout the day. There was a very relaxed DJ set going on as we left on a Sunday - looked like ideal 'Sunday Funday' vibes for all ages. I would come back to Milano JUST for this hotel!

Abends war an der Bar zu wenig Personal und viele Drinks auf der Liste waren nicht verfügbar. Es waren Hunde auf der Terrasse am Abend.

• Carlos Jose (10/5): Excepcional - El alojamiento es perfecto para visitar en Milán. El personal el muy amable, educado y te ayuda en todo momento. El hotel es súper limpio y el desayuno es excepcional. No trasciende el ruido del exterior y justo al lado tiene parada de autobuses, metro y tranvía, todo a 1 minuto. Un hotel muy cuidado y comodisimo. Si vuelvo a Milán no dudaré en volver. El staff de 10. El poco tiempo que estuve. No hay nada negativo que decir de este hotel

• armelle (8/5): Un lieu magique le jour, mais des nuits agitées - Le lieu était très agréable, moderne, le petit déjeuner délicieux. Notre chambre donnant sur le canal ce pouvait être un point positif; le huitième étage et sa vue sur Milan était un vrai plus. La situation de l'hôtel, nous a permis d'aller à pieds explorer tous les points remarquables de la ville. Le taxi nous attendait à l'aéroport et c'était super. Par contre et c'est un point négatif pour nous, le bruit chaque nuit le long du canal, les bars et restaurants donnant aussi sur le canal, l'animation, les éclats de voix jusqu'à trois heures du matin, pourraient être minorés avec une meilleure isolation des fenêtres. Nous sommes restés cinq nuits, et les cinq nuits ont été difficiles. Je pense que les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont mieux protégées des éclats de voix.

• Snaeros (9/5): What a fantastic hotel. Best vacation ever. - Beautiful hotel with a fantastic pool on the top floor. We never heard other guests, had a fantastic time for three days and thoroughly used every possible facility at the hotel. I liked everything but would have liked more variety of vegetables and fruits in the breakfast. It’s probably a seasonal thing.
