The staffs are a) Super Friendly & Cooperative 2) Responded to my requirements rapidly, instantly, no late at all, made me comfortable 2>LOCATION is good ... in walking distance(Max 500 Meter) of AIRPORT HAVABUS TAKSIM STATION, EVERY 30 MINUTES MOVES 24 HOURS ( a) HAVAIST BUS FOR ISTANBUL NEW BIG AIRPORT AND ONLY MENTION b) HAVABUS FOR SABIHA GOKCEN AIRPORT) in a very safe zone with all good branded hotels full time Police guarded you can walk even mid night just with common precaution like other cities. 3> NEARBY a) All bus Metro Funicular and others are in walking distance connecting all the places of Istanbul and whole Turkey b)ISTIKLAL STREET is in walking distance all good shopping areas are in walking distance 4>PRICE You will stay in a most higher start hotels area ... so atmosphere is good but compare to all & services price is cheaper indeed. - Christina (2/5): Rather skip - The hotel is in a good location especially if travelling from IST using Haviast. It is a central location in Instanbul, with good accessibility to tourist hubs. Hotel reception team was friendly , reception area looked very promising and reflective of the photos . I feel like I was catfished ! My room was absolutely shocking - so dirty and undoubtedly hadn't been cleaned. Marks and scabs on the bed lined , filthy grubby floors, a bathroom that looked like it belonged in a gas station. The contrast to what was promoted was huge. Cannot recommend
- Fariq (9/5): Great location and value for money. - Im traveling with my wife for 10 day in Instanbul. The room was quite small but still ok. It was clean and nice. The bed was confy and cozy. The interior was modern and well maintain. The location was near to metro for easy access to public transport. It is not near any pubs or bar for any unease noise and trouble. If you a smoker please choose the room with balcony otherwise dont coz it will facing a hotel. The room without balcony has better view. Well the lift was small enough for two person max and only one if with ur luggage. But im glad it have one coz the hotel have 5 floors and it will be a problem if you on top floor. The breakfast was nice but u can only have the same menu everytime. It should open for more choices.

- mars235 (10/5): - Удобное расположение... совсем рядом от автобусной остановки Хавабас (которые едут до аэропортов)... рядом площадь Таксим... улица Истикляль... много кафе... магазинов... итд... на удивление никакого шума ночью... даже молитвы из мечети рано утром не было слышно (в Стамбуле это редкость) Мы за это лето уже шестой раз в Стамбуле (транзитом в Европу)... специально брали разные отели примерно в этой локации... чтобы сравнить плюсы минусы итд... в итоге... после сравнения решили теперь ос анавливаться именно в этом Не могу что либо негативное выделить... нам понравилось всё.

- Baimukan (6/5): Pleasant - If you love very clean and very comfortable rooms, this is not for you. The hotel is quite dirty and old. But location is good, staff were very pleasant . Their breakfast was delicious. Due to the hotel being full I had to wait until 2 o'clock, so please consider it! Overall 7/10
- Mária (9/5): Superb - Staff are really helpful, absolutely kind. Location is perfect. Room is renovated, however ours was a little small. Breakfast Ok, tasty, with helpful waitors.
- Mehri (7/5): Good - Everything was good overall. The first room we were given was not clean; it was dusty and the bed sheets weren’t clean either. But after we complained, they changed our room and gave us a much better one—it was bigger and clean. The sheets in the new room were clean, although a bit old and had a slightly rough texture. The location of the hotel was excellent. We were close to everything, and the best part was that it was right next to the airport shuttle bus stop, so we didn’t have to spend extra money on a taxi to the airport. Considering the room prices, I think it was worth it and overall, it was a good stay.

- jin seung (8/5): 깨끗했지만 다소아쉬운 상태 - 유럽 호텔이 작다는것에 딱맞는 크기의방. 나름 깨끗함. 하지만 물끓이는 포트는 밑이 녹슨상태고 물이 담겨있는데 하얀 먼가가 떠있어서 준비된 차는 결국 못마셨네요.

An excellent, central location, few minutes walking to Taksim Square. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sahand, Seyid, and Mettin made our stay an easy one and helped with some good tips for our stay and airport transportation. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great value for money for a nice stay in the heart of Istanbul. P.S. I went for the largest room they offer. It’s not super spacious, but it serves the purpose nicely 😊
